Good place to spend your holiday. Beautiful view and clean environment. Highly recommended. Friendly and well mannered staff. Food is very testy. Best view in are 106 n 206 rooms..Car park is ok. A wonderful view of Devon and St. Clair's waterfalls. Definitely go again we are ☺️☺️

The worst experience ever ! This was the first hotel, where I rejected their room and left for seeking a place to stay. Rooms are really old and haven't maintain. All the things are broken and looks horrible. Not clean at all. All curtains were hanging with damages and patches. Bed linen was unpleasant and dirty. Please don't choose this place to stay! Disgusting people and place !

Terrible experience. Don't get misled by pictures. Only thing this place has got it is a view & everything else is downhill from there. Maintenance is horrible that deck had holes in it so it's not even safe. Even structurally the place feels unsafe. There's no upkeep. Chalets are smelly, carpets are dirty and damp that didn't feel like being barefoot in this place. Bed linen was different colours of discolored white. The glass doors weren't sealed with considerable gap between panes, so inside is constantly cold seeping in from outside. Some glasses in the structure had prominent cracks which had been taped. Yeah glass cracks in the structure had been taped. Unbelievable. Food was not good either, bland. Overall completely not worth the hype.

Well designed hotels along the road side to Nuweriliya. Price is not cheap and not tad much high. Best hospitality with better food. But, it is not a 4-star hotel at all. Hut is too hot at day time. They have air conditioner inside it, but heat is more than that it can control. Night time is cool and beautiful, until it get dark. Good place for a photo and different atmosphere. Better visit there around 4 PM with HB and leave early morning.

Fantastic Stay😍😍 We were a couple and we enjoyed our stay so much at waterfall villa. We stayed in 206 Villa and i think the best view is to this villa. People has written bad comments too i don't know what there story is But for me one of the best amazing place i have been. Really relaxing and free. For us it was 100% satisfied. Hats off to the staff you all are doing a great job and keep it up your good work. You ask anything from them they are ready to help you.💚

Me & my husband had stayed this place in February 2022. The Cabana we got (villa 206) was really unclean. Room curtains, , beds are not clean due to lack of maintenance. Nice location, with a nice view. Food was bit okay. Overall, as per the accommodation we got is not worth for the spent money.

The place is nice. The meals are good and the surrounding is really nice. You can see the st.clair waterfall from there. We have stayed 2 nights. Wifi facility is there. But they have few things to improve. They had buffet but the same items are repeating so the management should have to consider. The inside of the room is ok but it will be worth to have a heater. Rooms are bit fusty.

The villa (cabin actually) was very clean and quite cosy. The beds were very comfortable and the thick quilts helped with the cold climate. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was really good as well with a good selection. Definitely good value for money. One thing to note is to get a villa at the top if possible since the staircase is the only way to get to the restaurant or road from the bottom level villas and the climb can be quite tedious, especially when done several times a day 😅

The view was extraordinary, the rooms are clean and well maintained. No toiletries were kept in the bathroom. There are lot of insects in the night. The room was ambient and peaceful with more privacy. It is a best place for couple and group tour people. The drawback with the food was not at all good. The service was good.

Nice view. Clean room.But bad management. Dinner, breakfast and lunch were so bad. It’s not worth the price. 👎

The rooms and the hospitality was good but the food is not up to the standards and not worth the money.

This took me about time to post.I recently visited the place for my husband's birthday and the customer service was so good that they helped me to surprise my husband with a cake and decorations. The customer service,location and almist everthing was peefect. They also set up a candle light dinner for us in our balcony❤️ Hope to go there again.

Nice breath taking view of the St clare water falls...only draw back is you need climb more steps to get in to your room s and coming back to the restaurant...

This place is quite scenic. St. Claire's waterfall is visible from the room. Devon waterfall viewing gallery is within walking distance. A beautiful morning view with sunrise. Food can be improved by including more variety. Rooms are fairly comfortable. But could improve further by replacing curtains and broken window glasses.

Really nice experience to stay one or two days on your way to Nuwara Eliya. Room service and support staff’s are helpful and friendly

Visited this lovely looking villa for a one night stay. This villa complex was located near Thalawakele town and very closed to main road. Accually it was in a mountain facing to St. Claire waterfall and other many beautiful mountains. Location is really nice with awesome view during morning and evening. In the premises there are like 10-15 villas in different level. In past all villas own by a same company but at the moment it was own by different persons. Even you can buy your own villa here for like 8 million as I got to know from caretaker. Caretaker Ravi is really friendly and helpful. I have few concerns about the villa I stayed the maintenance of the villa is rarely done and food is not much rich. Order few food dishes which are not delicious. I believe they need to maintain villas good and hire a new chef since place is really attractive and super. Gave four star because of the food.

We went to stay for FB after see the snaps of the location and during the stay only we realized that we took a wrong decision by seeing the pictures. Only the location and the rooms are good but the foods and services worst like nothing. I can recommend only the place but never expect a good service or food from this place.

A beautiful location, our cottage was so clean and surrounded by beautiful plants. We had a nice experience but not satisfied with their dinner during our stay.

Good place to stay. Some renovations are going on these days. Food was average. The staff was helpful. The place can be way way better than current status. There is a small waterfall and nice cold stream 300m from there. The view of st Clair fall is really good though there is not much water in it because of upper Kothmale dam.
