This is the best place you will find for coffee in Ghent and a contender for best coffee in Belgium, and one of the best cups I've ever had. You will find all types of standard and speciality coffee and the level of care and interest that is put into the craft here is visible and appreciated. You can ask questions and have a chat while they make you an expertly brewed pour over, nitro or any of the espresso based drinks you prefer. Or, pop in quickly for the coffee of the day (for an excellent price at that). The only thing to keep in mind is that there's only a few seats outside and just the one inside when I was there but please do not let that keep you from passing by - it's worth it!

We really enjoyed our latte. The barista was friendly and we really liked the fact that everything in the shop was plant-based. It is also really well-situated.

I am a big fan of Way, a coffee shop where I regularly buy my beans and drink coffee. They have specialty coffee of high quality, with a wide range of beans from different countries and regions. The cold brew is refreshing and flavorful, perfect for a hot day. The pastries are also delicious, especially the cinnamon bun that is soft and sweet. The staff is friendly and gives personal advice on which coffee suits you best. I recommend Way to anyone who loves good coffee!

vegan specialty coffee and bookstore in the middle of town. The concept of this Way is one of my favorites: excellent coffee, incredible interior design and on the second floor a fine selection of books on topics such as (obviously) specialty coffee, but also cooking, veganism, cocktails, among others. Highly recommended if you are looking for a first class coffee or if you are looking for fresh beans for your favorite coffee machine.

Great coffee and a vast selection of vegan milk. The chocolate and hazelnut cake was amazing! Staff were super friendly and helping. I just wish there was an inside sitting area so people could sit and maybe work.

Fall in love with this place. In my opinion this is the best coffee spot in Gent! They have everything you want for your home brew, take-away coffee and for me as plantbased person multiple choices of vegan milk! And you can sit outside of the shop and enjoy your coffee and vegan pastry. In one word just amazing! 🖤

Really nice third wave coffee shop! Kind service and tasty coffee! There is pretty much equipment for those who like to make their coffee at home. Upstairs you can find a well-selected collection of books and magazines. I recommend to have a look at it!

WAY Specialty coffee in Ghent is hands down one of our favorite coffee shops. Not only do they serve exceptional coffee, but they also have a small book store upstairs that specializes in cookbooks. The service is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Though the seating is limited, if it's full, you can always find a cozy spot on the steps outside to enjoy your drink. Highly recommended for coffee lovers and book enthusiasts alike.

Want a coffee but afraid it’s too hot outside to have one? Not to worry - Way has you covered! Way serves “cold brew” (iced coffee) as well as other ice coffee variations to quench your thirst for coffee even in hot days. The standard cappuccinos also are worthy of trying. While you can order coffee to drink there or to go, you can also buy coffee beans as well as equipment to use at home.

This is such a nice place. The whole concept is really modern. With a pleasant aesthetic that invites hipsters, fashionistas and coffee lovers, this café offers plant based option with great quality. It was by far one of the best coffees that I have tried in Ghent. The upstairs part is also a vegan books theme library 📚 and has some window seating area. I totally loved it. Also they offer some merch and coffee grains to sell 🥰

Very nice atmosphere and grand specialty/ 3rd wave coffee at this place. The great thing about this place is the variety of filter coffees they gave on offer, hence you can try any of their coffees at will. Great collection of coffee tools and accessories as well. Lastly, very comfortable and cosy spots to sit at and sip your brew.

The best coffee in Ghent!!! The coffee and the pastries are amazingly delicious. The place is beautiful and cosy, the service is excellent and the store has many coffee tools for sale. Perfect experience! I highly recommend it.

Wonderful place for a really delicious cup of coffee on the go and really good vegan cakes too. Only thing that was a pity: i was the only person sitting outside with a „real“ (read:ceramic) cup. All other customers who were sitting outside had to-go-cups, which i think is just unneccessary waste.

👍👍 As I said to the boss again today: I am glad that you have started the original concept again: no cutlery, no plate, only a croque in a wicker basket, a basket for the potato wedges and a nice fresh drink. And you tell the customer that he can always get cutlery and a plate. I approve. The croques...
