Service was fantastic but food was too salty. It's like they think this is the only seasoning needed. Table was dirty and I was stepping on a used napkin because they didn't clean the area. I do feel the pros do outweigh the cons. I definitely enjoyed my ribeye, but again it was just too salty. The rib fell of the bones, so tender and juicy. All the staff I encountered were so friendly and helpful.

So we came here for my brother’s in law birthday group of 9. We arrived at 7:20pm there was a line but nothing crazy.. anyways the host told us the wait is around 30-35 minutes and we were fine with that since they close at 9… anyways we waited outside and around 35 minutes later we had no notification so we went back in and asked that we haven’t been notified. And they told us wait a few more minutes. The people that were there before us already went inside and we thought that was kind of weird.. anyways we still waited and seen more people arrive and we went back inside to ask and they still told us to wait. And we seen a group of 8 who came after us go in so therefore we went inside and ask and they told us they only have 1 table for a big group so therefor told us to wait again … keep in mind it is already 8:30pm after waiting a bit more we went inside and finally seated us. When we went inside we saw a few empty tables and it was already 8:45. We ordered our drinks she came back 5-10 minutes later and told us the kitchen is closing in 5 minutes to order now. So we did but my brother wanted a alcoholic drink and she told us they closed the bar already and can’t serve. So we were fine with that. Anyways we waited for our food for 20 minutes it’s already around 9:20 and we didn’t really enjoy eating while there were employees cleaning around us so we just decided to take it home. Oh and my food was very cold… but at this time I couldn’t find our waiter to let her know so I just gave up. I gave it 2 stars because we at least ate. But it was unacceptable for making us wait over 1 hour.

Service here was exceptional, with several members of the wait staff checking in on us multiple times throughout our meal. The BBQ chicken was good, as were the ribs, which fell off the bone. The green beans were a little salty and very heavy, due to being cooked with ample amounts of meat. The fries were hot but not very crispy. The rolls and butter were delicious; we just wish they had vegan butter due to one of us being lactose intolerant. We enjoyed our time at this location. The drinks were really good and very well mixed. We gave our waitress a good tip due to her fantastic service and attention to detail. I would recommend this location for its good comfort food and friendly staff. If you're looking for a decent meal, you will not be disappointed. Four stars, way to go!

Omg my steak came out perfect. BBQ ribs fell off the bone perfectly. Everyone was so nice. Even a manager came over to check on us. That has ever happened to me before. I was surprised. Although the pie came out cold, so I was not sure if I was supposed to request for the pie to be hot. Totally recommend this location.

Loved the train dance that they do. Everyone was in great spirits even tho they had so much work to do on Mother's Day. The food was great.

Food is usually pretty good here, was really disappointed on our last night here. Server did not bring out the happy birthday crew to sing, even after I mentioned it was a birthday dinner for my girlfriend's sister multiple times. We were looking forward to it but it never happened. Would recommend going to a different Texas RH if you enjoy the happy birthday singing.

Got deep fried pickles as our appetizer and they are paper thin. Never knew you could mess up a deep fried pickle, but they nailed it.. My husband ordered a 16 oz sirloin, and I order an 11 oz sirloin and they have zero flavor. My husband didn't even eat 1/2 of his steak. Luckily we have dogs at home that will eat it. Our server wasn't too bad even though he didn't check on us and we had to get our own to-go box. Definitely not happy with this location.

Waiter was in a horrible mood the entirety of our visit. Two of the people in our party switched seats after we ordered our drinks which was our bad, but the waiter seemed overly upset by this as he made two passive aggressive comments about it. All of our drinks got switched around but were able to situate it so no big deal, however one of the drinks was wrong after taking a sip of it, and we asked for a new one just to be given the same exact drink (the original wrong one) because they pretended to get a different drink. To make matters worse, we were served a rotten baked potato, it was full of rubbery black chunks as pictured and completely ruined the appetite. I understand mistakes happen but a lot of my complaints feel like it was from complete negligence from the restaurant. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Texas Roadhouse :(

The food is pretty consistent. I gave 4 stars because my boyfriend's steak was a little tough this time. However, the steak in the kids meal was tender and well seasoned. They offer a good selection of side dishes. I'm a vegetarian, and the sides dishes are filling and always fresh, especially the steamed broccoli! I enjoyed the sweet potatoes with cinnamon too! I tried the sweet tea- it was a bit too sweet this time. I give them a B for the meal, convenience, taste, and overall experience.

