Kinara hotel is one of finest hotels in Gujrat. It is located on the edge of River so you can have River view rooms for good sceneries. Overall service including cleanliness furniture and facilities are good. It is also good for picnics. You can come with the family and kids. You get peace of mind when you open your room window of River view because there is complete silence. I suggest everyone who is traveling to Islamabad or back and want to stay in a hotel the Kinara Hotel will be the best choice.

We went in June n it was too hot inside and also s7ch places with huge visitations need thorough restrooms cleaning after every visit of guests. Also even dining areas were so uncomfortably hot. Walkways to rooms were too hot .. soup was stale bbq was amazing . In short whole place has exquisite location and needs new administration

First time I went there with my family. Their Buffet is awesome. Service and staff was professional and well trained. My kids loved the food. Chicken tikka was awesome along with Grilled Chicken. Some Kheers were very yummy. Overall a great experience, will visit them soon

This place always remember me because me and my family take dinner every 15 days of one month. Now my beautiful wife passed away and my daughter got marriage. I am single but every 15 days I visit Kinara and take dinner and remember family days which passed............

We four adults eat Sikh Kebab (Maybe dog/donkey/rotten meat. Although chicken bolti was delicious. We vomited, nausea and taken medicines. Food authority needs to check the quality of the meat. Terrible service before Jumma. Staff even didn't handover Menu or ask water. Kitchen staff using abusive language and having silly jokes. No Focus or courtesy on customer. 6 to 10 staff was standing and after 6 mins walked towards Masjid. MUBARIK Waiter stopped and helped.

We had a function at kinara hotel and it was great! The ambiance was perfect and the food was also good... If anyone wants to arrange a function or ceremony, kinara is 100% recommended!

Rooms were good like many other good hotels. But the service was really very poor and slow. They didn't even change bed sheets and towels upon asking them. Room should be cleaned when the customer is out or he asked to management to clean it but the management was really very slow to act upon it.

Great place, was very clean too. The food was great and the staff was wonderful. They helped with menu selection, accommodated us in every way. Before going, i knew their food is good because i had tasted it before at a food fest but what i admire most was the cleanliness and how wonderfully they have utilized the space.

Went for BBQ but it was unbearably cold and noisy(Qawwali) for family and not child friendly so we had to move indoor sitting where only continental is served. All the dishes, soups, pasta, steak, cake, mix veges and daal were fairly good in taste. Coffee was not good at all. Also they didn't pack left overs that we repeatedly requested. A little disappointed.

Seeing all positive reviews needless to say I was interested in booking this for my family. But what a waste time it has been. Total unprofessional, incompetent, irresponsible and rude staff. Family of four with two minors and was being pushed by reservations to book a separate room for minors/children According to them it's normal for children as young as 4 and 6 accommodate a separate room on their own!!! Absolute nutters Avoid for your own sanity and book somewhere with real reviews, who hopefully have some sense before they start chatting rubbish, about hotel policies not allowing young children with their parents.

The view is amazing from the rooms, services are very good, food z pretty average. Few things were good and few were average. Overall a good experience!

Vibes here are too good outdoor that food becomes a secondary thing though if you want to have a good food, there are much better places than here. We ordered special soup of average taste. They have placed crackers on menu with rs 200 plus alongside soup, when it should have been complementary. Everything in bbq platter was with average taste but their lamb chops weren't good. Namkeen gosht is yummy. Overall experience was okay when compared to other places in Gujrat. The best part is live music as it enhances the fun of eating outdoor.

The place used to be great in terms of food and atmosphere but lately it's nothing but a downhill ride when it comes to maintaining food quality. It's spacious, comfortable, fancy and clean as far as atmosphere is considered. However food quality is becoming worse my every next visit there! Not satisfied at all by their food quality. Had buffet last night and it was worse than being ok! Undercooked rice, they messed up soup, tasteless handi and distasteful smelling mutton. Nothing positive came to mind dining there.

