Great place for the family and to get the kids active and tired. It was a lot of fun, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the price is good. We went for a birthday party and they provided pizza which was made downstairs and very good. I would gladly have my kids birthday parties here. They also have an elevator for access for our stroller to the jump pads but not the eating rooms.

Place is pure chaos now. Employees stand around doing absolutely nothing. They do not enforce rules. Kids are getting hurt. It's just a madhouse. STILL COMPLETELY CHAOTIC! ZERO RULES. PACKED WITH RUDE KIDS THAT ARE EXTREMELY AGRESSIVE, MEAN AND HAVE NO PRESENT PARENTS WATCHING THEM OR CARING THAT THEIR KIDS ARE BEING DANGEROUS AND HURTING OTHER KIDS.

One of the best entertainment zone for all age of people. All kind of jumping and gymnastics activities you can do here with your friends and family. Hourly and monthly passes are given. Lots of activities for children available here. Ample amount of space and seating facilities are also available for parents to watch kids. You will have wonderful times.

Bought tickets in advance to wait in line 15 minutes when we got there making us late for our jump time. One girl open taking check ins. Multiple employees standing around observing, refusing to jump in and get the line moving faster. Place was packed and hardly any room to move. The toddler area didn't get separated until 15 minutes left of our jump, so the toddlers were expected to jump with the rough big kids. Sharp pieces hurt your feet while walking in-between trampolines on the mat. Will not be back.

The kids all had so much fun! What a blast, I don't care how old I am next time I'm jumping too! All of the staff was extremely friendly and fun. It is pricey but totally worth it for a treat once in a while. You need to buy socks for $3 but they can be used every time after. Jumping is $15 for 30min, $17 for 1hr & up depending how long your jump pass is. There's also toddler time a few days a week for 5 & under so they don't get trampled and it's only $10 for the hour. There are lots of trampolines, dodgeball areas, basketball trampolines, foam pits, gladiator battle area and even a Ninja warrior type obstacle course and more. Can't wait to go back!

A great place for the family and friends to burn off some energy! It has nice areas for the adults to sit with TVs. There are plenty of staff around making sure the kids are jumping safely and are not too wild. It has a nice side by side obstical course, basketball dunking, dodgeball and other fun activities for the kids. To make the check-in process easier make sure you have the waiver filled out in advance from home.

This is a great place to take the kids for some fun activity. My kids love it here. However I feel the facility does not keep things up to code. I took my children in May and I had 2 school age and a newborn. The handicapped washroom did not have a working automatic button and the change table was broken. I told the staff and they said they knew it was broken. I asked them where I was to change my baby and they shrugged and said sorry. There is no way to get to the upper level that has couches with a stroller so I had to change her on the tables people use to eat. The only elevator reaches the jump floor. 4 months later I took my kids back and the handicapped washroom door was still broken. I had such a hard time getting my stroller in while holding the door, there would be no way someone in a wheelchair or Walker could do it. Thankfully the change table had been fixed. My kids ran off to play and I asked them to use the elevator so I could get to the jump floor to monitor my kids playing. A staff grabbed the keys, had me walk into the clear, cramped elevator and then fidgeted with the buttons for 5 minutes while I was stuck in this crammed clear box. Finally she got another staff who did the same thing. They realized it didn’t work and he offered to help me carry my stroller up the stairs. The staff was kind but how does management not know their elevator does not work. I was very disappointed to see that the entire building was not wheel chair accessible which I’m pretty sure is against codes.

Place is great for kids but it's getting very dirty. People not jumping are allowed to be in their street shoes and the place doesn't look like it was vacuumed in a long time. I can only assume the trampolines are never sanitized either. Teenagers that work there do a good job but they lack authority to enforce rules with adults.

Good place for kids to burn off some energy! Lots of trampolines and huge air bags to fall on/into. Ninja/agility courses. Trampoline basketball nets. A small arcade corner. Of course food and Slushies! Bathrooms are also decent. Nice staff :)

A truly awesome place for kids to have fun and practise some acrobatic skills in a safe environment. I wish they had something like this when I was a kid. If you are travelling to Windsor with kids in tow and looking for a fun way to spend a few hours, look no further!

Hasn't really changed from what it was before, hosted a bday party and the staff was super nice, helpful and polite. My biggest issue is they have kids in a position where they need to enforce the rules, which usually means they won't. ex. 2 kids were running around recklessly and no one stopped them, one of those reckless kids ended up running into a another kid, playing by the rules, and hurt her pretty badly. Nothing came of it. And I don't blame the teenaged employee. Just think the employees enforcing the rules need to be adults, and playing a video on a bunch of tvs saying not to do double flips and tricks are dangerous to children who aren't watching them doesn't skirt liability.

