Staff welcoming, professional and helpful. Food never disappoints. Portions generous.

The waiting staff need to be more attentive to tables. Often, I had to flag the waitresses a noticeable number of times, which is unnecessary. I don't have this experience at other locations, which is worrying. I enjoyed what we ordered, it was the standard Mugg & Bean offering. But I hope to have a better experience should I travel that side of the country.

My wife and I enjoy the service and quality of food but seems that this store is always closing way too early. The closing time is listed at 6pm, yet it is always closed by 3pm. That is not even close to stated closing time. I could understand the earlier closing time during CVID restrictions but now its over and yet this store always closes between 2pm and 3pm. Please update the times on Google to avoid angering all the customers that goes out of their way to visit M&B just to arrive at the mall and finding the restaurant closed.

Agnes gave me the best service at Dihlabeng mall. This was my first time at mug and best and I'd say, I'm stunt by food, service and the atmosphere

No idea how to make a new product called croque madame. No grilled cheese as stated on the menu. Only a tiny amount of grated cheese. The manager's excuse was the shop is busy and the chef is under pressure. Sent it back twice. The chips were inedible as it was an oily soggy and cold mess. You will not see me at this establishment very soon.

Our waitress Mathabo was really friendly and helpful. It was a lovely time having drinks at Mugg&Bean.

I have been coming to Mugg & Bean Dihlabeng since I was still in high school and nothing has changed. I still receive superb service, exceptional food and I’m always greeted by the warmest, friendliest and kindest staff. They never have frowns on their faces and are always smiling. There’s always a light, airy and comfortable ambience going around and everytime I’m in Bethlehem this is my go to restaurant. It’s peaceful and the food is on par with their superb service. Food is never overpriced and fits any budget including a student budget. I love coming to Mugg & Bean Dihlabeng and I’ll continue coming for the next years to come. I’m sending each and every one of them love, light and kindness and I want to applaud them for creating such an exceptional experience every time. God bless them all 🤍

For work or with the family, this is by far the best Mugg & Bean ever! I can sit here and work for an entire day as they have excellent wifi and charging facilities. Perfect for me that travels far between towns. The staff like Lerato is so friendly and the service is better than any other! Food quality and speed also excellent. Just all round worth visiting!

I was at mugg and bean Dihlabeng Mall with my friend we had a meal yesterday there was these two ladies who helped us Zinzile and the other one was a trainne by the name of Magret they're service was excellent including thier presentation of meals and art in our cupacino we had never received such best service they were smiling thier service was fast ,we sow the team work what a marvelous service i will recomend this restaurant to everyone
