I started going to orange theory in august of 21 as I was looking to add a bit of weight training and intervals to my fitness. I love how I just show up and the workout is different every time and challenges me. You do a combination of intervals on the treadmill, rowing and resistance training. It’s all coupled with a heart rate monitor so you and the coaches can see if you are working hard and there is a heart rate zone goal to help you keep progressing. It’s done in a team class environment and the coaches and staff have a super positive attitude and are all about fitness and don’t waste time talking politics or news and keep it real! There a few showers and bathrooms and a wheel chair accessible bathroom and shower. There is a large open area for getting ready and lots of lockers and places to hang Coats. They keep the place super clean and tidy. There is lots of parking outside and there is a coffee shop next door and beside that there is a booster juice. If you are looking for a challenging workout that keeps challenging you as you grow, give orange theory a try!

The staff takes the time to learn your name and some of the coaches will remember the types of workout modifications that you need. I enjoy the camaraderie and the social aspects of this gym too. They are often putting on special events and new/unique challenges every month! Coaches Konrad and Cole really standout and always lead me through a great workout. Every day there is a new workout which focuses on certain areas, like endurance or strength training. Each weight lifting exercise is demoed before you try it to ensure that every one knows what they need to do. The coaches will then walk around and adjust you or encourage you as needed. Every individual uses a heart-rate monitor, so that's great to know whether you need to push it or walk-it out. I highly recommend this gym!

They've gamified the gym experience by putting your metrics up on a screen, so it serves as both a motivator and a form of accountability. The workouts combine cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and endurance work, which is a balanced approach to fitness. It's not just the workout, though; it's the community. The atmosphere is generally positive, and trainers are usually quite knowledgeable and supportive. You're less likely to slack off when you've got both an instructor and real-time data guiding your workout. But the franchise nature of OrangeTheory means that experiences can vary a bit depending on location and instructors. Now, let's talk dollar signs. It's definitely on the pricier side. If you're committed and go often, you might justify the cost. Otherwise, the price tag might be a major turn-off. In terms of customization, it's not as tailored as one-on-one training would be. If you have specific goals or need specialized guidance due to an injury or other condition, you might find it lacking. So, overall, I'd say it's a solid choice for those who need a structured, data-driven environment to stay motivated, and are willing to pay a premium for it. It's not for everyone, but it's got a lot going for it.

The coaches and staff make you feel welcome and a part of the OTF family. You leave the workout feeling satisfied after a full body routine. Also coaches will identify any injuries that you may have and know how to alter the routine accordingly to ensure a safe and effective workout. Thank you Coaches & Staff 👏😎 Farmer

Amazingly clean! I wasn't participating in a class, but was doing a routine building inspection after hours and was surprised to see how thoroughly a team of 3 staff members were cleaning ALL the equipment. Buckets of disinfectant and scrub brushes on everything, not just wipes. Good for people to know they take cleanliness seriously.

I don’t have to prepare a plan or think about what’s next in my workout. They have it all planned ahead of time and walk you all the way through the workout. It’s plug and play fitness!

Awesome atmosphere. Friendly staff that explained all the equipment. Offered plenty of encouragement during the sign up process and especially during classes.

I have no actual experience with this place and I don't plan on trying them out simply for the fact that I inquired on their website once, just to look at class options, and have literally been harassed with phone calls since. To the point where I have had to block the phone number (and they still leave voicemails). Maybe rethink your practice here as I'm sure you've got great classes and coaches but harassment to get clients is not cool.

I Love that everything is ready when I get there, and I don't have to think about what I'm going to do. The classes are always different and I'm always challenged. The heart rate monitor adds another element of fun and comradery in the class.
