I visited this hospital for my dental treatment for the third time now and I’m very satisfied of there service. The price is pocket friendly and the doctor’s are very professional. They know what they are doing. The staff are very helpful and assistive. The only downside I can say is sometimes it gets so crowded and waiting time gets little bit long. Other than that, excellent medical center.

I am health care professionals. My husband was seeing doctor in this medical center for so long for hypertension and cholesterol . They were giving medicine as much as they can even it was not needed. So be careful when doctors writes medicine especially when you have insurance. Good formula is they will not issue sick leave unless you buy medicine there . Few month back i took my baby and asked receptionist for pediatrician he gave me GP and told he is the child doctor . This is their business strategy.

Hi Naseem team, I would like to bring into your attention an unfortunate situation i have faced from the Naseem team. I have visited the C ring road Naseem Medical centre yesterday for taking skin allergy medication for my daughter. As per the telephonic conversation with the Naseem staff, i was instructed to visit the centre without any appointment between 2pm-6pm. I arrived at 5 Pm , but unfortunately i was stopped by one of the ticket issuing staff named Aladdin stating that all the slots are booked ( There was only one person waiting to consult the doctor) and he was being very rude to us. We tried to discuss the situation with the manager but dint find any positive response from him either. He instructed me to book through the website or wait for 3 more hours .(Note: The doctor was actually available till 6 pm only) The facility provided by Naseem deserves a 5 star but unfortunately the services provided deserves just one star.

The waiting time to meet the Doctor Divya GEETHA is ridicules due to poor time management by the coordinator. She has 17 patients waiting and they invited her for procedure, my token number was 27 and waiting more than two hours and still 5 more patients are there for my turn. This management not valuing the patients time. That thought is the management might think that this their fate to wait. The management should revise their strategy to minimize the patient waiting time. Doctors should be invited for procedure if they are less patients in waiting. See the attached photo shows the waiting patients number.

I will never visit Naseem if it wasn’t for Dr. Zeba Iqbal. She makes the wait, long drive and unanswered customer care calls worthwhile. She helped me conceive after year long treatments with numerous other doctors and clinics just within two months of her treatment. Her best quality is her way of reassurance which i felt really comforting. As she does her own scans, this also makes it more convenient and thereby well aware of each case. The assisting nurse is equally lovely, kind and helpful. They are only factors which makes me come back to this hospital.

This is the main branch of Naseem Al Rabeeh group clinics. You will be impressed by the level of care and professionalism that you will receive. The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Divided amongst the specialities go get at one place. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctors are extremely knowledgeable and skilled in their field. They will answer all of your questions and concerns, and will provide excellent treatment options. One of the things that stood out to me was the wide range of specialties that the clinic offers. From general practice to specialized care, they seem to have it all covered. I was particularly impressed by the level of expertise of the staff in the different areas of care. Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of medical care. The combination of a beautiful facility, knowledgeable staff, and excellent treatment options and affordable price of the treatment make it a top choice for healthcare.

Every time we take an appointment , we reach the medical centre and they say the appointment is canceled and ask us to wait. This time it happened while I was with my fiancé. Mr. Majeed the floor supervisor has no decency to speak politely when we approached him to rectify the issue with our appointment. Has no etiquettes while speaking and instead of resolving the issue he turned his face and walked away like he was doing us a favour.

Hospital is very crowded due to lot of specialities in one building. Some staff is also annoying and some are very cooperative. On phone they said it will take 15 mins for antibody result but it took more then 50 minutes.

Very good work with fast resultsfor a rapid antigen test. Customer service though very poor: you are thirsty and the venting machine that provides water bottles only accepts the exact amount in cash. No card accepted and no water dispenser available for people to get hydrated. Good enough reason so as to avoid that centre again…shows a lot about how they treat customers.

