The organisation has missed the payment confirmation email (of Orbitz?) It seems to be in the SPAM folder (conclusion after letting us wait for more than two hours at the desk!). The lady at the reception had limited possibilities. The manager didn't want to come and also don't want to help by phone. I had to call with Orbitz in the USA to ask them to assist. The proof that the ammount of money was taken of my creditcard account was not enough. The payment receipt confirmation of booking organisation Orbitz was also not enough for them. They just want to send me away. And I was standing there, with my children and wife, for hours! They completely have ruined our visit to Dijon! (We only had a few hours to visit the city). The most worst service ever experienced in a hotel, by far.

This place was... Well, basic. 1.25 rating. Real, real basic. Check-in was interesting because reception closes pretty early for a hotel. It's not in the most desirable part of town and not much is around for food except for a McDonald's across the street. The rooms are small... Real, real small - small to the point that there is hardly enough room to put your stuff and be able to walk around. I know this will sound silly, but the bathroom smelled like toilet. Not the pleasantly and freshly cleaned toilet that you'd find at an establishment that cares about their facility, but the kind of toilet that you'd find in a soccer stadium in a rainforest where they only flush a few times a week. Upon first glance, the room looked clean, but it wasn't. A lot of dirty corners and dusty tops. I was just grateful for the clean sheets... Which had holes in them. The bed was kinda comfy though. There was parking at the hotel, which was awesome! But the gate that secured the lot closed early and the keypad didn't work to get the car in. Overall, a pretty dismal experience.

The usual good value for money. Rooms clean, breakfast very good. Friendly staff.

The room is comfortable and clean. We have booked a family room but it wasn't available on the day so we were given 2 double rooms instead and free breakfast to compensate. The staff was very apologetic and really helpful. The location was good as there are many restaurants nearby. We had a good night sleep.

Good hotel - fantastic location for fast food, cheap gas, and a massive hypermarket. Good nights sleep although in the summer as each room overlooks the walkway I guess it’ll be noisy if window is open (as it would be for us) and others gather outside to chat etc

The room was in a very bad condition! The bathroom tap was in the sink, the wallpaper was torn and the shower tray was damaged. The room should not be rented out like this. I canceled my booking and got a refund. This place is a mess and needs a general renovation.

Buchung und Ceck-In von unterwegs haben perfekt geklappt. Wir kamen nachts um 2:00 Uhr am Hotel an. Der Parkplatz war sehr eng und sehr voll (viele Transporter von Handwerkern). Als wir dann einen Platz gefunden hatten, machten wir uns auf die Suche nach unserem Familienzimmer. Das Zimmer lag in der 2. Etage, welche durch Aufzug oder Treppe zu erreichen war. Das Zimmer war recht in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Einziger Nachteil war, dass die Einzelbetten nur über eine sehr steile und enge Treppe nach oben erreichbar waren. Somit habe ich, wegen meiner Größe (194cm) und einer Gehbehinderung, mit den Kindern unten im Bett geschlafen und meine Frau oben. Sie stand morgens mit Rückenschmerzen auf, weil die Betten oben, statt Lattenrost, ein Brett hatten. (Für die Kinder wäre das wohl ausreichend gewesen.) Alles in allem war es aber, für unsere Zwecke, (um einmal nach 1395 km, eine kleine Auszeit zu nehmen, vor den letzten 600 km) vollkommen ausreichend.

We paid already online but also had to pay in the hotel itself, its not clear for us if this was an deposit or not because the staf speaks barley english, for an hotel with lots of travels that inconvenient at least. So that is to be continued. The breakfast is next level scare, only cheese jam and some chocolate paste, and you have to ask for everything. Nothing is filled up by itself. Would not choose this hotel again.

The front door doesnt lock. The decor is tired and needs redecorating. Chips and bits of paint coming off all over the place . Bits falling off all over the room. Noisiest air con lve ever heard. Will notvstay here again

We booked for one night as we drove from North to South France. This was ideal for that purpose (just a bed to sleep in and food in the morning), but would not be a great option for a longer stay. The room was small and cramped, the bathroom was tiny and the shower not fit for tall people and the room was quite dated. However, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good too, so overall the hotel served it's purpose for us.

We chose this hotel for our stopover on our way to the south of France. A closed parking was a condition and it met that. What was very disappointing was a very dirty hotel room, a sticky floor, dirty towels (with snot on them) and bloodstains in a pillow. A lot of overdue maintenance, both internally and externally. The hotel looks shabby. On the return trip, despite our bad experience in Dijon, we again booked a room at B&B hotel, this time in Nancy. This one met our expectations and was a world of difference with the hotel in Dijon.

Practical for a family of four. The water exit of the shower in our bathroom is slightly blocked. A lot of dust around the air ventilation hole. Online booking worked fine, but didn't send me the room number and code automatically on the afternoon of our arrival. But I could ask for a re-send from the website and re-send was fine and rather quick.

Easy check-in, clean and simple room. Perfect for a stop off on the way down south. The room was clean, neat and equipped with soaps and towels. Mattress was firm but not uncomfortable at all. Water pressure in the bathroom was fantastic!! Lots of easy car parking around the building. We arrived too late (9.30pm) and left too early (4.30am) to check out the breakfast area, however we could see through the window that there was a vending machine, coffee machine, and tables and chairs. Overall, would gladly stay again when in need of breaking up a long journey.

I booked the hotel recently using the booking screens outside the hotel. The code provided in the booking was not working on the door so it took me 50 minutes to get inside my room around midnight. I called the customer care and they tried to help online but the door was not opening at all with the given code so finally they had to call the manager at site and she opened up the door for me using her emergency code. The rooms are ok to stay for the price. For 10-15 euros more you can get a way better accommodation. The breakfast had very limited options and it was almost empty by 9AM and the staff there didn't bothered to even fill up the empty bowls having scrambled eggs.

Good hotel, located closely to the highway, which makes it very usable for a stop in the middle of your journey

Ok for a quick 1 night stop for 1 lerson nust looking for a room. Nothing special. Room is small, bathtoom very small. But still all good. Getting a key at terminal outside of reception opening hours is quite easy. Better plan of the building with signs which room is where would help. Right opposite to it is McDonalds..

Allways satisfied with B&B, only this particular visit our bathroom wasn’t so clean. The Airconditioning and the Wi-Fi are great and the beds also sleep well. Several shops and restaurants nearby the Hotel.

Very easy to find, very kind personal. Little issue with the room which the young lady (Iptisem) told us. Ni problem to change to other room. Nice clean rooms, nice beds.

Very basic room but with airco . Affordable breakfast. Price for a 4 person room ok but do not expect any luxury. Our floor was medium clean / dirty

We arrived approx. 10 in the evening and the Hotelier was about to leave. Only available room was a family room which was pretty expencive as we had to pay full price. Breakfast in the morning was a dissaster as food was missing, no coffee available. Dish-washing was done by hand and we had to ask for tablets and cutlery. Breakfst was one small piece of bread with Jam. Only two persons on job and completely caotic. After this experience we will avoid B&B in the future.
