Our last night in Paris couldn’t have been happier… authentic & rustic French food. Secret family recipes that are centuries old & passed down from generations. Fresh ingredients, flavorful & thoughtful dishes will exceed your expectations. Owner is a true gem, sharing humor & wit. Superb customer service that the French People are known for. If your in Paris, find your way to this small & intimate restaurant. We ordered the escargot, onion soup, chicken (family recipe) & tuna. Reservations recommended…Jacqueline, the owner was so gracious & lovely!

Nice cozy restaurant, friendly owner. In our opinion, the food was only in the middle range in relation to the high prices. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing, despite repeated requests (in English and French) a real red wine glass was refused, so that the red wine had to be drunk from the small water glass.

It is very classic french - there is no vegetable on the premises. I personally enjoyed my food but I was expecting traditional french food. The atmosphere tends to be more old style french.

What a warm welcome, what a wonderful atmosphere. From the moment we arrived we were fully looked after by the owner. Multilingual language skills, reliable information about wine and food. The onion soup is worth the long journey, the jus for the chicken made from mustard and a delicate hint of vanilla is an excellent treat for the palate. Accompanied by good quality house wines, red and white, we were thrilled and will come back...

Very nice place, with a great owner and a nice atmosphere! The food was great as well, with traditional french dishes... the foie gras was incredible, also the onion soup and the chicken... everything was well presented and I suggest the "cafe gourmand" as dessert, where small portions of each thing were given alongside a good espresso!

So good it made me cry a little. Staff was extremely friendly and made a great wine recommendation within my budget. Would strongly recommend

My and my wife split the salmon dish (collectively the two plates pictured are actually one serving) as well as both foie gras options (not pictured) and the mushrooms. Everything was meticulously presented and beyond delicious. Big fan! Merci beaucoup, Jacqueline et Alexandra!

By far the best meal we had in Paris. So delicious, we're still talking about it. The staff was amazing and so friendly. They had us laughing most of the time too 😂 We really enjoyed our experience and would go back in a heartbeat!

Jacqueline, the proprietor was exceptionally hospitable and made our experience a welcoming one. The Beouf Bourguignon I had there is the best thing I’ve EVER eaten. I can’t wait to get to Paris again to savour it again. The Rhum Baba was delicious and Jacqueline kept coming over to pour the dark rhum over the cake - I was tipsy leaving the restaurant. The Crème Brûlée was a very large portion and so amazing (as was everything we ate). My partner loved the veal and the escargot I could eat all day. The house wine delicious. Authentic French food, rustic, cozy atmosphere that felt like home. It’s small and in demand so make reservations!

My wife and I were there on October 14th. What a fantastic experience. The food was wonderful especially the Beef Bourguignon and the Chicken Rosalie. I can't say enough about the Foie Gras and tiny hot potatoes! We feel fortunate that we were able to get a table without a reservation but we were there at 6 pm. Would defintley make a reservation if you want to dine later.

By far one of the best restaurants in Paris (if not the best). Every dish is superb and the service is excellent. I will even go as far as saying this is my favorite restaurant in Paris. I will be back many times. And definitely don’t miss out on the best cheesecake of your life.

Greeted with a very warm and personal welcome back to this most traditional of French restaurants. Truly delicious food from an owner and her staff who really care about what they offer, and how they present it. The Soupe à l'oignon is to die for and the Boeuf Bourguignon was rich and perfect served with a delicious purée. My second visit and it won't be the last... à bientót!

We dined here to celebrate my mother in law's 60th birthday. As a group of 8, we all ordered differing items from the menu, enjoying 3 courses of amazing french cuisine. We all tasted each other's dishes and agreed that every dish was truly worthy of 5 stars. The stand-out plates were the foie gras in cabbage and the braised veal!!! The service was fantastic, and the ambience was typical of a truly great french restaurant. If you're after typical and classical parisienne cuisine, then this is the place for you!!!!
