Someone in the kitchen doesn’t know what they’re doing. We ordered the Blue Dream taco and it isn’t the first time we’ve had it. We received a Taco Bell quality taco. Definitely nothing like the Blue Dream tacos we’ve previously had at this location and other locations. Taco was way too thin and the ground beef tasted like they put the whole salt container into it. Go to Taco Bell if you want a decent taco.

The only reason I'm not giving it 4 stars is because the hostess was trash. She didn't say hi, bye, or anything. However, Alex, our waitor, was amazing and helped our experience be great. The tacos were delicious and the margaritas were incredible. I can't remember what I had, but it was some spiced pineapple. I will definitely dine here again.

This is my first time visiting Michigan so my husband and I decided to try this place out and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere is very unique with a laid back feel. Seating is very close together to other people which we did not mind but other people might have cared because of how loud people can talk and be to your seats. I don't do spicy but we tried the dirty sauce and I LOVED it. It is spicy but it's not overpowering so you still taste the flavors in the food. I recommend the Ooey-gooey roasted chicken tacos.

Such amazing food and great service. Always a busy spot but so worth trying their food. They also have great virgin margaritas with a variety of flavors.

After hearing many great things about Condado, we finally decided to try it out. Even though they were very busy, everyone was friendly and attentive, and we only waited about ten minutes for a table on a Friday night. We started out with margaritas (Smoke Show and Handsome Devil - for the spice lovers) and the pineapple chipotle honey guac. The guacamole made a great appetizer and the chips were super fresh. I ordered a variety of tacos as well - Ooey Gooey, Korean BBQ, and Bad Habit. All were delicious and I left very content.

I stopped by for lunch while visiting from out of state. Loved the drinks and the tacos. The service from Colby and team was fast, attentive and accurate. I’d recommend the Smoked Cheddar queso, Bad Habit taco and the Smokeshow marg.

Unique menu. Queso is real good. Chips are a little greasy. Chicken bowel with rice and beans was very flavorful. Kale salad has a nice tangy balance.

Happy we tried this place. The food was flavorful but came out warm. Service was extremely slow. The spicy Margarita was delicious. The wait staff were very friendly so I’m assuming they were understaffed. We’ll be back. This restaurant is kid friendly however, there were a couple families dining tonight with children that made our dining experience a bit challenging. No fault to the restaurant.

Came here for the first time last night. It was amazing! Great place for a variety of tacos or build your own. I had the Ooey-gooey and the Dutch dragon. Both were good but the vegetarian Dutch Dragon was phenomenal! My husband had the nachos and loved them. We can’t wait to come back and try some different tacos. They seem to do a great carryout business too. We’ll be back for sure!!👍

Condado's was a family favorite, but my last two visits were disappointing. When 4 tacos cost nearly $30, and it's a carryout - you have to get the order right, because I'm not paying for ambience. One taco was bombed with onions and contained a hair, another contained corn; neither the onions, hair, or corn were requested. Previously, one of the tacos had cheese, which a picky eater refused to consume. I sent my concerns using the link on the corporate site, but got no response. So now my review appears in public.

Place is horrible. Service is garbage and disrespectful. Hope they close, they’re horrid.

First time here. Never really liked Taco specific restaurants because they always give you really small dinky tacos while charging you almost 10$ for them. Condado’s doesn’t follow that, their tacos are extremely large. You can easily order 3 tacos and feel satisfied. I was extremely satisfied with our food. We ordered a nacho to and it was fantastic. I definitely will be back.

Can't say enough good about this place. Been to several Condado Tacos locations and they're all fantastic. Very consistent, delicious food. You order and you're food comes out SO FAST! It gets me every time in the best way. If you love tacos you'll love this place. They have some cool different combinations that you won't find anywhere else. They have a very diverse menu, and I'll leave it there so you can check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent food and service. Hostess totally refused( with rude tone) to accommodate four of us to seat on regular chair table, Restaurant was pretty busy and we didn’t mind since we always like the food here. High top table and flimsy stools were bit challenging to sit, We noticed people leaving and approached another team member to switch table. We decide to carry our starters and drinks to the new table, New cosy corner for our dinner was just perfect.

