Best vegan restaurant in town! Lovely service, nice atmosphere, good prices and good food! I had the (beyond meat) hamburger, yummie! The plate was a bit small so I advice to use a bigger plate. The bread was a bit dry, but that was really the only thing I didn't like about my meal. I will be back :)

What a great restaurant. I'm vegan,and so it's always nice when I don't have to worry if everything in the menu is vegan. Then they give us explicit, delicious sounding, limited options for a pasta. No pain in choosing. I went for the pasta with ricotta and aubergine, and it was delightful. I also ordered a cold latte and it was very good. I need to come back to their 7 course meal. I only wish the waitress had more help, because she had to be running around a lot.

The tasting menus at the Konijnvervoer is a great show of vegan fine dining. The biggest surprise was the Gnocchi, the aromatics are unexpected but wonderful. Really sends chills down your spine. The king oyster scallops were able to capture the subtle mushroom flavor just so, enjoyed it quite a bit. The risotto was a good balance to the strong flavor of the mushroom yakitori. I'm a fan of the "mozzarella" made from cashews and the other pickles in it. But would have preferred to own it on its own instead of trying to compare to non-vegan mozzarella. The polenta with pumpkin was good. But was difficult to find how they combined. Leaves you wishing the polenta was sweeter or milder, or the pumpkin and quinoa supporting it better. The dessert had new flavors for me, purple sweet potato icecream with bitter chocolate is a great combination in your mouth! But the pastry itself was crumbly, and my partner's was overdone (even somewhat burnt). Overall each dish was a great surprise and improved on top of the last up until the gnocchi

Everything plant-based and absolutely delicious. Also the staff is super friendly. I hope to come back soon and have dinner there again :)

My favorite restaurant. It doesn't matter whether you're a vegetarian, a vegan, or a meatlover. Konijnenvoer will satisfy your tastebuds in fantastic ways.

What an amazing building! We just had a coffee with cake and especially the cake was a feast for the eye. And also tasted great! But so much more to experience, so we’ll be back for sure.

Food very very good! We had the antipasti as a starter (nicely presented), and just kind of ordered whatever we felt like after. The food is very tasty. The waiter forgot our drink orders a couple of times however, and the place's acoustics are the worst. You can follow your neighbour's conversation word for word, but you feel like you're constantly yelling at your own table companions

I went to this place three times after it was reopened. Unfortunately, the fine dining with the experimental food was a combo of unbalanced fermented food and plain Italian pasta. In the end of the evening, we had to rush home, as I got a stomach ache from all acidic dishes that were served. I went to the place for the second time, to the trattoria and there was nothing special about dishes and flavours. Deep fried snacks and a lot of mayo with different flavours. Because my friend insisted we went to the place for the third time and the main course was basic, just pasta with mushrooms, it was one dimensional and lacked complexity. The cocktails and drinks were watered down or extra sour. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place to the vegan lovers and true foodies

Prepare for a very fancy dinner in a well decorated restaurant. Polite service from people who know what they're talking about. Everything is thought of and taken care of. You can sit back and relax and prepared to be surprised by flavours and textures, humor and wit. Omnivores won't miss out on anything as the vegetables are elevated to a level I wouldn't have thought possible myself. Our bellies were filled, but not stuffed. Unfortunately normal dinners will never be the same again ;) As you can read we enjoyed it very much and definitely will come back for another celebratory dinner.

Absolutely love this place! As a vegan, this is paradise. The service is great and the food always a delight. There is so much thought put into the flavors of every dish. Can’t recommend enough to vegans and non-vegans! (You honestly won’t be able to tell you’re at a 100% plant based restaurant)

Best vegan restaurant I've ever visited! The vegan calamari was out of this world and the vegan cabonara with the natural wine was an amazing combo. The ambience was very cozy or "gezellig" as the dutchies would say.

Great vegan food, good atmosphere and service! The only downside is that it was really hard to reach them by the phone and reserve a table but we came and there was as a free spot. Other than that it was amazing experience!

Superdelish vegan food, and no one had to be killed for it. Strictly plants, and you'll ❤️ it! Absolutely great place to have a small bite, a drink or an elaborate dinner. Chill place to be, love the atmosphere. Staff is more than kind. Hihgly recommended!

This is by far my favorite vegetarian restaurant! I live in Utrecht and I feel like it’s worth the effort do drive back and forth once in a while. That’s how amazing the food is! I’m always surprised by the creativity and good combination of flavors the kitchen puts in to every dish. And don’t forget to order one of the good wine selections! Normally I’m a bit of a critic so I’m actually (happily) surprised by my own review :)

As a non-vegan I came to this restaurant with no expectations. We went to celebrate our son's graduation and what a celebration it turned out to be. The food was sublime, the atmosphere delightful and the staff attentive. Essentially Italian in style the tasting platters featured oyster mushrooms masquerading as oysters, spring rolls filled with scamorza that wasn't, roasted nuts of various types, cauliflower rocks deep fried and flavoured with soya sauce were just three of the glorious offerings on these plates. Our main courses featured tortellini stuffed with that amazing non-scamorza, pasta with brocollini with salsicia which you would be hard to distinguish from the real sausage, the most outrageous spaghetti carbonara - no idea how they did it! Everything was fresh and flavoursome - not a grey lentil or chewy piece of tofu in sight. Demian and his team in the kitchen are true magicians. I won't ever be able to replicate what they conjure up but it has given me a whole for vegan food and encouraged me to widen my palate.

Never in my life have I felt so loved by restaurant staff. A truly great team with even better food. As a vegetarian it felt really nice to not have to worry at all and just pick whatever seemed nice on the menu. They truly deliver with the decor, service and of course the dishes. Every single thing I tried, I loved! Thank you so much for a great evening I won't soon forget.

This is one of the, or maybe the best vegan dining experience I've had. Everything from the lovely ambiance, really sweet and welcoming service and of course the rudely delicious food which makes it hard not to pick everything from the menu. Only minus would be that they are not located in the city where I live ;)
