Lot of good Tea options and the sushi rolls. The pokebowl is amazing and is delicious 😋 the teriyaki is very bland but good for people who like the authentic non spicy stuff. Very good customer service 😀 A peaceful & serene place. Little over expensive for students in the area.

Just out adventuring for lunch and spotted them. I was going try a poke bowl but I decided to try the Kenko roll and it was pretty darn good. I liked it cause the sushi was made with soy paper instead of nori. I hate nori! Perfect light lunch. Only thing I don't like is the parking.... this restaurant in on Euclid and you gotta park by the meters so u don't get a ticket. But I will be back for my poke bowl next lol

This place was clean and the service was nice. I was surprised how much chicken I got for my chicken teriyaki bowl! It was a generous serving :) I was given 2 small cups of yum yum sauce. My bubble tea was perfect. There is plenty of seating and they’re open for dine in now.

The sushi here is tasty, and their soups are delicious. They also have a variety of board games.

I had the sushi and bubble tea here years ago and I remember it being decent. But today I ordered the poke bowl and based on the look and texture of the fish I decided not to eat it. The avocado was brown and there were hardly any cucumbers or edamame in it. What a wast of $13.

The worst customer service I've experienced in quite some time. It appears they're entirely staffed by college kids with no training or supervision. There was a line of people and the girl at the front couldn't care less and seemed confused by the orders. She was rude and acted like it wasn't her job to help anyone, refused to clean up any trash, and rolled her eyes at customers. There's a confusing ordering system with two places to order that isn't explained well with the signage. Food was mediocre at best.

It’s rare that I give a bad review, but we only chose this restaurant because it got so many good reviews. And I found them to be very poor quality and so, decided to share. Across-the-board the ingredients were low quality. The teriyaki sauce was very plain and had almost no flavor, and the chicken had an odd texture that made it taste cheap. The sushi was not authentic, and you might say I should’ve expected that, but I did not because of the other good reviews I read. Overall the meal was incredibly disappointing and I would not eat there again.

Nothing like spending $70 for sushi fast food for two. I’ll pass on ever coming back. Food was OK, but certainly not worth $70. Service when ordering was good and at the register was good, but the beverage guy had a pretty negative attitude.

Beware I'm going to give a very detailed review about this place. Hi my name is Juno and I love coming in here no matter how crowded it is. I feel welcomed, and the customer service is pretty darn great. I've been coming in here for lunch and dinner for about a year now, and I'm completely addicted. Everyone as far as the staff goes is very inviting funny and pretty good to talk to. I even made friends with one of the employees who seems like a pretty good guy. Sometimes I come in here to sit and do my homework or I just watch kdramas and meet new people. I can be antisocial sometimes which is one of the reasons why I didn't really speak that much when coming in here. But the staff made me feel welcome and the music selection is pretty awesome! Every time I come in it's a variety of pop, rock, k-pop, Jay Rock and anything you can think of. If you don't hear someone humming along to the song on the next speaker it's playing something that I know from one of my playlists. I'm going to admit, I've answered a lot of restaurants and I've given a lot of good reviews but this happens to be one of my favorite restaurants ever. It is number one on my top list and I don't give number one to a lot of places previously it was Raising Canes simply because I was addicted to the sauce. But now I'm completely addicted and I'm really going to miss that place what I leave for my second term. So please I recommend eating here for lunch or dinner one day. If you need to know anything about the place please don't hesitate to comment under my review I will answer any questions.

Here for the first time, I ordered a made to order and very fresh poke bowl. Makes for a pleasant and fulfilling meal. This place is a little pricey but quality is valued so in the end it’s worth it. Unfortunate there’s only this location in the Cleveland area, as it’s pretty far from me, but it’s hard to find something like this so makes the trip one of importance. Great food, Great atmosphere, Great experience!

Food can be made at home. Over priced. Unfortunately, You’re better off going to wholefoods and cooking the meal. Paid $80 for -Bowl, fried rice, with chicken and shrimp, and extra veggies (didn’t get those) -California role -bento box Waste of money.

My friend and I both have dietary restrictions but her more than I, so she was worried to build her own sushi and try is for the first time but this place had a great vibe and topping offerings that she was able to have a great first experience while catering her dietary restrictions !! Always coming back to eat sushi here !!!

Way better than it was when I used to work there in 2015 and 16. The younger crowd works there and they never messed up my order a single time or were rude. Good job ambience is there. The food is pretty good for the price to the teas are great 4.5 stars. Nice to see the pictures that I took for the menu are still up lol yeah I took those. Shout out to Sheng, Jerry, Mikey, & Eric. Glad you guys got rid of Morgan because he would’ve buried you guys 😂

AMAZING FOOD! Each and every addition to the broth was FRESH. The veggies were outstanding, my udon noodles were just right and the broth was perfectly seasoned. I understand why this restaurant was universally raved about by anyone I asked.

Terrible customer service. 1) there was once I waited 20 minutes and I still didn’t get my food. I went asked, and found that they forgot my order. 2) so the next time, I left to do something else after I ordered food. After I return within 15 minutes, my food was not ready. So I asked. I was told that they assume I will not come back, and the order was eaten by a staff. If they can’t make the food within ten minutes, they should not assume that the customer will come get their order within 10 minutes!

The teriyaki chicken bowl consisted of rubbery chicken flavored with soybean oil over a bed of gooey rice and wilted vegetables. Eating here made me sad.

I usually love this place, but this visit made me reconsider whether or not the drive is worth it. I placed an order for pickup to which I added salmon for an extra $2.50 but when I got home I noticed there wasn’t any in it. I tried to call for help multiple times, but the mail box is full and no one answers. It would be helpful if they had some other way to get in contact with them when things go wrong, such as an email for customer service. Sad to say this might have been my last order from here.

👍 March 2022: Stopped here for lunch on a comp from the Jack Casino. They gave me $30 that I used to get the Double melt, tots, vanilla shake, and chili to go. Pros: * Clean restaurant with a bar and plenty of TVs on the walls. * Friendly staff who were attentive to my needs. It was not very busy so...