Great food at affordable prices! I've had Condados before but this was the first time I've ever visited the restaurant. It has a great atmosphere; you know exactly what you're getting when you come here. I especially love the wall art. The service was quick, and the waitress who served us was friendly, patient, and attentive to our needs. Drinks came first and food quickly afterwards. I ordered El Tradicional, one of their signature pork tacos, and I was not disappointed! My friends and I were completely satisfied. And the bill barely put a dent in my wallet. Totally coming back and highly recommend, especially if you're looking for something cheap but delicious late at night in Royal Oak!

Hadn't been to Condado in a while, and my husband had been wanting to go. I kept shutting it down. We had it so much last year I think I was just getting bored with it. We were in the area yesterday and I knew if I we didn't go soon I'd have to hurt him...LOL!!! Well, we went to the Royal Oak location and I ordered a Lucy's Fire and a Sweet Heat in the bud box with chips and queso. I had to apologize to him for not going sooner. I had forgotten how damn good those tacos were. Omg...so good, so fresh, thick tacos full of delicious fillings. It won't be that long the next time. Condado...I didn't know how much I missed you.😋

Placed an online order for 5 tacos. I realized I only got 4 tacos so I go back with my items and tell the girl at the front who immediately doesn’t know what to do and runs to someone else. She comes back and asks me which taco it was....well none of them are labeled with names (which I filled out when I placed the order) so how do I know which taco I didn’t get. She tells me she needs to know in order to remake it. Another girl comes over and says the same thing saying she doesn’t know what to do and that she can take the tacos in the back, open each one and see which one I didn’t get. At this point my food is already cold why would I wait for them to sift through my tacos to figure out their mistake. Why ask for names for each taco if you don’t even label them. You’d think you would either offer a full refund or remake the entire order or any better solution than me standing there trying to figure out which taco wasn’t made. In the end I had to ask to get a refund on at least one taco because they were ZERO help and didn’t really care to help. Seems like there is no leadership and horrible customer service.

Great new place in Royal Oak. Flavors were spot on! So beautiful, the bright colors and fresh produce beg to be enjoyed! Extensive drink menu and tequila selection. I had the pineapple Express margarita and the classic margarita, both were amazing! Beware some of the salsas and sauces are spicy....get them on the side if you are unsure! We sat on the patio, which was perfect! The interior can be loud when the restaurant is at peak hours!

Ordered thru Uber Eats. Entire order (build your own nachos) was wrong. Very disappointed. Order arrived quickly but was cold. Paid a lot of money and now still hungry.

good and decent amount of food but they forgot my chips, gave me a huge bag for my sauces so i assumed the chips were in that bag. not worth the price i paid overall. i would compare to qdoba, but chipotle is king in my opinion.

I have raved about this place for the past year since they've been open. I've come here pretty religiously even through take-out only times of the shutdown. The food has lost quality and even physical warmth. I'm tired of my food not tasting like anything when before I couldn't get enough of it. I will try again maybe when things come back to being normal in society.

AMAZING FOOD!! I heard good things but wow. Service was great, we were the only ones dining in and had the staffs full attention lol, it was nice. If I had to pick one thing to point out, it's the salsa was lacking flavor in comparison so all the other food and the chips were a bit thick, but those had no affect whatsoever on the experience. 👏🏽👏🏽 Thanks to Colby for putting up with our slow ordering

The food was great, but my waiter, Matt, was absolutely incredible! I built my own taco, and my waiter went to the kitchen to ensure it was made exactly as requested (I wanted a bit of everything). It came out even better than I could've imagined! I was able to get a taste of everything and it was all fantastic! Not only that, but Matt was extremely welcoming when I came in and truly made my experience. He was extremely nice, talkative, and happy to be there. I've got my fingers crossed that he'll be there the next time I go!

I ordered the chicken bacon ranch tacos and they were so good. Ended up getting three tacos, which ended up being overkill but I could tell the ingredients were great and overall a solid spot. Only issue I have and this is not the establishment’s fault, but the parking in this area is absolutely awful. If I could rank the parking I would give it a 1/5 but since that is Royal Oak’s problem, I won’t take away from the great tacos I had!

I actually LOVE this chain the food is usually so good and comes out so fast, however this location is a NO GO, unless you enjoy negativity. Try the Detroit (Midtown) or Troy location for well behaved, well mannered working individuals. They don’t lie, I’d go as far to say that they actually enjoy their job and it shows in their service, they’re also extremely attentive! Your choice. Love!

