I've never written a review before, but this time I really couldn't help myself. I went to Quintessenz for the first time about a month ago to have my hair cut. I get my hair cut somewhere else every time and I've never been as dissatisfied as I am now. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I got home that I noticed that the hairstyle wasn't working at all and it wasn't until a few days later that I called and complained. I was only offered that I should come back to improve my hairstyle, nothing else. In any case, I will never go there again and can't recommend it to anyone!

I visited Claudia for the first time on Saturday and I was thrilled. I've only had bad experiences with hairdressers so far and actually decided to cut my hair myself from now on, but I thought I'd give it one last chance and it was the best decision to go to Claudia. She took a lot of time for me and gave me very good advice, listened to my wishes and implemented them, and was also super honest and simply authentic. Washing your hair alone was a real wellness therapy and she made everything so relaxed and pleasant, nothing felt forced or cramped. She did a very clean job when cutting. I am very grateful to have found a new hairdresser and can only recommend Claudoa. We made a new appointment in 3 months and I'm already looking forward to it.

Great and a bit strange atmosphere, fantastic service, very nice conversations and a really great haircut - I had my hair cut from medium length to very short and now not only have a really stylish cut that I'm more than happy with , but Claudia also did exactly what I wanted, which is not always the case with hairdressers. I am completely satisfied, very happy with my new me and can only recommend Quintessenz without reservation!!!
