They have dangerous beggars walking around inside the premises and threatening when you open your window to order at the drive through, and they have no security guards to chase them away on site. Even the staff told me that they are scared and have been asking for security for years. Bad store ownership.

The drive-thru at night can be a complete nightmare!!! They’ll have you waiting for soooo long and there won’t be that many cars at the drive-thru!

Great food just the coffee was not hot and weak for me

Too much waiting in line in drive thru and they cut cross line to be Infront especially in Saturday night problems so spend a lot of time fighting so better to leave the line the environment is bad just because food and cost of fixing car over being KFC is not worth for me anymore!

Waited for 47 minutes before getting my order. What a poor service 😔 I got from there.

KFC is delicious!the service good and fast.when looking for a place to sit down and eat or take away and also delivery ,don't hesitate KFC is the place you are looking for.

The food and staff were nice. They have Halal certification (MJC), just request them to show you.

I got home only to find that the nuggets I had bought were not in the paper bag. What is really annoying is that I was asked to exit the drive through, and go to the parking lot as the nuggets were not ready. I waited for 15 minutes plus for “nuggets” that didn’t even make it to me, after I paid for them.

Busy and rowdy.....perhaps "off peak" hours would make for a better experince.

Good but they must check the tables a d clean them as I sat on a dirty table.

Terrible customer service. They let customers queue outside for over an hour on a hot afternoon without communication on why they are closed. Staff just sat inside chatting and looking on while customers arrived, waited and eventually left. Zero customer care.

Great place and great staff. The drive through only is the problem, there is very little space which causes congestion on the road and the team is a bit slow

this KFC is definitely the best one in town, staff are friendly and service was relatively fast, and our meals was good. My only problem I could see was that it gets a bit full and cramped and there was not enough seating, but that is also a good sign that they are good.. The parking was also quite full but only because some people are inconsiderate taking up 2 parkings with one vehicle ..

The food was great. Even though I received it after 15 people who came behind me. When they see your order is taking too long they switch off the monitor so that you can't track your order.

Good service but have a limited variety on their juices.

Did not want to give me a proof of purchase because they were "taking stock". Asked two people for a receipt and they started yelling for a manager.

The lady who cleaned was very nice. The food on the menu was not available. The cashier didn't get our full order correct.
