The Ambiance was really great. Staff was awesome. I didn't like the food. Quantity was good but pricey and was not up to the taste. Steak 🥩 was not properly cooked and it was almost like a rubber, have to leave it. But yes it's a sport bar so u can enjoy drinks and games.

Yum yum yum. I've had Chillis outside of Canada and this did not disappoint! We got the combo appetizer and chose the eggrolls (yum), wings with honey Sriracha (yum), and crispy chicken (yum). Then shared a smoked brisket quesadillas and steak fajita and let me say both were great but the steak fajitas made the smoked brisket disappear. IT WAS AMAZING. My friend got a burger and loved it too. Price was super affordable for all we ate and the service was amazing.

Chain restaurant menu (great food). Very speed from the time we ordered till when we got our food. The staff is geat and friendly. Had a burger and fries and felt like i got my money's worth. I would recommend Chili's to my family and friends. So why not you.

The atmosphere was great and so was the staff! I ordered dessert first and it was more than I was expecting so that was delightful. We also ordered bottomless chips and that was so filling plus we were able to take the rest to go and our server was so kind as to top up or to-go bag. If I’m ever eating anywhere in Banff again Chilis is where I’m going!

Ate here over the past couple of days, while staying at The Fox Hotel. Complimentary breakfast menu for staying at the location consists of 5 breakfast options, all of which taste great. All staff are incredibly friendly, and as a traveller from Ontario, it is very pleasant to see tons of staff who are Australian and hearing their stories! Dinner menu is pretty big as well, lots of great food choices, my personal favourite was the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. Service is quick, staff are willing to accommodate to your needs, and are always willing to lend a hand. Overall, eating here for 3 days, both breakfast and dinner, I’ve had no issues and the experience was pleasurable overall. The lighting is nice, and the atmosphere is great. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area for a meal! EDIT: The smokehouse trio is a pretty good option, had it on the last night and it is definitely filling! Service amazing as usual.

Big portions for food, though it is a bit pricey for the type of food. Our hot chocolate also came out on the cooler side of warm. The restaurant was nice and clean with a friendly atmosphere. Service was passable, no check ins or offers for refills. Would go again if there were no other places to experience.

I know most of the younger generation doesn't care for chain restaurants like Chili's, but I've always enjoyed the menu, ambience, and service. I think this may be the only Chili's in Alberta, and when we're in Banff for a few days, we typically eat lunch or supper here at least once. This time, the price affordable, the service was quick and the food filling and delicious. What more can anyone ask for?

Cili's may not the best fine restaurant, but always the 1st choice when I visit Banff. Mexican flavor makes us hungry all the time. Today's meal was great, too. Real nice and freindy People. Try Fajitas with all 3 kinds.

Amazing food, amazing value for money! Their bottomless nachos is the best app to start with, their salsa has a got a nice kick to it and the guac is good too. Fajitas also recommended! Also, they've got a big portion size for sure! We just ordered the bottomless chips, fajitas and a salad between 3 and still had leftovers to take. And their cocktails are absolutely delicious! Definitely try their signature bulldogs with coronas - you will not be disappointed!

Located in the ground level of Fox Hotel. Their patio is the best! Lots of beautiful flowers around and we even saw hummingbird. They would spray mist as well every time it's too hot or whenever costumers will request. Staffs are very friendly. They serve food fresh and delicious. Love their avocado toasts but I find the skillet omelet salty.

Amazing Mexican food. Ordered the Chicken Bacon Quesadillas and my wife got the shrimp tacos. Portions are big and filling. They have tonnes of drink options including multiple impressive margaritas. I absolutely recommend if u like Mexican cuisine.

Had an enjoyable dinner at Chili's in Banff. Its a lot more modern and nice on the inside than a lot of U.S. Chili's restaurants. The food came oir fast and our server and the others that helped us were all really friendly. One of the drinks wasn't done right and the server took care of it and got us a substitute. She was very helpful and courteous. We really liked the food as well even though it's chain restaurant menu, the execution was spot on for everything we tried. Enjoyed it !

You can never wrong with Chilis. Our server took almost 40 mins to get us our order but I am not complaining. We relished the food. Everything from Fajita, to their appetizers, chocolava molten cake was yummylicious! The staff is very polite and the vibe of this place is great. They have a very cute outdoor seating area and lots of tables inside as well. Will visit again!

Great restaurant, good atmosphere. The food was ok well the chicken sandwich was awesome, the mushroom burger was ok however meat it self tasted like just pure ground beef no spices . Wasn't very enjoyable definitely wouldn't order it again. If not that issue I would give them 5 stars.

Second trip to Banff getting Chilli's takeout fajitas. Excellent food, the most welcoming cozy lobby where you wait for your order. Always friendly smiling staff.

Overall good experience! Food tasted good but our rice that came with the tacos was partly uncooked. The grilled chicken fajitas tasted fresh and was not overly salty! Honestly good price and size portions considering the price in a Banff restaurant. I wouldn't get the onion rings again since they were a little bit undercooked.

We were staying at the Fox so had breakfast here. We were greeted immediately by friendly staff & had a nice shaded table outside to enjoy the morning view. Our waiter was very good. Took 3 tables order’s without writing anything down. We indulged with morning cocktails & had bennys which were delicious.

Chili’s is a reliable choice for a casual dining experience with a good variety of dishes on their menu. The service was prompt and attentive, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was flavorful and satisfying, with generous portions that left us feeling satisfied. While the overall experience was enjoyable, there were a few minor hiccups with the timing of our food and drink orders. However, despite these small issues, Chili’s remains a go-to spot for a satisfying meal and a relaxed atmosphere.

We stayed at the Fox Hotel and were craving some finger food one night, so we decided to walk in this eatery. We ordered a Triple Dipper, and everything on it was served hot and savory. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

A place I've been to a number of times, and normally, the food and service are pretty good. This recent time was sub-par. Food was ok and the wait staff were only attentive when they sat us, no service during the meal, but very attentive to remove our plates when we were still working on the fries. The atmosphere is always great.

Amazing food. We ordered southwest egg rolls and chicken/ shrimps fajita. The shrimps were so juicy and delicious. Have never had such juicy shrimps before. They also have a very good portion size. One dish sufficed the two of us and we had a lot of leftovers to take away. Our server from Goa was very friendly and warm. Value for money. Totally recommend dining here.

Wood burning fireplace. Super friendly staff. Continental breakfast is breads and waffles. There's a menu if you want other items.

It’s Chilis!! The food and experience are what you would expect for a Latin food chain restaurant located deep in the mountains. The flavours and quality are nothing to be disappointed about but it’s nothing amazing either. I’d say it’s a safe bet and strangely a better option than other places in Banff. Especially if your not feeling steak.

One of the worst experiences I had at a restaurant in a while. I am only giving it 2 stars cause our server was great and was trying her best to accommodate us, but the food had hair it and the cups where dirty with black specs in the water. When we asked for other glasses of water, it came the same. The restaurant was clearly short staffed.

Nice staff, but the food? The ribs and sausage meat were very dry, worst I ever had. On the other hand the fries were good. If you eat there, stick to simple dishes that are hard to fail… The location of the restaurant on the map is wrong, it is attached to the Fox Hotel & Suites.
