No lift in this hotel but the housekeeping staff lady kindly noted my presence at the stairs while waiting for hub to help, volunteered to assist. She’s strong and brought down the luggage with ease. It was one flight of stairs one floor up only. For stronger guys, no problem for a short flight. :) overall a good stay.

Don't let the nice lobby fool you. It's a 4-star lobby with 2-star rooms and the toilets are quite dirty with stains in the bathtub and an overall old room with an old smell.

So noisyyyyyyy!!!!!! Horrible! Could not sleep!! Walls are made of paper or what!? Doors are hollow?? Breakfast very poor. No restaurant or bar offering food after 22h. Definately do not recommend and will not come back. Does not deserve 4 stars.

Nice Hotel for Interstation, cruising to south of france or spain or coming back. Stayed there now for the fourth time I think. Clean rooms, nice Terrasse, small Pool, secure parking, ok food in Restaurant.

It was a short stay but good to stay in a welcoming, well run clean and cheerful place if only for the one night.

Good budget hotel on the outskirts of Dijon. Comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast buffet. Close to major roads for those who are just passing through.

That a fantastic modern hotel location near the center area. During the night time you can walk around to discover more places with the night view. Breakfast was good and lot of variety. All room are pretty huge clean and tidy. Room view was fantastic and feel relax with peaceful during the stay. Coach parking, mini market, restaurants was available surrounding the hotel. Bar, restaurants, vending machine and swimming pool is available at the hotel. That a WiFi free for all guests. Luggage storage is available for hotel guest. Wheelchair accessible to the hotel. But this hotel without an elevator, you need to climb the upper and lower floor staircase to your room.

We stayed on our way to cote d'Azur, good place for 1 night stay, pool with a glass of wine in evening was perfect to beat summer heat

Rooms are ok (novotel standards) But absence of elevator + gym opening only at 9 am Brings the score down

Friendly staff and good service. The rooms need a bit of TLC.but all in all, it is a very positive experience .

There is no lift in this hotel, so take note of those with big luggage. We carried our own luggage up the stairs to our room as poor hotel staff will not be able to attend by himself to a group of 20 travellers! The room size is comparable oki as the other hotel room is smaller. The breakfast suck! We never have such a poor breakfast before , limit selection, and the scramble eggs taste funny. There is no common scoop, tongs, or spoon for the food . We have to use the cutlery to scoop the food that one wants and use back the same cutlery again for one's own consumption. Gather if one wants more food, have to use new cutlery to take from the common dishes for sake of hygiene.

Room was nice and comfy. So no complaints there. However, we specifically chose this hotel as it had EV charging spots available. What we didn't know was that those chargers had a surcharge per hour. Charging our car there ended up costing us more than the hotel itself. The hotel could have at least given us a warning about this.

three stars cause the restaurant serves tasty truffle pasta but the lights are not working in our room and the staff refuses to help. all the staff said was “we cannot change the light, sorry”

The reception is open 24/7, which is great for us as any delays won’t be an issue on our way to the south of France.

Poor service & bad attitude from the reception. Cold & unwelcoming. Hotel have no guest lifts so don't stay here if you have heavy luggage. No offer of assistance with your luggage despite your edderly age unless you pay for it. Rooms not properly clean. Will not return to this hotel.

The service was ok, room as well. But the diner buffet was terrible. Meat was overdone, fish was very dry, fries were not ok, flies were all over the cold buffet. If I were at home I would have left the restaurant. Very dissapointing meal.

Very poor diner! A la carte not available, only crapy buffet. A lot was out of stock like the french fries, cordon blue and salad. When we made a complaint, we were not taken seriously. Last year it was very good but I don’t know what happened here. We will never come back again here at this poor hotel.

Very poor dining experience. The hotel promotes its menu and chef throughout the hotel, however on arrival at the restaurant the only food available is a buffet at €29 per person. This is extortionate for the quality and selection of food available. There are alot of reviews on Google regarding the food, but it seems to fall on deaf ears with the management. Rooms are cheap, everything else is over priced to make up for it.

Good family hotel found during our family trip, staff is very warm, young, welcoming and nice. You can find a very modern and nice Hall with a gift shop, a gym and a pool. Breakfast is ok and baby cutlery can be found - nice move. Rooms are ok as well, but the carpet and some old dirty spots (uncleanable) spoil the hotel

Positive points: renovated entry, reception, bar and restaurant area. Sufficient parking, friendly staff at reception and in restaurant. Nice and clean terrace outside and very nice swimming pool. Good location close to the highway to southern France. Negative points: hotel rooms and hallways need a renovation. Food at restaurant (dinner buffet) oke, but not more. At Novotels I had much better food. Same for breakfast. To summarize: on the way to southern France a good option to stop for a night, despite some of the downsides.

It's ok. Not more then that. The restaurant was always a treat. They had an open kitchen. But now it's down graded. The mood lighting is not right. It is what it is. For example this starter or 'entree'.

Good for stop overs. Lovely buffet breakfast. Beds very comfortable. For semi cheap hotel it has best breakfast we have tried in dijon stop over hotels.

Price/quality is just no way too expensive.. Really weird reception. Just some kids standing around walking around really not to be expected. Hotel room was old but okayish... really noisy so dont expect to sleep well. Breakfast was terrible... just old cheese walking away like it layed there all night. Almost nothing to choose from. I do not recommend going here for the price.
