Very
pretty
place.
We
parked
up
on
the
small
Milldale
car
park.
Parking
is
free.
The
road
is
tight
and
single
lane
with
passing
lanes.
Seen
a
few
beautiful
houses
walking
down
to
the
bridge.
Noticed
some
houses
were
holiday
lets.
Free
toilets
available.
There
was
a
little
cafe
selling
for
taking
away
only.
They
sold
sandwiches,
scones,
ice
cream,
cold
drinks
and
coffee
as
well
as
plasters,
painkillers
and
duck
food.
The
coffee
tasted
nice
and
strong.
Our
pooches
got
frozzy
ice
creams.
While
the
lab
puppy
ate
the
tub
as
well
as
the
icecream
our
4
year
old
lab
was
a
bit
fuzzy
on
the
vanilla
flavour
and
we
gave
it
to
another
deserving
dog
who
absolutely
loved
his
freebie
and
so
did
his
little
human,
a
toddler,
by
holding
it
patiently.
We
walked
along
the
river
towards
Dovedale.
The
scenery
was
breath
taking.
Our
grown
up
lab
couldn't
get
enough
of
the
waters
while
our
daughter
scrambled
into
the
cave
to
explore.
We
had
a
few
hours
of
exercise
and
nice
weather.
