We had an amazing experience at the hotel. To start with we got an upgrade on our room! The room was huge with an amazing bath and shower room. The bed was big and we slept very well. The hotel was cozy and maintained really well! We enjoyed our experience here and would definitely come back. The sky bar on top is amazing too! Highly recommend it

The calm music when you enter the room, just adds to the very pleasant and light rooms. The high ceiling and big bathrooms are great! Gym have all the equipment for a everyday workout. I had the pepper soup, very tasty. (9/10) and august burger with fries (fries are better at McDonald's) but the burger was really something. The meat and flavours are so explosive along with the crispy bacon (10/10) last but not least, is was served as ordered! Thanks for a (so fare) a good stay.

Excellent hotel conveniently located in Ghent. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and were very clean. The restaurant is extremely good for any meal you chose to partake. The Sunday Brunch is excellent. The location is perfect is you are going to the stadium. The Spa is very nice with inexpensive massages, excellent facilities for your exercise and relaxation time. Excellent place to spend your time.

Room super clean (the cleaning ladies did a really good job) good employees, nice hotel in all. The only negative point is that there was a lot of nice in the room coming from next door but nothing unbearable. (1st time i ask to have my breakfast served in my room and it was delicious, everything was homemade)

Woman and the manager at the reception was racist. Wouldn’t let us book the junior Suite as a family, claimed there was no space for 2 extra beds. In a 45m2 room. Wouldn’t let a family with to kids 10/11 stay in the same room. Very ignorant staff. Unbelievable. Unfriendly and arrogant.

Excellent all round but it would be nice if they had gluten free beer or cider. They didn't but the gluten free rolls they made me were the best I've tasted. The asparagus risotto was the best risotto I've tasted and my meal was good too! You need to catch a bus into town but that's convenient and cheap enough and better than driving. The only thing they could have done more for us was to tell us how to pay on the buses. We ended up not paying for one journey. Oops 😬 but that's not really their responsibility. Shows what a top class experience we had that this is all they could have done better (besides gluten free beer.) Recommend it. We will return. Prices can be good too if you choose the right time to go

This is the best hotel we have stayed in this trip. Very modern and high standard of cleaning. Highly recommended.

Great hotel. We stayed here for one night on our way home from England to Germany. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Service was excellent as well. We had a great evening at the restaurant where our daughter met a lovely waitress (Julie I think her name is) who made her day by taking her to the kitchen to meet the chefs.

Hard to find a place to park, even we booked the parking before. Nice rooms. Breakfast can be improved for this standing..

Really friendly and welcoming staff here, the food was stunning, and the room was immaculate! Location isn’t the best but it did the job! Was here for business but would come back for the food alone, the burger I had was delicious 🤤 Their key cards are so cute being wooden and it’s very easy to use the facilities.

We stayed in Comfort room. The price including breakfast and parking was €180. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is very new, and the beds were comfortable, but the room itself was a disappointment. There was a weird lighting and heating panel, which I found very difficult to operate. The toilet was in a separate enclosure, and the light was motion controlled, but went off if you didn't move after 5 seconds! There was no shelf in the toilet, so if you need to use feminine hygiene products, you would have nowhere to put them, apart from the floor. The shower room only had 2 hooks to hang towels. Shower gel and shampoo are provided, but no body lotion. I asked at reception for body lotion, and they provided me with some. There was no shelf in the shower area, so nowhere to put your own hair conditioner apart from the floor. There was no grab rail in the shower, so nothing to hold on to of you felt unstable (from bending down to pick up your hair conditioner, for example!). There were only 4 hangers in the cupboard. The safe was at a low level and had no light so it was hard to see what was in there. The Spa area was nice, with 2 saunas and a steam room. I thought there might be a jacuzzi, but there wasn't. There was an area of footbaths, but they did not have bubbles, so were basically just foot wash areas. There was a nice relaxing area . There were towels available, but no slippers, so the floor was very slippery to walk on. The gym had bikes, treadmills and weight machines, and overlooks the city skyscape, so nice to use! The breakfast was good, but the cutlery and serviettes were provided in very basic paper packages, which seems a shocking waste of paper. The serviettes were very poor quality, and the cutlery presentation felt a very 3 star approach to a breakfast experience. There were no fresh tea leaves. 😔 The breakfast for was lovely, with a healthy choice of a selection of food. We also had dinner in the restaurant, which was delicious.

The rooms and the facility is really great experience. Nice staff, but the newer colleagues could use a bit more information before informing the clients about transportation, etc. Otherwise, great stay and experience. I recommend Mr. Sato restaurant and cocktails on the 10th floor. A must! Great staff, top notch mixology going on. And if you want great Japanese food prepared by authentic Japanese chef, come earlier.

Positive: + They give us 2 glasses of welcome drink. + Hotel is not far from the center. + Room quite big, quiet and everything is ready inside the room. + Big bed is comfortable. + Coffee machine, Fridge is ready there. + Breakfast is the best of my lists.. many kinds of food you can choose and also have champagne. Negative: + Need to pay for parking and not enough place to park. We need to go to parking beside.

Hotel and rooms were great. Staff also that we came across were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately waiting till we check in and then charging an extra €7 per day tourist tax is an annoyance as why not just include it in the overall price of the room. Also for an out of town hotel based on an industrial estate where the majority of people will be arriving by car and charging almost €10 per day parking with the extra tax just leaves a bit of a sour taste when checking in.

Conclusion: The room itself was great, the poor service and lack of parking spaces made for a less-ideal stay. The room was comfortable, new, and spacious, I particularly liked the huge mirror in the washroom however the service left something to be desired. On top of that, there were too few parking spaces to accommodate guests, which added an additional layer of frustration. I couldn't help but compare the service to what I've experienced in the Netherlands, which was much better and more hospitable. It's a shame that such a great room was marred by these issues.

Great location with access to Ghent and the bergs and cobbled roads that litter this area of Flanders. The Rooms are spacious and well laid out with plenty of storage space. The Breakfasts offer a fresh selection of your typical continental style buffet. While the restaurant provides a wide selection of traditional comfort foods, pie's, pasta, burgers etc. enjoyed by all I dined with.

Lovely hotel well kept and high standards , bar down stairs staff very friendly and helpful. Has a restaurant and spa. Rooms very clean and comfy bed. Mini fridge and safe in rooms. Kettle teas and TV. Directly opposite stadium if your a football fan. Was a game on whilst here amazing to see and could here nothing afterwards windows very sound proof. Toilets by reception good parking and wheelchair access. Lifts in building. I would stay again very good.