Our findings on Naseem Al Rabeeh (different branches): 1. Doctors seem to be UNQUALIFIED especially ALL Opthalmologists. 2. Doctors keep their positions by making more money for the center by prescribing the most EXPENSIVE diagnostic tests and the most quantity of medicines even though they are not clinically required e.g. you need a check for the left eye, they make all types of checks for both eyes then they will always say you the results are normal. Similarly, if you have a digestive issue, you may end up making cardiac tests or hormonal tests and Vitamin D test (all expensive). 3. Waiting time compared to other clinics is very long e.g. for a consultation in low-peak hours, you may need to wait an hour. 4. Extensive number of staff on the reception and pharmacy, that seems to be more than the customers themselves. 5. I am thinking of something positive to say, but unfortunately nothing but clean and tidy place and yes, consultation fee is cheap, in order to bring your legs in the place. 6. Lots of good reviews are from the Indian community is because most of the doctors/semi-doctors are from India. I do not know the actual reason or they are honored so as to make good reviews. That is why you can see all reviews either 1 worst or 5 best. So, less reviews are in between.

So, I went to the hospital, they are closing at 1pm, and I reached there at 12.40pm. The doctor was standing right next to me when the receptionist told him that he has the patient and he just told her, NO, alluding that he has to leave at 1pm and he already has the patient waiting for him. He didn't even asked me what is wrong and can I wait until the afternoon! This is very unprofessional way to treat your patients, especially when we are paying lot of money not to be treated like that!!!!

I felt like the doctor doesn’t explain anything but just wants to milk insurance. Trying to send me to unnecessary treatment without consulting me. Prescribing bogus medications for things like swelling when I told them there are non.

The second visit to this location on C Ring road. Waited over two hours, the staff are illiterate, rude and what appears to be poorly trained. They cater to the Qatari Nationals without so much as a hesitation or regard for the patients who sit outside the doctors office like cattle waiting to be slaughtered. This is my last visit here even if I have to drive all the way across town. My appoint ment time was 3pm and at 5:18 I am still waiting for Dr. Divya Geeta who arrived late and has been running late since. So completely unprofessional its not funny. You just cant make this kind of stuff up.

The service they have provided has been excellent. Doctors nursing staff, and all the support staff have done the service like professionals. And all are high standard .Place is neat and clean.Good housekeeping. Very helpful and pleasant reception. Overall excellent experience. They provide a really comfortable experience. Worst place ever! Rude staff and doctors always just wana give you an injection and tell you, you will be fine in a day, thay give very strong medication which when I researched has harsh side effects.... When called, they never answer the phone even for emergency or a small inquiry.. Horrible experiences!

This place always takes so long to see your specialist. You could be waiting anywhere from 30mins to 3 hours for your appointment. Not good especially when you’re starving from fasting for blood tests!

I really feel in the form of God, Dr. Zeba Iqbal has helped us in trying to conceive. Madam is very compassionate and kind hearted. She is very positive and always prays the best for her patients. Madam is really knowledgeable and quick in treatment. She understands the pain behind the process and does her best in getting faster results. Our medicines and treatment were very economical. I really pray and wish all the happiness to the doctor who is giving so much happiness in her patients lives.

It's very misleading that this is called a hospital as you may think that means this place has all the departments and operations of a normal hospital. It is just another medical clinic and has no emergency and looks pretty run down. If you need a hospital dont go to this place.

I'm very pleased with the service of this clinic. Staff is amiable and pleasant. Always ready to help you. I sprained my ankle and went another clinic first for what I was told it's just ligament but after few days I came to Naseem and got to know that it's fracture and Dr Anish Shareef assisted me most attentively for which I'm very thankful. And if you are Qatar airways staff you'll be able to get discount on some of their facilities. I would strongly recommend this clinic!

It was my first time visit to Naseem hospital.. Unless the fact that it is a bit crowded, all other facilities are really appreciating. Doctors, nurses, and other staffs all were really approachable. A sincere thanks to that Indian girl with specs (forgot her name, something like Mubeela) who extracted my blood with atmost care and gentleness.(I had a very traumatic experience of blood draw from another reputed private clinic here in Qatar, however this lady was really a nice soul here) and also the receptionist who explained nicely about my appointments and all. If the gynecologist Dr. Ghada wasn’t working there, I wouldnt even look at the place. I only go there to see her. Otherwise, facts: They dont have parking. Its hard to find parking around. There is no appointment system-they accept walk-in patients and waiting time is very long. Staff are not always friendly. I waited for 2 hours last time. The improvised coffee shop is funny. The place is smelly. And this is not a hospital-its a small clinic with few departments.

Good place for doing your PCR Test. They are charging 250 QAR. and I got the report the next day along with the QR code. Safer arrangements. Not too crowded.

