Nice area but during our visit most stores were closed (11 a.m., Saturday January 17th). Lots of free parking in the area. Also public bathrooms available and they were clean.

I love the harbor walk. I come here as often as I can. I want to see the fireworks, the food options, AJs, all the vibes of the people returning from their adventures. They do so much to help people enjoy their day. 100% a must visit.

You have to try this place if you are in Destin, so much to do and see! It was really packed when we were there. We had Italian ice-cream, gellato, i think 🤔. It was really good 👍. We were going to try to eat, but all the restaurants are lined out the doors and down two lanes of the hiway! Kidding, they were really busy, so we went elsewhere. Come visit the boardwalk with someone you love ❤️, come at sunset 🌇, beautiful!!

We were there in late April. We ate an early dinner at a restaurant off the boardwalk and had free parking. It was nice place to walk and look at the birds on the docks. I'm not sure I would pay $20 to park just to walk around. We would had rented jet skis but there was a double red flag riptide warning.

Local Harbor Day Review Our family had an exciting local harbor day on the first day of spring break. We kicked off the day with an exhilarating Hydro Rocket dolphin tour that had the kids thrilled and smiling all the way. Lunch at AJ’s was a delightful experience, with great food that perfectly complemented the day’s vibe. Unfortunately, our positive momentum took a hit during the MAXIMUM MAGIC Show starring Noah & Heather Wells. The show didn’t meet our expectations and left us feeling disappointed. Overall, spending the day at the harbor is a wonderful reminder of how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful, vibrant community. However, the steep $20 parking fee is a major deterrent for locals. It’s disheartening to see such a barrier for residents who want to support and enjoy our local amenities. A discount or locals’ pass would go a long way in making these experiences more accessible.

Fun place. Great place to spend a day with the kids. Very family friendly environment. Highly recommend the pirates cruise. Crew and staff were great with the kids. Very reasonable price for a 2 hour cruise. Also very likely to see dolphins. You won't be disappointed.

This a fun spot to walk around and hang out in Destin! We came around 6pm or so and the weather was really pleasant to just stroll around. You can see all the boats down at the boardwalk/dock, and there are lots of different places for window shopping, restaurants, etc. Live music is played during certain times. It’s also a great place to watch the sunset!

The Boardwalk was very crowded all day every day. But we had great water views and sunsets. There were plenty of restaurants along with food trucks and street vendors to choose from and plenty of family friendly activies. I just wasn't fond of how crowded it actually was.

Highly recommend going during the evening when the boats are coming in! We talked to several fishermen who were very interactive and kind to my inquisitive kids. One let them feed a Heron with a couple of his bait fish and another let them hold a tuna!

Loved the area. Food & shops were great. So much to do from charted fishing boats to floating tiki huts to crab island. Can't wait to visit again. Had only so much time to kill before our flight to go back home 😔

Destin Harbor Boardwalk is very nice, it has any and everything you could ask for. Great place to go after a long day on the beach. There is plenty to do and see.ots of food, drinks, restaurants, and food trucks. Lots of activities, boat tours, fishing tours, wall climbing, and zip lines. I think it open 24/7.

This is a splendid place to be. We visited the spot on Christmas eve. So the activities were pretty much closed. We could see the counters for Zipline, tattoos and a lot of fun activities. There were a lot of water fun activities and cruises available. We should talk for spot bookings as the crowd was very less, thanks to the holiday. There are a variety of good restaurants and stores available. Saw a few food trucks as well. Could have a great lunch with a waterfront view. The walk wa really awesome with some good spots to take photos. A pleasant experience.

Nice park, perfect for all family. The parking fee is $20 and can be used for all day. Plenty of restaurants? food trucks and stores where you can buy souvenirs. Many activities to enjoy: tours boats to see dolphins or fishing, comic and magic shows and live music too, or buy tours to Crab’s Island. There are activities for kids too.

There is a lot to do here from zip lines, food trucks, cruises, shopping, 7D, dining, and more! You can spend an entire day here without realizing it! Their shaved ice food truck is amazing! One day we bought some food and walked the piers where we found pelicans and dolphins! We bought ice cream and enjoyed some sun and shopping. On another day we came and are at Margaritaville. If you’re a drinker they have a coyote ugly nearby. There are also a lot of photo opportunities here. Be warned they have reps that sit at the bottom of the steps that work for the mega hotel nearby that will act like local tour guides, but they are trying to relentlessly sell you packages offering discounts and free stays. Just do what I did and walk away. Then they leave you alone and you can enjoy the boardwalk in peace.

This place was deserted when we came the week before Thanksgiving. Totally awesome boardwalk. Several great boats and the sunset was world class. If your in the area, definitely visit.

We went on a dolphin cruise and spent a little time on the Boardwalk prior to the excursion. It was very lively and fun just taking in the atmosphere. We did have a snack prior to the cruise from one of the food trucks. I had a pizza grilled cheese. It was very good and filling. The cruise was also very fun. We saw about 4 dolphins and saw some guys catch a shark out in the Gulf *we're hoping they let it go 😬. That was exciting.

We visited this location during the week, arriving around 10:30. Some of the restaurants and bars were just beginning to open and the crowd was light. Several shops were open, so we could browse a little. Parking was $20 for the day, and you paid when you left. I think this amount covered you even if you left and came back to the location. We had scheduled a boat ride to see the dolphins which didn't start until 2:30, so we ate lunch at O' Quigley's. Their food was very good. We ate on the top floor open air restaurant/ bar with a beautiful view of the water, boats and surrounding area. Members of my group ordered Bloody Mary's. They must have been good because they ordered a second round. Very relaxing atmosphere. We had a great waitress! This area was very open and you could move easily between the docks, the shops and restaurants and bars. The dolphin ride was awesome. We had two great crew members and the ticket included two alcoholic beverages while on the tour. They also had water and soda.

Get you a visitor map and the menu mag from the info center as you as you park. It’s a $20 entrance fee and can be used for one day to come in and out of the boardwalk. Plenty of restaurants to get drinks, food trucks, as well as birds like brown pelicans and white poop all over the boardwalk. You will mainly see tourist boats parked that will take you out to the ocean for fishing or dolphin watching. I also saw a section for yachts for sale which was pretty cool to see. My favorite part was the non alcoholic pina colada pineapple drink from one of the food stands and he only charged $13 and we got to watch him get a whole pineapple and carve the pineapple pieces of pineapple to eat. Overall my drink was delicious! We walked the whole boardwalk to our money’s worth, didn’t do any shopping because their products there are too expensive imo. We didn’t do a boat ride because we heard there was a red flag warning in the water (and yes I know that’s for swimming only) so we didn’t go.

We went here every night we stayed in Destin! So beautiful and gives the perfect summer night/beach feel. Also not sure what everyone is talking about parking being outrageous, we parked at the Harbor Heron (I think is what it’s called?) and only paid $10 for 4 hours!