Went on Sunday around noon not to busy got sat right away. Sat in the bar watched some basketball our server Phillip was real nice and had great costumer service not once were we empty on drinks. Appetizers came out right away the blooming onion was delicious with that sauce 👌 also tired the potato skins 🤤 those had the perfect amount of cheese and bacon 🥓 the Ribeye steak is my favorite and it was cook just the way I ordered it and I like how when they bring your food they asked if it’s cooked the way we wanted it! Thanks everyone there had a great time and enjoyed delicious food!! Oh also the Jamaican cowboy 🤠 with sugar rim is quenching must try with a top shelf kicker

Awesome location in Northfield! Matt and Hunter were amazing hosts! Now pay attention Texas Roadhouse...don't make your employees cover up a nose ring with a mask, or an arm tattoo with a sleeve. NOT ok! These guys gave amazing service. Let them be them!

We had the absolute friendliest server tonight who was also a fantastic server. The food was good, and the prices were reasonable. The steaks were cooked exactly as requested. The rolls with apple butter could be desserts.

Probably the smoothest operation I’ve seen for a super packed place. They’ve got it down to a science. Everyone knows what to expect from a Texas Roadhouse experience otherwise: it’s loud, it’s fun, you get absolutely stuffed with food. Service, food, drinks all good. The $2 kicker on the margs is a great deal & the rattlesnake bites were really good.

I'm really disappointed. I have gone every year because I enjoyed their veterans day celebration. This year, it was not there. The place was decorated for Christmas, not a table for the fallen soldiers, and the first time I had a bill. They really forgot the veterans' celebration, unlike the Texas Roadhouse in Aurora, how they really prepared for a great full rollout and welcome to the veterans. I was so grateful.

Fast service, even though it was crazy busy. Had a narcolepsy episode and a member of staff rushed over to ask if we needed an ambulance. Then when I apologized the manager said "Please don't worry about it, we just want to make sure you are enjoying yourself!" Cannot recommend this location enough!

Goodness Visited from Wisconsin got me wondering what they are doing back home!! I loved it there and sadly i forgot our Server But he was SUPER nice!! it was funny Refilled my brother lemonade before realizing it was Empty! loved it there!! we where there the day before thanksgiving so it was Quite Busy!! oop was a lil mix up with the ribbs but i added this last min so it wasn't a biggie Thank you sooo much! love from Wisconsin!

Great service, great food, server was really nice, food was quick. My kids were really happy. 100% recommend to come and eat here.

We usually do Texas Roadhouse once a month, although this was our first time at this location. The chicken critters were great (5 stars), service was okay (3.5 stars), but my chicken fried sirloin is the thinnest I’ve seen in my life, and thus was easily overcooked. I always eat everything, but I left most of it on the plate unfortunately and ate my kids leftover food. Would recommend a different location, but main we caught them on a bad day (Saturday at lunch, not very busy).

The entire experience was phenomenal! My friend and I came in to grab some steaks and the customer service from the staff was beyond impressive. The food was also fantastic! The quality perfected our needs, as well as the time. House salads were wonderful as well before the steak serving! The environment overall was enough to help the flow of the workday run smoothly. My friend and I express our deepest gratitude to the facility!

Magnificently prepared quality steak. Very busy place. Music speakers were practically muffling the music though. The bartenders while I was there were highly efficient at their jobs, but weren't that personable.

Really good food, just be prepared to wait. Dine in experience is really nice. Servers were friendly and helpful. There is a bar and TV's with games on. Overall a nice place to have a good time and some good food.

Really can't go wrong with some Texas Roadhouse. Staff at the bar are really nice and great at what they do. The bread is on point tonight. Fluffy and the right amount of chew to the bread. Ordered the beef tips and was not disappointed. The meat was cooked to right temp(medium rare), rice seasoned perfectly, and the fries where really good. Texas Roadhouse never disappoints!

Ordered medium well and got a hockey puck. How hard is it to cook a hamburger? Edited for owner response: this was a takeout order. I suppose I must thoroughly inspect each food item before leaving? My husband ordered a hamburger cooked medium and it also looked just like this. It was disgusting.
