For someone who lift heavy like me.. Overall good facilities. Minus 2 stars because some of it can be improve.. 1. Can add more heavy weight plates like 5kgs, 10 kgs each at the squat rack because everytime i have to steal at the leg press machine 2. The area is a bit cramped up at the machine for example no space for doing hip trust with barbell.. because its full of machines. (Even tho functional training area is really spacious and enough but its far from weight area) 3. WC or toilet is always a mess 😥 have anxiety to pee inside.. 4. No shower room ladies!

Includes the reception with a fingerprint authorization system to enter the gym, kids area, cardio and weight machines part, locking system, changing room, washroom, zumba studio/core area and functional fitness area. Neat and tidy. Well-trained trainers to assist and help us to achieve our fitness goal. Most of them are from Kerala, India and Philippines. There are group training classes such as circuit training, zumba, aerobics, abs workouts, Tabata, yoga and pilates. Excellent equipments, mostly from the top brands PRECOR and Matrix. A Great place where you can get your mind off of everything and just enjoy by yourself, with friendly trainers and with co-members.

We can't take pictures as it's lady only gym and we need to follow the privacy policy .. just clicked some selfies making sure no one is in frame , it's been more then a month now and i am loving it .. still not tried all the machines ,they have free group classed which are worth taking up .. personal trainer sessions look intense and actually work with you and count for you . I am enjoying it so far . Lovely trainers nice staff and very clear .. every machine gets sanitized once you use it ..

Very well equipped gym, great location. On the downside the ladies changing rooms are only two, no designated space for abayas, lockers too small to fit any gym bag and the amenities in the washroom really need an upgrade.

I am quite disappointed actually regarding the package. I took 3 months package on May 11. And now that the school holidays has started I asked them to freeze it for a month since I won't be in Doha. They are saying they can't freeze it. Since I'm a regular gym goer..I feel cheated. I think your packages should cater according to your customer needs.

I was in Doha for a about 2 weeks and I was super excited to have found this place. The package I got was for 10 days and it cost QAR 100. I have to say it’s a really good gym with all the equipment, and it’s super clean and even the staff is pretty great. Highly recommended! It was super inspiring to see all these ladies working out!

I will never come there again. The AC are not working and smell is absolutely awful. In the evening it was crowned by indian and filipino ladies only. And the gym is small, a little free zones. But on the reception you most probably will face good attitude. Thank you for that.