Good clinic with well experienced doctors available early in the morning till late in the night. Enough doctors in all departments. Very reasonable rates which is a bonus. They accept insurance cards. They have improved the facilities. But it does get crowded most of the times which does indicate their popularity. Parking is another issue which should be looked into

I had to do MRI at Naseem Al Rabeeh Medical, A guy who did MRI for me named Abdul Lateef was very nice, cooperative and professional in his work. Seeing such people at hospitals always make you feel better and cured without being even treated. As well as Dr Benjamin Neurologist is an amazing person, Very professional in his work and his consultancy is up to the mark.

Dear Naseem, I really appreciate the arrangements made for Covid-19 testing. It was really quick process where i had to spent only 15 minutes without any exposure. Further, my concern before coming to your centre was the exposure to other patients and expected long waiting. But the separate isolated area for registration and another area for swabbing is really helpful to avoid exposure and also to complete the process very quickly. Really good job and really appreciate it.

Best hospital in Doha ! One of the best care ever received from entrance to exit . Almost all doctors are remarkable and best in their speciality. The hospital is very well maintained, clean and hygiene. The staff / Nurse treats us with the utmost care and very much helpful in all manners. Mr Loy- Operations team lead, was very helpful always whenever i visited the hospital. Not only me, i have seen him assisting all other patients in a very kind and compassionate manner and he assists every patients who are waiting at the token counter and helping them / routing them to their respective doctors which I never saw in any other hospitals. I’ve been going there for the past 5 years, every day the service gets much better and better . Immediate response on insurance acceptance and the staff always inform us every 10 mins for update about insurance acceptance while we wait in the insurance lobby. It was pathetic experience. No proper guiding. Patients are not called on first come first call basis. It is really frustrating. I have waited about 2 to 3 hours. Please improve yourself.

This is very embarrassing that you guys takes a day to generate the X-ray report. I met Dr. Alvin on Thursday at 5:30pm and he suggested me to have X-ray and blood test then he will advice me further as I was suffering from chest infection. I did both the test in same day and for the report of blood test the guy said 45 mins and for X-ray reading report they said next day morning before 9am. However I came next morning to collect my reports the blood report I got it but for the X-ray report I went to the X-ray room where I had my chest X-ray they don’t have any information about it and that lady told me to go to 11A room you will get your report from there and it was around 10:45am on 14th March 2020. I went and checked with the mentioned room & met one lady there, she said let me check and will get back to you. Now it’s been 1 hour and kept on waiting for the report which was happened yesterday how horrible experience it was for me. I would request to the management kindly involved and keep your eye on all such issues which may improve the customer experience. A bad employee can spoil the name of a good organisation. Pls give them periodically training on the customer experience.

Uncontrollably crowded in corona times, doesn’t feel safe. Ophthalmology department staff are confused, I don’t see an organized system, which is why I assume I waited 1.5hrs before being called in to see the doctor. I would focus on the Opthalmology department. Customers are fully confused don’t know what to do since the waiting times are so long... Oh update!!! The nurse just popped out and started flashing a light into a patients eye in the waiting area! And now they’re all running around a little girl trying to put drops in her eye! This is all happening in the waiting area. Girl just got slapped by her mother. Quite an unprofessional clinic if you as me... Update, waiting for 2hrs now, when I ask for ETA, I am rudely told to “just wait!”. Can’t get any worse than this. Will definitely have my company’s employees moved to another clinic. This is quite poor. Stayed tuned as I will continue to update during my visit here.

I came to the hospital because i was really sick and the reception indian guy says we are close come tomorrow not even a slight check up when there are people . When a person is dying youll call them tomorrow . The guy the way he spoke was very rude also recommend not to visit this hospital again . I have been several times in this hospital. My experience had always been very poor. The previous time the receptionist double charged my credit card and then she refused to take responsibility or deal with the issue. This time I am waiting more than an hour for the doctor just to be let know that the doctor is not in the hospital at all. No one thought wise to let me know the doctor was not in. I asked to speak to the manager or someone in charge and I was just being ignored from the stuff. Awful experience.

