The studio has great teachers with varying styles and approaches to practising yoga. I found Nicole and Ashish’s classes challenging, grounding and also opening. Their classes have been a positive addition to my yoga journey. The only down side is that the classes sometimes can get too crowded and it can be hard to find enough space to move around.

I absolutely love this studio! It has completely transformed my yoga journey. The instructors are not only incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and inspiring, but the community of people there is also amazing. The atmosphere in the studio is so welcoming and calming, creating the perfect environment for a truly immersive experience. The classes have been both challenging and refreshing, helping me to improve my strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. I will always find myself coming back here. <3

I cannot recommend this enough. I am so grateful that I am a part of this community and it has definitely changed my life for the better. I personally love the restorative and warm yin classes- every teacher is excellent and brings something different and unique to the table but one thing that they all have in common is making you feel safe and comfortable. A huge shout out to Devina , Ashish , Anand and Sindhu

I couldn't recommend this yoga studio more. The perfect blend of authentic yoga practice that encompasses spirituality, strength and connectedness. Such a beautiful space to come and sweat out what needs leaving behind.

Devina & Anand have done a fantastic job at creating this Hot Yoga hub. They are both friendly, knowledgable and kind yoga teachers who make great choices when hiring new teachers into the studio. This was the first yoga studio I went to as an independent adult in Nottingham & it'll remain as a place of comfort for me.

Just completed the 200HR Yoga Teacher Training with HYN, and wanted to share how amazing the team are. The studio has been a home away from home, finding myself coming back here after moving around to now complete the teacher training has been great. The atmosphere is brilliant, the teachers are so encouraging and considerate, as well as sharing all of their knowledge of not only the asanas, but the philosophy, culture, and so much more! (not forgetting the home made lunches we got - these were brilliant!!) I would recommend HYN for teacher training to anyone willing to give it a go. An unforgettable experience, setting us up to succeed as yoga teachers.

Fantastic studio and excellent instructors! A great range of classes across the week and of various difficulties, with every instructor making you feel welcome and supported. Central to the studio practices is an ethos of self-improvement, giving a very friendly and community-driven spirit to the classes. Highly recommended to all!

The studio itself is beautiful. The design is so warm and welcoming, the decor is beautiful and obviously a lot of thought was put into it. The classes are amazing, there’s something for all levels! After doing hit yoga, I can’t go back to normal yoga. Finally, the staff and owners are amazing! They really help make the place shine!

Amazing yoga studio, and would absolutely recommend. Hot Yin classes were great for getting into deep stretches, winding down/relaxing and the Vinyasa/Dynamic classes were energising and challenging (in a good way!) The teachers were great and provided great guidance so you always get a great and beautiful practice in :)

If you’re looking for an authentic yoga practice, this is the place to go! I really enjoyed my classes with Anand and Nicole, they were both challenging and relaxing, especially loved the burning of sage at the beginning of practice. The heat is lovely, and communication via Facebook is always great. I love the studio vibes and really feel relaxed every time I come in! It’s definitely my favourite studio in Nottingham. Unfortunately I’ve now moved away but i can’t wait to come back and visit again soon! Thanks so much for everything :)

I had a very warm welcoming entering the door, very much healing hands, she takes a lot of stress and worries away and helped balance me very much i recommend anyone who hasn't to go and give it a try.

I am new to hot yoga and yoga in general. I have been doing mostly Hot Yin and a bit of Hatha and Mobility. All classes have been really good, relaxing and sometimes challenging but in the best way possible. The instructors are very friendly and supportive and makes you feel welcomed and motivated.

I came to Hot Yoga Nottingham as a beginner and picked it up quite quickly, thanks to the array of classes and lovely staff who communicate really well and make sure everyone is looked after. The community is also so welcoming.

Disorganised, unwelcoming and unprofessional. I can't believe other people are describing the same studio. I felt very uncomfortable all three times I was there, especially when Mahinder led the session and was literally standing on some of the young women while they were doing some of the poses. Not appropriate. The female instructor was just very introverted and unfriendly. Also got charged for not attending when I did attend. They don't reply to emails. Came to the studio this evening to ask if they had space because I hadn't been able to book.on the app and was told brusquely by the instructor that she "didn't know" so I had to just leave. Other studios would have checked the system or suggested to wait and see.if there was space.

A beautiful community and a sanctuary in Nottingham. The teachers are so wonderful with unique styles that keep each class refreshing and magical. The place itself is so welcoming and a true escape from the city- I wish I discovered it sooner!!

The instructors are friendly and supportive and the whole environment feels welcoming. The sessions have been very good and relaxing so I've truly enjoyed them. I particularly liked the spiritual elements that the instructors added to the sessions.

😠 We went to visit the Kitty Café in Nottingham today as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under 2) and had the worst experience. Right from walking in we experienced our first issue where we were told that the reservation was only for 2 people and not 4. On challenging this we were forced to pr...
