Just to say thank you to Dr Sruthi Viswanath & Ms Nemia & Ms Kim at Kings Dental Clinic Al Hilal Been here in Doha for almost a decade but I never had my dental procedure even once as I have usually have it done in the US or in PH. Luckily I found a gem to look after my teeth. Clinic is very clean, people are warm & gives out excellent service. Staff was courteous like Ms Kim, on point and efficient. Hygienist (Ms Nemia) was polite, caring, very much skilled & remembered me personally. Dr Sruthi is extremely professional, caring, and meticulous. She talked with me about general oral health care, it was as positive of an experience that “going to the dentist” could be. I am never disappointed in the quality of their work and how gentle they all are. Also, my teeth look spectacular! haha I would recommend her and her crew to everyone. - Catherine

The team are well trained for welcoming the patients and especially to the Doctors who always listen and respect there Patients. Big points they will give you a huge discount (to be honest I'm worried to ask for a discount because it's the profession I am paying for but because I'm poor 😆 they understand all of my kind)

Dr. Sruthi is very nice and explain easily about teeth. She is very careful taking care of my sensitive teeth. The clinic is very clean as well. All in all it was a fun experience.

I do recommend Dra Sruthi and her assistant Nehmia. They are both very good and an excellent team. From cleaning, composite filling, tooth extraction and root canal, you will feel very comfortable and most important the job is well done.

I went for dental braces, the doctor suggested me to X-ray and clean the teeth (200 QR), Cleaning doctor told me to Fill the teethes; he told "filling is QR150, shall fill?" i said OK, final bill was QR900. He was telling that he told 1 filling QR150 and i had 4 fillings, no clear communication, first they should clean their month and tongue. So, before even start bracing it cost me QR900.00 They just showing small amount to attract customers and after they come X-ray, cleaning, filling, checking etc. lots of charges. Enquire other Dental Clinics maybe their price is for Full Package. careful with these Kings dental - before you visit ask them everything.. I don't recommend because i got cheated.

I had a nice experience at Kings Dental Centre, D Ring Road, during my visits in the last week of September for a bothersome toothache. Customer service at reception was great with most staff being courteous, quick & helpful. The clinic has latest & advanced equipment to ease your worries & also has cost-effective patient fees. All doctors are highly proficient and offer the best diagnosis. Dr Shruti, nurse Nemia, Dr Neethu & Dr Jemshid showed fine teamwork to help me leave the clinic with an 'inner' shine to my teeth, a 'saved' tooth, no pain & a smile. Thanks also to Dr Susan for winning the 'war' on food debris & plaque buildup behind my teeth from burgers, snacks, biriyanis, parathas & naan (breads), fruit juices etc. My advice to all, is not to focus only on 'exterior' hygiene & healthy teeth, but also the 'inner' hygiene, with periodical visits to a dental clinic. Thanks to the owner & management for setting up various branches across Qatar and for the 24 hours open facility, there will be no need to go to sleep overnight with a painful toothache!!! Excellent experience from reception to clinician . After a long period of time of avoiding dentists I had to attend with a cracked tooth . A thorough examination x rays and a temp filling all provided on the day . I was reassured and a full explanation of a treatment plan and costs was discussed in detail. I would highly recommend kings Dental Clinic. Al hilal.

Very Worst services i have ever encountered, 2 successive months i have a booking appointment that was not been followed even I come ahead of time and I waited for more than 4 hrs and 1.5 hours respectively and yet when I asked the receptionist why my booking timing was not been followed they could not even answered me and the same with the clinic manager. I suggest u crop and throw your scheduling procedure in the waste bin! And assess your receptionists as they dont know what they are doing.

A successful dentist has a keen ability to distill complex procedures and processes into simple language so that the patient can understand exactly what is going on in his or her mouth and any procedures that the dentist suggests. Last night I visited Kings dental with severe tooth ache.The way the doctors and the staff handled my situation was incredible.They explained me the situation in a very simple language, meaning not just in medical terminology and this made it easier for me to understand.I always have the fear of tooth extraction. For a change last night even though my condition was complicated I was not stressed, because of the way the doctor and the rest of the staff handled the situation. My first ever wisdom tooth extraction today at this magnificent place. Amazing welcome by the Kenyan guy downstairs,perfect hygiene system in place ,super calm and friendly staff, plus the place looks like a palace foyer, my extravagant analytical, brave, calm, cooperative doctor Ajith and the lady doctor who took my X-ray made sure I’m comfortable and the treatment was smooth with no difficulties. I recommend to anyone with teeth issues . Affordable to all

I recently visited Kings Dental Center HILAL Branch Qatar and I must say, I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The waiting area was clean and well-maintained, and the receptionist was helpful in answering any questions I had.

From reception till my daughter's session, everything was smooth. Very accommodating staff and the specialist doctor for my kid was vert patient and professional. Will definitely comeback next time.

I was having TMJ problem (lock jaw) and got referred to this clinic. The reception staff (Filipino) assisted me rightaway because I was experiencing severe pain already. One of their staffs assisted me all the way to 2nd floor and the Doctors fixed my lock jaw problem. There were 2 Doctors to tried to fix it and they did very well. Thankful for these people and will definitely recommend their service to my friends and colleagues. Excellent service!

I had a quick and painless experience with Dr Muhammad Askar and his assistant ( I wish if i knew her name). They were very kind and the nurse took care of my stress by wiping my forehead sweat. I did six times of braces adjustment and I noticed that they don't clean it after removing the rubber. Is it normal? I had already braces before and my dentist make sure to clean it after removing the old rubber by brushing it with toothpaste and removing the plaque. But here? It seems that I just paid only the rubber and the labor of the dentist by putting the rubber. Could anyone have the same experience? Or maybe this is normal in their clinic.