This has been one of the worst experience of my life. I have never seen such poor customer service. At check out time they informed me that the sub standard room they have given me was a "Superior Room." And charged me 9500 for a room I would not even pay 4000. The room had no inverter, no heating, no LED tv, dirty carpet, and a crooked bed. Interestingly they do not mention the tax on the bill and when you tell me it is against the law they just shrug. I was there alone on a work assignment and I think they had never heard a woman staying on her own. Whenever I will speak to the reception guys they would start gawking at me and would not answer. I am going to make sure this place gets blacklisted by my organization. And I am definitely going to report them for not mentioning tax in their billing.

Best place to stay in Gujrat.

Very decent place for its location. Good food. Great staff. Has a theme park for kids. Check it out if you are in the area.

Beautiful and peaceful place to visit, stay and dine. Vast coverage area of dining. An enjoyable playland for children. Ice cream parlour and a vast parking site. Everything is just perfect

An excellent place to visit while travelling on GT Road near Gujrat/Wazirabad. It has scenic beauty with option to sit outside at open area or inside the Restaurant with beautiful ambiance. Their food is quite good with courteous staff. It has multiple choice for children to ride on Swings & elders to enjoy boating. Great experience at wonderful place.

We went out on Eid. My experience was below the par. Boating was the only good thing. We tried Karahi, which was pathetic. Garlic naan was ok. Chicken was not cooked properly. Service was not good at all. I have never tasted such bad ice cream which was served there. Overall it is good outing place. But do not over expect in terms of food. Can't say anything about BBQ.

I food was way below average .. Daal makhani had no taste. Loaded fries were plain fries only basket was loaded with fries.. Chicken Malai boti wasn't cooked to perfection . .. So please don't waste your money . P.s and I spot one lizard 🦎 running on the floor.

Hi As you asked me to give you further details relating to my visit and the subsequent review of your establishment. It was the Mobi restaurant that we dined at. The low score was not for the service as the staff were very accommodating and friendly but quality of the food was unfortunately substandard. From the barbecue to the karahi's were all bland and tasteless. The best thing we had was the house special salad. If the same food was served at a dhaba for half of the price I would still be disappointed. This is my personal opinion and that of the people who were with me on the day. Those reading please don't let my review put you off Kinara. Try the restaurant and make up your own mind up as one negative review/experience cannot be made the foundation for putting a business down. On a positive note my brother's walima was also held at Kinara in 2018 and the food at that time was excellent.

Previously they had big buffet dinnings with alot of dishes but now either breakfast delivered on orders with one dish or at dinnings with following fixed dishes. Parathas Aalu bhuji Halwa pori Chany Live omlete or fried egg Flakes Bakery items

The place is scenic, carries a comfortable ambiance and is worth hosting a family get together or for a holiday couple retreat. The food is good, enjoyable and healthy.

Really disappointed. Noone can enter the joyland area with friends. Like what, most of the people want to have enjoyment with friends and they violate it. It's very discouraging that you can't enter the joyland area with friends. Furthermore, the way the security guards talked was very annoying and what's the purpose of holding sticks in your hand.

Swing are good. But the food are costly.and less in weight. Bad thing is that Hlaal Pakistani water and soft drinks. Verity is not available I.e gourmet cola.

Due to the age limit, my kids were very unhappy and couldn't enjoy many rides. Some of our family kids 4,7,10 and 12. Kindly place some written notice board clearly stating age limit indoor and outdoor. We pay Rs. 40 per person kids and adults. We as a parents feel its unfair with our kids when an operator pulls out your 12 years old out saying you not suitable. How could we explain to our kids and answer them "then why did we bring them here". Kindly make this kids entertaining place entry free but RESTRICTED RULES. Our kids pay entry fee and still can't take some rides. We are not returning again. Thank you.

It is on river chenab bank on an excellent location. Food was nice but service was poor, perhaps due to extreme rush other wise nice place. Recommended to visit with family.

Overall a decent place to stay near Gujrat. Its built at the bank of Chenab river or what used to be a river sadly. Building is in need of renovation even though kept much better than similar hotels nearby. The hotel has a play area and a nice restaurant named after river called Chenab hotel which is open air. They have live music in the evenings as well at the restaurant. The play area has rides and good place to spend time with children. Areas of improvement are rooms renovation, quality of service by staff.