Great place to come to burn some energy! My nephews love coming here. It does get VERY busy and sometimes the bigger kids aren't always mindful of the littler ones but other than that it's a great place

It was okay. I'd never been so wanted to go at least once. The obstacle course was definitely not made for your average person. I don't think I saw anyone make it through any parts of the obstacles. I can definitely see why kids like it.

The idea of this trampoline park is great. Many different activites for kids to try. Not a huge fan of grown ups jumping in same area as toddlers and sometimes knocking them over. It shows our city lacks other kid oriented play places as this is usually extremely busy and jammed to unsafe levels of patrons trying to find space of their own to use.

Staff seemed overwhelmed with the number of customers. Little regard for safety protocols from staff and just posted signs for you to read in each area. Jump at your own risk and hope others follow the rules. If booking a party, the birthday room time seems to be more of a guideline and not strictly enforced. Expect delays and you are required to be understanding and patient with staff if the party before your runs late.

Rude and loud manager, DESTINY, is the worst staff here. No patience for kids. Bad management. Litter have not been cleaned for hours on the floor. Wiping floor without any sign to warn kids with only socks. Fortunately, All staff are friendly. Guess that's why their management keep changing constantly.

After sitting on the edge of the foam pit for 2 minutes I had to pick a flea of my daughter. All of the trampolines were littered with disgusting hair/dust balls and food debris (chips). My daughter loves it here but after this experience I don't think we'll be returning unless they clean the place.

What an awesome experience. My kids loved it and I loved watching them have a great time! There were staff everywhere to help newbies like us get started and at every activity to ensure rules are being followed. It's a very large area and has different sections for different activities. We will definitely come back next time we're in the area.

Water fountain and urinal have both in our of order since Christmas break. Two months ago. Still not fixed. I wonder what other things management here has decided to neglect. This is a huge red flag as far as I'm concerned when it takes a business over 60+ days to fix basic plumbing fixtures.

By far the least stressful party I've had. There was lots of staff on site and loads of places for parents to interact without needing to be holding the child's hand. Staff was very polite and made sure to take care of everything for us.

Needs better monitoring. And the teens at the entrance could be better at greeting guests and telling them how things work especially for people like us who had not been to a jump park before.

I just had my sons birthday party at the SkyZone today. He turned 5 so I wanted to do something special for his birthday and he invited his friends from school. My experience with SkyZone from start to finish has been none other than excellent. The staff are all very polite and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable and professional. The kids had a blast here and if you want to do a birthday party for your child, I highly recommend to do it at SkyZone! The staff are so helpful. We were assigned a host when I booked the party for the little jumpers and he was amazing! He helped me put up all the decorations and set up the cake table including the food table and got all the cutleries and everything ready just on time before the little jumpers came into the room. He helped us cut the cake for us and served it to the kids! I must say our host was so helpful! Make sure to tip your host for all the hard work they put in to make your child’s birthday special. I definitely would come back to do more parties!

Just like the other review, was saying this sky zone needed to be thoroughly cleaned. After having friends kids there for one hour came home with fleas, parents should make sure that kids are clean before bering them. Kids today are stuck at home and we should have to worry about something like this.

My kids love this place...but to be honest it's falling apart nothing looks safe anymore. Also it's become pretty dirty. Last time I was there my kid was in the warrior part and one of the courses that has hanging ropes fell down, thankfully the heavy medal part didn't hit him in the head.

The facility is great. That is reason why I gave it a 4. If I had to rate on customer service and staff friendliness I wouldn't even want to give it a one. Just awful. Not even a smile. They seemed annoyed at the fact that we brought kids into the building. It's a trampoline park. Your biggest customer will be children. To roll your eyes and give kids a nasty look while they are anxiously waiting for me to register them, well it isn't necessary.

A popular spot to bounce around and explore the inner ninja in you and your friends. The party rooms offer great hosting spaces for the kiddos and friends!

  • 5/5 Asher D. 2 years ago on Google
It was clean, well maintained and there was enough staff on the floor to assist patrons while they are jumping if needed. They do seem to run out of their concession stand products quite quickly, my only suggestion would be to keep more stock of your concession stand items. Oh and we would definitely like to see more GROUPON deals for SKY ZONE WINDSOR, &/or more coupons for more discount opportunities. These 2 things would definitely allow more parents the financial freedom to be able to bring their kids or themselves to jump more often. Last thing, I've talked to a few different parents while jumping and a REWARDS PROGRAM would BE AMAZING! ok I'm done now, THANK YOU FOR ALL THE FUN AND FOR TUCKERING MY LITTLE MONSTERS OUT!

