We did a boat tour. Most horrible experience possible. Crew totally unprofessional. Food was served cold and crew lined up to eat before passengers. Tea and “coffee” on board were diy: just hot water. A 3-hour trip that could’ve been done in one in case the crew didn’t stop for hours to play on the phone and eat fruits while the boat was spinning around nowhere, without a view for more than one hour. No explanation about what one could see, the only person from the crew to understand English ignored questions from the passengers. Also, no entertainment onboard at all. Do yourself a favor and run away from this boat tour in Doha.

I have joined both their safari ride and camel racing tours. The places they brought me to were nice but their tour guides were extremely impolite to me and provided the worse services I’ve ever had. If you want to book a tour to go around qatar, try another travel agency company.

Had a fantastic afternoon city tour, plenty of time at each of the attractions. Our tour guide Haithem was fantastic, very knowledgeable and catered to our needs. He also gave extra time at the end of the tour with plenty of recommendations at Souk Waqif and other places of interest including recommendations for traditional food places to try. I had gone for their dune bashing + bbq lunch yesterday since it was holiday due to QND 2020. The duning - It was really a fun experience driving in the dunes. They took us till inland sea and showed us Saudi Arabia border and there was 2 photo stops on the way. The duning session was for 2 hours I believe. The camp - Unfortunately I was very disappointed as their camp is in sealine beach not in khor al udaid or in the dessert. Usually such trips they have a camp in the middle of the dessert or some exclusive place with privacy but this was right at the sealine beach. At the last roundabout. The toilets were fairly clean but very small and conjusted and they did not have a dressing room which was also very unexpected. The staff did not care to make any other arrangements or help with giving a tent for this purpose. The food - We got food poisoning. Has to be the worst part of the trip. It tasted good but it was not good. Overall - I wouldn't book a trip with them again, but if you have a trip planned, this is what you should be prepared for

Reliable and great experience. We experienced the half day desert tour, whereby you are picked up in Doha and driven to the sand dunes in Sealine Beach. Our driver was courteous, reliable and provided us an exhilarating yet safe experience. He accommodated us by picking us up at 0400 in order to ensure we would be able to see the sunrise as part of the tour experience. Overall, I recommend QIA to anyone interested in experiencing driving the sand dunes while visiting Qatar.

We had three families and two drivers they were Muhammed Fussain and Sami wow such a great drivers we had.They took proper care and the both drivers were such a funny people,thier english was lit. They took a safe drive from home to the Desert Safari and back home.I wish any person could get this both drovers your trip would be amazing and fantastic.Thanks a lot to the QIA department also.😁

Desert safari was amazing! our driver Ahmed Hamdan made it a very enjoyable experience taking us to different stops where we got to take pictures and enjoy the beautiful views. We got to see the edge of Qatar and saw the outskirts of Saudi Arabia! The beach soo where we had cold drinks was friendly an accommodating. Really really enjoyed our tour of the sand dunes!

overall the trip was good, i liked the sand drifting, the beach was small but good and well equipped, giving them two stars because of the average food ( i had intoxication me and my wife in that night), and because they have lied to us about other activities, as they said there will be free sand boarding, camel riding and falcon photo taking , yet first and last were not included in the trip, and camel riding wasn't for free.

first time to write a review, but its needed. Yesterday we joined their Safliya Island package. The paid package was for kayaking, banana boat, beach volley ball and BBQ. qittour manager mentioned that they 'overbooked' there were about 200 people and only 2 kayaks were given. the banana boat started 2 hours late, and halfway through eating we were told we need to pack up the boats are leaving. it was very unorganized. the kayaks were taken away by one of the members because he said its windy. we were left on the island to only play volley ball. the banana boat also stopped for some unknown reason. the chairs and tables have clearly been left out for weeks, they were in horrible condition. honestly, save your money cause most people were just waiting for the boats to leave to get off the island.

Our tour guide Haithem was fantastic, very knowledgeable and catered to our needs. We had a booked an afternoon tour at short notice and Haithem was superb! He catered to my son's football craze! He showed all the World Cup preparations and was very attentive! The visit to the Museum of Islamic Art was breathtaking and with Haithem guiding us - it was soo worth going!! One of the best guides we have ever had!! Thank you for making our short stay so impressive and we cannot wait to come back!

Our guide was Muhammad Hussain, the Tour was amazing thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The Dunes were superb the 4 x 4 driving by Muhammad Hussain is outstanding and best driver ever. You will not be disappointed, the quad biking was excellent and the driver who’s name I have forgotten sorry about that is also a brilliant driver too thank you all for a brilliant experience will be back soon to do it all again. Muhammad Hussain again is a brilliant host and I will be back for another booking.

I cannot recommend this tour with Saleem enough!!! We had a blast and would easily come and do this same tour again. Saleem picked us up at our hotel. His vehicle was nice, clean, and the AC worked great! He provided us with cold water on the drive. First, we stopped to ! The actual . having to ask, Saleem asked for my phone so he could take pictures of us, which turned out great! After the ride, we were provided with tea and were able a ! Next, we hit the sand dunes! Saleem is the best driver out there and has trained many of the drivers. I felt completely safe with him and it was SO MUCH FUN! We stopped to take pictures and got to sand board! Last, we went to the camp. We were provided with a private changing room with a shower and towels. We laid in the beach chairs and swam and relaxed while our dinner was prepared. Again, I cannot recommend this experience enough!!!

Having the whole Dhowl to ourselves for Bbq dinner cruise was an amazing experience. We were able to have one to one with our friendly guide who gave us detailed information about Doha. The crew were friendly and overall the experience was fantastic.

One of the best Middle East airport, I have travelled through. Subdued but elegant and efficient. Glass decor is similar to Europe. Some folks may like more lighting, but I prefer this to bright and glitzy!

He’s one of the recommended drivers on TripAdvisor so was very glad to have him. He was the leader, the first out of the 5 trucks we had. The safari experience was magical and absolutely 💯. 45 min from pickup point to sealine beach. Couple of hrs of safari, multiple breaks for pictures, final break at the beach with soft drinks, then back to the city. We went on an overnight desert safari it was terrible.. the tents were great and clean but everything else was just terrible.. the showers and toilets were not clean (there was warms everywhere).. the food was poor ..we saw no bone fire or activities (just music), the drinks were hot and we couldn’t find cold water..you have to improve your services especially in cleaning those bathrooms and toilets
