Great place for an easy hike or run. Lots of deer were out and very little people.

The trail is clearly marked the whole way. It's an uphill climb into the narrow canyon where there is a little waterfall. Stunning views and sunny skies made this hike unbelievably enjoyable! I would definitely go early as it does warm up by early afternoon. And, bring plenty of water for you and your pup (if you bring your best friend) as there isn't any water access along this 3 mile trail.

This was a beautiful hiking area with multiple trails. We enjoyed spectacular views from the base of the Organ Mountains. It has free admission and no restrooms. Make sure you take a restroom break before you get there.

Fantastic and beautiful hike at Organ Mountains National Monument. Well marked trail, climbs gradually from the parking lot leading to a box canyon with a pretty little waterfall. Wonderful 3.2 mile trail. Loved our hike and highly recommend.

Very pleasant surprise waterfall at the end of the trail! And we were able to climb up to the side of the waterfall.

Came across this hike on Google Maps and really loved it. The trails on Google Maps aren't entirely accurate but AllTrails is. I recommended taking your first right when the path splits and then navigating towards the trail to the falls. It's not easy to get lost or anything! Falls were a trickle when I was there in March but still beautiful. The rock formations were my favorite! And it's free.

Very well maintained trails, very clean and an easy hike. No need for fancy equipment. Very family friendly. Well worth it to make it to the waterfall if the time of year is right. Usually flowing and nice and shady and cool by the water during the summer.

A must hike in Las cruces. We do at least one hike here a week. And it never gets old.

Beautiful canyon. One of my favorite places to go hiking. After the summer rains you can even see a waterfall. I have been hiking there in several occasions, it is always different depending on the time of the year. It is nice in the winter when the snow caps the peaks.

A nice alternative or addition to the Dripping Springs trail. No fee to park here. Beautiful scenery and a nice loop trail up to the rocks that form the Organ Mountains. Taking some of the side paths gives you some elevation variation unlike some of the other trails in the area that are strictly up the slope then down the slope.

Fun quick hike, a bit of a scramble by the waterfall but overall nice and easy.

A great hike for mid-range hikers in Las Cruces. Beautiful views, a canyon with historical structures and wildlife. If you go early and you're quiet you'll see lots! Please practice "carry in, carry out" principles and cleanup after your pet. We end up taking garbage with his every time, so sad.

The initial hike to the right is a fairly decent incline and we all stopped several times. Once we turned toward the canyon it was much easier. Once you get to the stone structure, go right and scramble up a small dried up waterfall. Keep going until you are well in to the canyon. You'll reach a very green and lush area with several maple trees...the waterfall is there. It was a trickle today but the scenery and hike were well worth it.

It's a nice, easy hike. Go after a decent rain to see the waterfall.

Very nice beginner trail! Could use more detailed information about which trail includes scenery wise however they both end at the same place. Waterfall was a very small trickle with a swarm of wasps below as of 5 May 18. Bring water, sunscreen and hats.

Beautiful area. gradual incline on the way into the canyon, but not too strenuous. take your time and look around. the plant variety alters as you approach and enter the narrow canyon. the landscape is incredible. a day following significant rainfall there is a waterfall at the end.

Easy to get to and less traveled than Dripping Springs

Beautiful trail a little over 3 miles to a small waterfall at the end. Very rocky trails but not difficult