  • 3/5 Aimee H. 1 year ago on Google
It's kind of gone downhill since it switched from Sky Zone. They took out the block pit and replaced it with a small arcade and half the games are out of order. The staff literally don't care what happens. There were kids running full tilt along the paths, bumping into other people and jumping down the staircases and the staff just watched it happen and did nothing. The only time I saw a staff member engage with a patron was at the counter where you pay. The kids enjoyed it. There's lots of trampolines. We'll go back but it'd be nice if the staff didn't act like it was an inconvenience for them to be there.

I hosted my daughter's 6th birthday at Aero Sports. It felt great knowing so many details were taken care of before we arrived. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff who were ready and organized. They made all the kids feel important and seen. The staff member who took care of our party blew us away! She was on the ball with everything and even decorated the room for us. It was very cute! She was attentive to us and our guests and made everything seamless. Thank you for making her birthday a smashing success!

Absolutely loved this place! Made me feel like a kid all over again! Kids loved it, and an hour was plenty of time to be here, I couldn't take much more after that long of trying to keep up with the kids! Definitely recommended

We always pay for the monthly membership like all year nd the summer pass membership. My kids loves this place.pizza is also yummy and it's a great place for birthdays.they gave to add some more people to watch kids so parents can relax.theu also put snacks accessible to kids which is not a good strategy cuz those not healthy snacks nd that's a sport place.that makes me angry sometimes. They also should put TVs with cameras all over the place for parents to see their kids.I always lose my kids and takes me few minutes to find them all 3. Kids fo to washroom with their socks nd come back to jump.there si no respect to hygiene.this needs to be improved. They need lots to get to 5 stars

The kids always love going there, bracelets versus the old stickers on the shirts are a nice change. Once the waivers are done and on file, checking in getting jumping is pretty effortless.

Im not impressed with the lack of effort of the upkeep of the building and lack of cleanliness. It was a simple birthday party held for my son. We had up to 6 toddlers jumping for one hour. They wanted to keep jumping after lunch, but we only had the trampolines for 1 hour. It's a pretty poppin' place. The kids had fun and the staff are nice. Here is my main concern: I notice that the staff walked by the water fountain; I don't know how many times, but when my kids needed some water there was this red liquid in the fountain, nobody cleaned it up during the whole duration while we were there (2 hours total for the party) EWWWWWWWWWWW. Also my husband said that the mens washroom is hardly cleaned as there were feces left behind on a toilet seat. Gross. Secondly, the party room was yucky and their dishware was yucky. The jug for our pop container had something floating at the bottom. I wanted to puke when my husband pointed it out. The party room was also not cleaned out before use because I noticed small shiny party decorations leftover from the last party. This was not from ours because I don't drive and couldn't bring decor to decorate the room; therefore, we had no decorations. Also- they spelt my last name wrong on the party box, the pizza boxes, and the party on the door. I spelt it to them on the phone when I was booking the party. They asked me over the phone what kind of food I wanted for the party and they had to ask me again at the party.. Im not sure whether it was a lack of listening skills or just confirming my order? Minor detail, some things in the building need to be fixed, not sure if there is a delay in service or neglect, but for the amount they are charging everything should be up to date, working and fixed. I was just not happy with these things. I don't think it was worth the money. I feel like with this kind of money there could of been more effort. I will probably be back, but not hold a party. Therefore I gave it 3 stars for the amount of fun the kids have. Lets just hope nobody gets sick, because I feel they aren't keeping up with the cleaning routinely around here.

I'm rooting for family friendly venues like this one to thrive. Our area needs it. My kids have a blast when they come and it is nice for the community to have places for our kids to be active and off their devices while making new friends.

It was super busy because of winter break but still a blast. It was so much fun to feel like a kid again. The staff were kind, happy, and made sure the kids were safe. It was a great way to burn off a little Christmas indulgences as well as the kids' extra big energy. πŸ˜€

My son had a great time playing on the trampolines, and we both enjoyed playing with all the children. However, the bathroom door was broken, and a woman walked in on me. Luckily she was very kind. My son and I loved playing with all the children. We made some great friends playing here. However the staff was inattentive when the kids were hurt. They did not seem to interact with the children much at all. Also, the food selection was fun, but unhealthy. And there was cluttered drinks in the seating area which made it uncomfortable. We would go back for the enjoyment, but we do see areas for improvement.
