The only reason I gave this place one star was because the older gentleman working the counter was very kind. Other than that this place is trash. I came in with my fiancé and ordered two meals with a shake. After waiting 10 mins they Hand us only 1 meal and an extra side of fries? My fiancé was missing his sandwich I was told it wasn’t rang up but then how did we pay the 7.00$+ for the fry and drink combo(upgraded to milkshake). I had to repay for the sandwich, it should have been free. I then had to wait another 10+ mins for one sandwich. And then I get home to eat, my burger is wrong I got the avocado burger and it came with 0 avocado??? Great. And I enjoyed watching the heavier set Latino man cooking who was eating directly out of the fry basket in front of guest, absolutely disgusting and breaking health code. He should be fired and I should be refunded I live in this area and will be sharing my experience on Facebook so others do not waste 40+ dollars here. PSA no one likes a half of cup of Mayo on a burger.

Yes, I am reviewing a burger place for it's salad... The Cobb salad. To be honest, it's better than most salads that you would get at a higher end restaurant. It's all spring mix lettuce, with real bacon. And much to my happy surprise, comes with a fried egg on top. It's a huge salad. All the ingredients are fresh. I've been multiple times now. Always the same quality salad and same quality service. The employees have all struck me as very hard working and know their jobs.

Burgers are good. Fries are good. Chicken tenders are good. It's the price. Spent 80 bucks for the cashier to not even listen to us. One of our burgers didn't come. He forgot all our fries. It's kinda frustrating. We even told the guy and he's claiming "you didn't order that." I wouldn't come here again, i wouldn't recommend you come either.

This really struck me as awful. Some server were nice while most were blank expression, tired, and very forgetful. The shakes cost as much as the burgers. I don’t think the tables get wiped on a weekly basis. Always packed and extremely long waits for food. Very unclean and a generally gloomy atmosphere. The fries are borderline In N Out bad, but that depends on preference yet we’re still Salty, soggy, and relatively cold. The only good thing about this place was the burgers, some of the best I’ve had. Would not come back here again.

Couple of things here. First, the food quality, taste, and service were all really good. The pricing was good too. Given the fact that we are in season, it’s understandable that the line was quite long and steady. They were out of shakes and a lot of the condiments and straws and things needed replenishing. It seemed everyone was on the ball though which was kind of weird. Maybe they were caught off guard or a truckload off supplies was late. Still a nice place and a great burger!

Colorado burger, and added avocado, plus a chocolate shake. Was very pleased with both!!

Good job to the Grey bearded gentleman who patiently waits on his customers at the register, than quickly heads to the dining area to wipe off tables. I admire his professionalism; good job to the entire Team the customer service was outstanding!

Very clean store with friendly staff. Burgers were pretty tasty, I could probably do without the rosemary and olive oil on the French fries but that’s just my personal opinion. They’re a little pricey for our tastes as well but again our personal opinion.

Meh. I got the BBQ burnt ends burger, which was tasty, but there weren't any burnt ends on the pork. I have a thing for tater Tots, and the house rosemary Tots were AWESOME! Very tasty! I still like 5 Guys better for the money, though.

Good food, but took a long time to order and get the food. Overall it was worth it though!

Food fresh and hot. Colorado burger didn't have as much flavor as I hoped. Spent $50 for two adults and two kids. Was quiet with no wait at 1pm on Monday. Eating area was clean except dirty USB outlets under most seats.

Smashburger is AMAZING. No matter the location. The Colorado Burger is easily the best. I can't recommend them enough. If you're passing through, stop for lunch!

Really wish this place would go out of business so we could get a decent chain burger place like 5 guys or snarf burger. Burgers are good. Totally understaffed. When busy they reduce the size of the $7 side dishes. Wife received half a cup of tots and I got 6 halves of Brussel sprouts. Restaurant is dirty. I want to be clear, the staff works hard. This is clearly a management/ownership issue.

We have pretty consistently terrible service here. The guy who rang us out this time put the wrong food item into the system, but asked us if we meant the right thing, to which we responded yes. The guy brought out the wrong food item and when we requested it done the right way, we waited another 20 minutes before getting the same *incorrect* food item. The guy had a sour attitude the whole time and when we just asked for something to put on the wrong item, the individual who looked like the manager annoyingly said “yeah” but was clearly irritated. The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars this time around is because there was one person on staff in the back who had pep in their step and had a smile on their face and was actually trying to help. Thank you to this individual.

Probably the last time I'll eat here given how much their prices have gone up. A single bacon burger, smash fries and a sprite... just south of $20. Used to be my wife and I could eat here for the same cost. Good was great as usual, but service was less than lack luster. Atmosphere was stuffy.

Fantastic food, loved the options to add sweet potato fries to my order. Plus, the freshly prepared Fried chicken sandwich was worth the 15 minutes! I will definitely be back 👍🏼

Clean place. Great service. The burgers are uniquely delicious. Great sides options. I had fried brussels (yum!), & my husband had the garlic tots (also crispy & delicious). If you're in the mood for a great burger, this is the place!

I want to give this place 5 stars for food. But 4 stars for the price. One burger was $20. But it was a really good burger. Probably one of the best I've had.

I came here about a month ago. the kid behind the counter was nice enough but didn’t seem to be very knowledgeable about the menu at all. Which is okay he seemed new. The real issue was the manager or lead that was working that day. I can’t remember his name but he was incredibly rude. When me and my partner went to enter they were cleaning the area right in front of the doors and after a minute or two we politely asked if there was another way into the establishment. He rudely said “you guys are just to gonna have to wait”. After we got in I asked the gentleman running the counter a few questions about gluten-free options since I have a gluten allergy, the guy running the counter relayed these questions to the manager and he was extremely rude about it. Once we ordered our food, it was very bare bones, they forgot the lettuce and tomato on my burger as well as the bacon, and in general the food just wasn’t very good at all. My partner got the wings and they were pretty disgusting according to her. We also both felt pretty sick not long after eating there. The only good experience was the shake I got and the gentleman running the counter was nice. I will never be coming here again, do not recommend.

If this was in another state, I would give it 3 or 4 stars. For Colorado standards, it is 5 by far. The employees recognized that customers came in. The employees understood that they were at work. They had a good idea what was on the menu. They knew how to enter an order in the register. We received what we ordered on the first try. The drink machine had syrup in most spouts. The area was generally clean. I spent a week in Colorado. With the exception of this Smashburger location, all restaurants were very dirty, the employees were annoyed when asked to do their job, they had no clue what was on the menu, they couldn't use the register, and we rarely received anything similar to what we ordered. Therefore, our visit to this Smashburger location was a highlight of our vacation.

Really lucky to want this burger at odd times. Today it was around 3pm. Perfect burger. The cashiers and cooks are always smiling. Good attitudes, great atmosphere. Delicious.

The food was horrible. I had a smoked bacon brisket burger. Stringy bacon pieces, the bun was too soft and overall there had been only 4 pickles on it. The meat was charred and as I said stringy. The burger itself was kind of collapsing as they haven't composed it properly. And on top the cashier was very uninterested. At least the Smash Fries were decent but pricy. I do not recommend this place.
