Spent over a week here recently as my parents live next door. I was impressed that the rooms on the top floor had airconditioing as that is not common in Germany. The breakfast was inexpensive and good. I'm knocking off a star as the hotel refused to allow me to check out for one night in order to travel elsewhere. As I gave them a good amount of business I think they could have easily made this accommodation for me.

Breakfast ok but not exciting. Friendly and helpful personnel. Quite noisy location but also close to the local train station.

Location =The place is easily accessible and just in front of S-BAHN station.. This is outside the main town of Stuttgart but however it is easily accessible and it takes hardly 4mins walk from ditzigen S-Bahn station to the hotel and from Stuttgart HBF it is roughly 15 to 18 mins by taking S6 train Room = Are decent ones I don’t see any special in the rooms but however the room number 221 was slightly weird Coffee/Tea maker was present along with tea packet Breakfast = not a great wide spread but they need to improve here a lot on this aspect seriously even breads were less in variety Room heaters were working fine no issues in this area Hospitality = in general they are helpful but however breakfast team was weird Supermarket ,some restaurants and even breweries are in near by locations .

This place was awesome! They called us to verify we were still coming (we had a late start thereby making us have a very late check in). When we got to our room, we found towels folded in various shapes and animals, each with a chocolate on top for a family member. Breakfast was super packed because of two tour buses of people, but the staff handled it well. We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the train station and for an extra €8 , we were allowed to keep our car parked there for the day. The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. We definitely would recommend them to others.

The hotel is conveniently located within 100 metres of Ditzingen S-Bahn station. The rooms are quite nice and come with mini bar. But there are no provision of in-room coffee making. Free coffee is available from 6AM to midnight from the coffee machine located in the basement. The choice of food in the complimentary breakfast is adequate. The restaurant does not open at noon for lunch. Dinner starts early in the evening and offers delicious food. The staffs at reception are very polite and helpful.

I arrived on a Saturday (February 5) with my two younger children. We enjoyed a third floor room, which had everything we needed, including a beautiful view. What we liked the most was not only the tasty breakfast, but the very friendly and accommodating staff. They made so many kind efforts that I couldn't remember the last time I stayed somewhere with such kindness and professional service. Our stay was overall outstanding, and I wish the same for anyone else who goes there. If you're seeking a more intimate, upscale hotel with decent amenities, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend.

Small quiet hotel with clean rooms and friendly service

I don’t know why the hotel didn’t have anything on their website or didn’t do anything to notify third party websites that they are closed…. Poor planning on the hotels behalf. Luckily the Best Western up the road honored our reservation.

The hotel has been closed since October 2020! You can still book this on all the websites including their own! We arrived to a closed hotel and did not get informed or booked to another hotel. Took us an hour to arrange another hotel with Best Western that turned out to have a terrible room.
