I
recently
had
an
unfortunate
experience
left
me
feeling
disappointed
and
ashamed.
I
had
hoped
that
my
employee
would
receive
the
care
and
support
she
needed
especially
as
she
entered
with
high
BP
~
177/106
with
dizziness
and
nausea.
From
the
moment
we
arrived,
the
atmosphere
seemed
disorganized.
The
staff
appeared
careless
and
lacking
in
empathy,
which
only
added
to
our
anxiety.
Their
communication
skills
were
lacking,
as
they
failed
to
provide
clear
instructions
or
explanations
about
the
procedures
or
the
expected
wait
time.
Furthermore,
the
staff
were
unhappy
about
any
questions
we
asked
with
regard
to
the
procedures
&
wait
time,
and
were
a
bit
rude!!
Another
issue
we
encountered
was
the
lack
of
thoroughness
in
the
medical
examination.
The
healthcare
professionals
seemed
rushed
and
overly
focused
on
wrapping
up
things
rather
than
patient
care.
This
resulted
in
a
superficial
assessment
of
my
employeeβs
condition!
Where
we
had
to
visit
a
private
clinic
for
proper
health
care!!!
This
experience
reminded
me
of
an
incident
where
I
had
to
visit
the
ER
in
Cambridge,
UK.
I
was
treated
as
a
foreigner
better
than
I
was
dealt
with
here
as
a
local!!!
