I
went
for
a
BIAB
treatment
and
paid
a
good
amount
of
money
for
a
manicure
and
the
BIAB
treatment
itself.
The
owner
was
quite
pleased
to
find
out
that
I
have
a
big
following
on
Instagram
and
hoped
for
free
advertisement,
which
I
was
happy
to
provide.
Unfortunately,
my
nails
were
very
uneven.
In
fairness,
I
had
very
damaged
and
thin
nails
after
acrylic
from
another
salon,
however,
I
was
very
surprised
to
see
how
bumby
my
nails
were
after
the
BIAB
treatment.
At
first,
I
thought
it's
normal,
later
I
learned
from
other
nail
technicians
that
it
was
not.
I
contacted
Hien
to
have
another
appointment
to
have
them
fixed.
She
was
happy
to
provide.
Here
is
where
things
went
south.
She
apparently
thought
she
would
only
file
them
off
and
had
only
booked
30
min
and
was
in
an
rush
because
another
customer
was
on
the
way.
While
filing
she
broke
2
for
my
natural
nails
and
was
surprised
to
see
that
the
nails
started
lifting
after
less
than
10
days.
She
was
very
rough.
When
I
told
her,
she
communicated
she
would
fix
them
she
started
yelling
at
me
and
pulling
my
hands
quite
violently.
I
refused
to
continue
the
treatment
and
left
the
salon
quite
stunned
by
her
behavior.
I
have
the
following
to
actually
get
her
a
bad
reputation
but
opted
otherwise.
However,
I
can't
let
this
go
without
writing
a
review.
I
told
her
I
expected
an
apology
which
she
never
provided.
I
understand
bad
days,
but
this
was
beyond
the
imaginable
treatment
a
customer
deserves.
If
you
choose
to
go
here,
make
sure
to
communicate
clearly
that
you
want
your
nails
to
be
even
and
better
opt
for
something
else
but
BIAB.
Last
but
not
least,
she
paid
me
the
BIAB
treatment
back.
The
bitter
feeling
still
remained.
I
simply
didn't
expect
to
be
yelled
at
like
that
simply
for
stating
that
this
wasn't
what
we
agreed
on.
