It's not ma first time in crystal but recently I went there on a Monday and while at the security, one of the security guys asked me "y are you laughing''??? Tell me..... I was with ma friends so I felt like y the he'll would someone ask me something like that?? I sacarsticly replied "coz I want to laugh" as I walked to the ladies at the computer and I told one of my friends that what kind of stupid question was that?? To ma surprise another security guy by the name 'NAZ' approached me in a rude manner and asked me never to speak to his colleague ever again like that. As I didn't wanna have a fight with anyone, I asked ma friends to come with me to WAHAM. Naz followed us into the same lift and asked the administration not to let us in so they also complied and lied that the club was fully booked there was no space. I was very disappointed in the management of both places and I promise I can never advise anyone to come party there ever again.

Over rated, expensive, rude staff. Avoid.
