But the major thing is that after delivery they didn't give ur baby to u. aap taras jayenge apne hi bache ko dekhne k liye. They will do unnecessary blood test of ur child widt informing u. N said apke bache ko yeh problem h woh problem hai. Or jab hm ne bahar se doctor se consult kiya to our child was totally healthy n fit. He didn't need all such inhuman treatment. They kept my child in nursery for three days. N we thought they r taking care of my child but after so many fight n argument wen they gave my baby so many needle marks bluish spots on my baby . They placed cannula in my new born baby n several marks of needle on his tiny hand. N inject so many bottles of antibiotics. Done x-rays widt our consent. N charge us 20000 for this inhuman treatment. For making money they hurt ur newborn child.ther are like monsters. N I was not alone all d mother's in special ward facing d same issue . They kept their children for weeks. is it possible all d children were need to kept in nursery. I am writing this so that any other mother of newborn child should not face d same Thing. Bcoz I know how difficult is to give d birth to a child n after that u dnt hv ur newborn wid u. Be aware.

I have completed my first aid course from here nice teaching staff if I talk about teachers Saba Mam one of the best teacher here...She can complete whole syllabus wth practical with every student, If Anyone want to become a good first Aider then Consult for Saba Mam batch, Thanku Saba Mam

The current pandemic has shown the true face of humanity. While some are giving their own life to save others yet there are people who are avoiding their responsibility. My sister's baby got delivered in this hospital. The doctors didn't even give the BCG injection to the baby. And when we went for consultation after 1week, we were informed that all the doctors have gone on leave and we should not visit the hospital again. Nobody from the hospital staff told us that the vaccination was not given to the baby. We only came to know this after checking with an independent doctor. They should not play with lives of new born babies like this. They could have atleast informed us and guided us properly.

I have consulted Dr Tara, she don't have manners to talk. Staff was rude. They didn't clear our doubts. Vising this hospital is a complete waste of money and time. I would recommend to visit any other jholachap doctor on top of Red cross hospital (specifically Dr. Tara)

me and my sister got birth in Red cross hospital in 1988 ,1989. My wife and sister delivered the child is same hospital. Normal delivery will cost you 17000 + medicine + room charges ( 3000 for private , 1500 for sharing) cesarean delivery will cost you 23000 + medicine + room charges. pro: better than govt hospital free vaccination for new born child near to dilshad garden metro station not much rush resalable price. not money minded. con: worst than private. service are not good as you will find in private hospitals Not come under CGHS or any insurance.

I delivered my baby in this hospital dctrs were very nice frankly speaking dr anuradha kapil is very good dctr but the nursing staff is not cooperating in labour pain they just told you to shut your mouth and dont make noise bcz they want to sleep unnecessarily pricking was done for blood work which was already done 3days before but they want it done from their lab nursing staff never came after delivery for checkup for stitches even dctrs were shocked no one came for review of stitches

Nearest bus terminal are Shahdara, New Seema Puri, Anand Vihar. Hospital has speciality in women and children care and also have general ward. Timings are morning 0800-0900 hours and evening 1700-1900hours. Parking facility is available inside the hospital boundary.

Poor experience. My baby boy birth in jan. 2021. Hospital charge around 50 k without medicine in General Ward. Hospital given facility very cheap. My wife admit 5 days. Nursing staff never change bed sheets and blanket. Blanket quality very poor. But Doctor anuradha Kapil is very nice and intelligent. I never come again in hospital for delivery

My first baby born hare with god bless, i am too happy and thankfull for red cross staff. Spacially Dr Tara Garbyal Mam. Too expirenced doctor and very very good behaviour. Thanks to all staff.

Initially it was a good hospital but now it is pvt. like, increasing fee for consultancy, ultrasound and blood tests are very high. Doctor recommended my wife a test when I went to their lab (Max- labs) and they told it will cost Rs. 4650, just for double check went out to a Doctor Lal Path they told Rs. 2400(almost half, they why they claim they are charitable hospital) and on local lab they told 2100. Only limited staff, you have to wait for 3-5 hours for report and constantly follow up with them or they might delay you more. Given the suggestion to management in written but no action when visited again after 2 months but same condition, no improvement. RED CROSS must declare them pvt. hospital, condition really needs to be improved if management is reading this review they must improve the condition.

At reasonable price hospital services available those don't beat luxury treatment in another hospital and nursing Home.

Good but rate as just like any private hospital

Filthy rooms and toilets and staff is super lazy. Hospital management is pathetic. I took a pvt room but it is not even cleaned and when complained I was told to wait till morning. Rats are roaming in the room during night from here and there.

Building and infrastructure is very good, staff is not fine enough to provide better service. Also very populated hospital in delhi. Hospital is only better for general care and Some of doctors are perfect in gynecological care , you can approach for the same.

Queues are often very long during daytime but not at night. If you are in emergency you can visit here. Emergency services are available.
