Excellent customer service, less crowded. Tried their new range of melts. It was okay but I had higher expectations probably cos of all the promotions.

Cleaned and nice place. Enough Parking space available. Wash room also available. Good customer service. Tried their new pizza range. Magic masala taste good. But chicken bacon & potato with nai miris didn't taste good. New range cheesy garlic toast bread also good. Good place for family dine on restaurant

This Pizza Hut has a new and fresh vibe, as it was recently built. During this time of the year, it is decorated with Christmas ornaments and boasts a really nice and spacious dining area that comfortably accommodates around 30 people. The staff is friendly and polite. We ordered Melts with Extra Cheese, and it was fantastic—so tasty and cheesy. There is a common washroom with a single sink basin. It is kept clean and is regularly washed, as per its appearance

The crew is young, super polite and delivers excellent customer service. Located in Depanama on 174 Kottawa-Borella road, it has a nice atmosphere, even though the space is a bit smaller compared to other Pizza Huts. They've got a parking lot, but it can be a bit tight during rush hours or on promo days. The good news is, there's free street parking nearby. On busy days, like buy one get one for large pizzas, expect a bit of a wait (so efficiency could be improved). My go-to is the double chicken and cheese fiesta with thin crust – and if you love cheese, don't forget to ask for extra! Always a good idea to check for current discounts and offers during your visit. Overall no major issues, just a suggestion to keep things efficient!

New melts..❤ This is the newly introduced melts.. but I thought it was a pizza filling but actually it is a bit crunchy.