I had dinner on the way to Islamabad. The food was amazing and also the behaviour and attitude was positive. Though a guard was rude in parking. I parked my vehicle and he approached saying "can't you see, this isn't parking, I said, I parked along with other parked vehicles, what's the matter and he rudely said that this the way to the stairs, I said, how would I know that this is the way to stairs, is there any signboard or something, he was furious then by knowing that there's no logic in his claim. Management should pay attention to this.

I visited kinara hotel on Eid ul Fitar with my freind. It was a great experience for me .I love your fast service. But i have a question that what is the timing of dining. Did it open late for night for dining ?

I attended multiple wedding events on Kinara Hotel and a couple of lunches too with friends, every time when there was a big gathering like in a wedding function, i have complaints about service of the staff. There have been lack of management and coordination. In the last wedding function i attended, me with some friends needed to assist in serving our guests so the guests don't feel uncomfortable. No doubt, It's geographic location is amazing being on the bank of an old river Punjab. Food taste is admirable. Beverages section has been really good but i don't know why it is closed by couple of years ago. I've been really fond of the fresh juices and soups offered there. The hotel provides comfortable rooms and suites equipped with all modern amenities. The hotel offers top-class facilities a pool, a restaurant, a children's park, a wonderlands a meeting room, a conference hall, a bar lounge, a mosque, Parking, and Internet Connections. The Kinara hotel has a wide range of services and facilities to meet the needs of both business and leisure guests. Park and Joyland for children adds more beauty to its beautiful building and natural sea view. Dining in and serving out is also available on riverside view. If you sit along riverside in evening time, it gives a very soothing view. Overall i recommend Kinara if you are interested to hire a luxury and fully facilited hotel in Gujarat.

I had no option but to stay in the hotel due to being no hotels in Gujarat I had to pay Rs. 13000 for one night for rooms.. the rooms were ok but the bathroom of the hotel were disgusting the shower curtain dirty couldn’t stand and shower and if I keep adding stuff it just gets worse. Not right for the amount they are charging too pay their own bills... everything is waaay overpriced and do not do not eat the buffet. Rs 2600 for each person is ridiculous and the food is literally worse then anything. I recommend to anyone passing thru gujrat please plan ahead or u will be stuck at kinara

Enjoyed the freshly cooked chicken Karahi and Peshawari Karachi. Both had a fantastic taste with crispy Garlic Naan. Their seating and service was very good, staff was very polite and decent. Cleaness was also at top to maintain. They have served in good time and the view was also a very eye catchy and interesting. I had chance to visit with friends will try to visit again or my next tour via GT Road to this amazing place again. Recommended 100% At last it was a value for money, I enjoyed my meal, hopefully you will also.

I visited in Ramdan for Ielts test,i used washroom but no water in whole hotel so i have very bad experience.

They need to change their laundry or soap as all the towels are stinks, I request the new one but that towel also had same smell. Washrooms needs to improve as cleaning is not upto mark. Food was over priced but tasty

The breakfast service was poor, it started at 8:00 AM, the server did not present any menu and it was not buffet during the weekday. The food was served on the table. The mobile phone signals did not work in the room, I had to come down to the reception The WiFi disconnected a lot and every time, it was a long string of passwords There is no business centre or a quiet space for a virtual business meeting or conference call Overall, a great location with lots of facilities like kids play area, banquet hall, parking but low quality of service and not suitable for business travel

Best place to visit with family, i was with my friends. The taste , environment, service and everything was fabulous

I believe the only problem was that since it's so near the GT road sometimes the loud noise from horns of vehicles was audible. Other than that, it was a really nice stay.

A good place for experience but if you are new and visiting in summer and by chance have a sitting outside near river in afternoon it can be your worst experience due to flies and hot and all such factors. Must try in cold nights or winter afternoons

I love my stay 💕 the food was super yummy. My kids really enjoy the play area. Only one thing they should look for is dusting ... Otherwise it was a good experience

The restaurant service is quite poor as compared to the name of the hotel. Taste of items are normal but the price is quite for all items . Simply saying the restaurant is over rated

Staff at kinara Resturant was amazingly helpful and courteous.I happened to stop there for a cup of tea.I didn't see their rooms they must be good too.Because their decor in the restaurant was of high quality.
