As
lovers
of
the
Amsterdam
school
of
architecture,
we
thought
it
was
great
to
experience
an
overnight
stay
in
the
bridge
keeper's
house
of
the
Willemsbrug.
The
room
is
beautiful,
the
view
ditto.
It
was
quite
busy
on
and
around
the
bridge
until
7
p.m.,
but
after
that
the
traffic
quickly
decreased
and
so
we
were
no
longer
bothered
by
traffic
noise.
We
did
not
need
the
earplugs.
The
only
thing
that
would
have
been
nice
for
us
was
a
slightly
more
comfortable
seat,
but
we
also
understand
that
the
space
is
too
limited
for
that.
I
was
fine
with
the
cushions
on
the
windowsill
and
had
a
great
time
watching
the
passers-by,
the
boats
and
the
raising
and
lowering
of
the
impressive
bridge.
I
put
some
cushions
on
the
garbage
can
for
my
husband,
so
that
he
could
also
sit
comfortably.
(Maybe
a
stool
is
an
option?)
The
bed
is
wonderful,
(although
a
bit
too
shaky)
so
we
had
a
good
night.
In
short,
we
enjoyed
our
special
overnight
stay
in
room
303.