Issuing token for Dr Zeba iqbal’s useless. Everyone knock ✊ the door and enter. Dr also accepting with out concerning the long waiting patients. Actually i was waiting for 2 & half hours now. when i came last call number was 11. After 2 & half hours the last call number was 19. Only for 8 tokens it takes 2 & half hours. It’s ridiculous. There are pregnant ladies coming to you as well. Management pls consider I experience such delays every time. This is not normal if it’s happening every time. I hope all customers will tell you if you ask them

It’s my first experience in 4 years of stay in Doha, I found the services of this Clinic very very professional and they maintain a high standards of patient care. All the supporting staff and doctors are very helpful and friendly, the way doctor made the initial check up it’s really satisfying and all worthy. Last but not the least, the services are very convenient to your pocket and surprisingly I was charged only 109 QAR for entire visit including all the medicine with antibiotics as well. I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. It was extremely busy, and I felt the focus was more on money than patient care. The doctor insisted I buy medicine only from the hospital pharmacy to obtain a medical certificate, which seemed more profit-oriented than genuinely caring for my well-being. I expected a more patient-centric approach.

Very poor management. I went there 8am and running 5 hours waiting to be called. Reason? They insert a lot of new patients even i was booked first.. There is no proper arrangement of scheduling. It has been a good experience meeting a good professionals like Dr Anas Salih. So far so good, my blood sugar levels had been tremendously dropped to normal level which affected my eyesight in the course of my illness.Within 5 days of prescribed medicines I was able to regained my fitness and sound healthy, and not even have to obtain already recommended spectacle for my eyes. The hospital is always full of patients, maybe because there are plenty of great doctors, i had my check up for the first time in Dental with Doctor Sumpath, out of the 3 clinics i went to, He is the only one who explains to me why he needs to do such procedures and explain the x ray to me without asking him to do so.. The entire procedure went smoothly and You can see that he loves what he does and his profession, very rare in any Qatar hospital or clinic.. Pathetic experience, my husband had to wait for 2 hours with bleeding head to see a doctor and after complaining to the manager we got to meet the doctor . Also when we visited for dressing change, the staff refused, saying doctor was not available, even when the doctor had asked us to wait for him.

I had an appointment today and couldnt reach there on time, late by 2 minutes.The reception staff refused to give me the appointment.But these gentlemen helped me by contacting the concerned docter and gave me the token. The lab staff is very qualified and very professional male nurse of Philippine nationality. Other than that, it’s the most unsatisfying experience. Today I visited the clinic for follow up on my test results and to check if any development, while Mrs Fathia Mudather absolutely broke my desire to ever come back to this hospital. When asking the doctor to check my throat and ear due to severe Pharyngitis, she said: “no need, just take antibiotic”. As result, I googled my test results and determined what’s wrong and what to do by myself, the doctor apparently is there just for giving sick leave and reckless careless attitude to patients.

I would like to give a special mention to Dr. Razeen and his staff nurse Jen. They did a great job. The service that I receive is excellent. The nurse staff named Jen is so friendly, accommodating, and assist me throughout from the dental check-up going to reception and insurance office to apply for my tooth extraction. After getting the approval, she told me to wait for my turn, while waiting I asked her if she has a charger as my mobile shut down and I need it badly for site coordination. Brilliant wonderful treatment done by Dr Ravindran Nair for my child who had a severe worsening earache. Incredibly patient Dr who is an expert in his field. Before their services was really very good and satisfying but now it has become a money making place. Unnecessarily the doctors will ask you to do tests which sometimes actually doesn’t require. Now they are extorting money in the name of better or best service.

staff assigned in orthopedic op is not much compassionate with the patient. That staff just called the next patient after me while i was standing infront of the same op and talked me with attitude. This is not good at all. Patient should be considered more important. But the pharmacy service was good.

Generally I consult Dr.Hajira, she is an excellent doctor who’d make her patients feel cared and comfortable, as my family and friends who consult her share the same views. On a personal note she is the best doctor I’ve come across in Doha. Also as a patient visiting C-Ring branch for over 4 years I find the staff to be very cooperative.

The hospital is great, and the staff is friendly. The doctor has a really good attitude towards patients. The only issue is that the insurance staff is not very approachable or serious. But all in all, Naseem Medical is very good.

I have been to some other clinics for PT but so far this has been the most beneficial one ever for my Severe trapezius muscle spasms.Therapist VIJI is incredible.she is a great therapist ;knowledgeable, kind and caring.