First time trying this restaurant and am just Wowed! I am usually pretty picky on Mexican restaurants and stick to my usuals no matter where I travel to but very happy my daughter had me try Condado! I got the nachos and I was pleasantly surprised to see how amazing the food presentation was in a box delivered to us! I dove right in and although I’m stuffed, I am patiently waiting for my tummy to make room for the rest :)) White melted cheese and sour cream on the side…so GOOD!

Myself and 2 daughters came by tonight from Windsor before a concert at the Royal Oak Theatre. Every team member was absolutely awesome! Colby was great! The food, atmosphere, staff and vibe were incredible! Thank you for a great experience and we will definitely be back !

This was such a 5/5 dining experience. This was my first time visiting as were just in Royal Oak for the afternoon. Staff were super friendly and helpful as soon as you walked in. Food was served within minutes. Drinks were delicious. The tacos...omg... I will dream about them. Tequila-lime steak was *chefs kiss* . My only criticism is that it was super cold in the restaurant. But I'll be back again!

I got the firecracker taco and was great. The sriracha butter chicken taco was not worth the hype. They got great drinks and ambience. Would definitely recommend this place to hang out with friends to get some drinks and eat tacos. They have make your own Mexican bowl options as well

Everything was fabulous just a little dark had to pull out my phone to read the menu. THE FOOD AND DRINKS WERE SPECTACULAR! TRY THE DIPS MARVELOUS! The servicer was fast, and so polite! GO GET YOU SOME!

The good, great place for a date! Low light, decent music, full bar. The food comes fast! The ok, the food is tasty basically chipotle food in a smaller proportion. Meat is a bit scarce. The bad, service was not tip worthy. (Still tipped as per usual). She basically forgot about us. I had to get up and head her way to get the bill.

This location has been a go-to for delivery the past year, and I absolutely love their food. But the last two times we ordered here, our tacos arrived ice cold. They honestly felt like they were premade and stored in a refrigerator. I really want to give them another shot, but I really don't want more cold tacos. And from the reviews, I see I'm not the only one with this complaint, which is sad. Hopefully they'll get this issue figured out.

GOOD! I got the Blue dream and the kewl ranch taco with chicken. The blue dream was okay, but I don't love ground beef so that could have been more the issue than the taco. The kewl ranch was fantastic. I got it with the creamy avocado sauce and wished I would have ordered two. The only complaint I have is that the the rice and beans are ridiculously priced ($1.25 rice & $2.00 for beans) for a SIDE and come in a plastic portion container.. like the same size cup you'd get a side of ranch dressing in. That's ridiculous to say the least. I'd definitely try them again, but won't be ordering any sides.

I picked up a catering order and the food was amazing. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful; they carried the food to my car for me across the street. I definitely recommend Condado.

While in Royal Oak, I looked for a place with vegetarian tacos. Colorado's had "pulled Jack fruit" tacos which sounded pretty interesting. I've not had pulled Jack fruit before, but understand it is a common filling used in other parts of the world. Well, it worked out quite nicely in this case, the tacos were delicious and really hit the spot. Will definitely visit Colorado's again!

Good service, short wait, food was delicious as were the drinks. Pricey, but worth it. Since it's in Royal Oak, much like Ann Arbor, their prices have to reflect where they're at and the high rents that they pay I'm assuming.

Was here for the practice service. Individually the ingredients were really good. Like really good. Fresh. Tasty. Well seasoned. Tender. Put it all together and it makes a great taco. The horchata is really good too. Definitely trying the BYO Tacos next time.

Just tried this place for the first time. We got 2 Bud Boxes and 2 maragaritas. Everything was delicious and it was the perfect amount of food. We are going to to have to get extra margaritas next time though, they were great!

Superb menu, edgy décor, unbelievably inexpensive (and huge!) bags of chips (to go), and overall great vibe. I love the sparkling margaritas, too. The customizable tacos are the absolute best around. I frequented the Condado in Columbus and always hoped that one would open around here, and now it has! The menu is so creative. It's going to be hard to return to Qdoba now that Condado is here.

Most unusual tacos we've ever had.. and I mean that in a good way! This is our 3rd time eating here and the food has been great every time. My personal fav is The Heater.

Extremely average. Overpriced Taco Bell... ordered take out and everything was ice cold even though it wasn’t ready when we got there... guacamole was gross. Queso was not bad and the to go margs were pretty good.

If you want cold tacos, and even colder meat, this is the place to go! Never consistent. Won’t be revisiting and wasting my money or time again!
