7 hours of waiting at emergency after vomiting for over 20 times a day! For a 5 minute examination telling me there is no need for IV, just liquids and bland food...and when I called the emergency to pick me up because I was not in a shape to come by myself, they said it's impossible cause it's not a covid case...I'm speechless

What a terrible experience they make you for hours and so Rude !!! I have burns on my hands and they just looked at me and say wait you be fine The only people they treat good is Locals if you not they told me in my face I am not a priority yet they could see I was in pain ! Don’t ever go there !

A massive building with barley any proactive employee. Qatar did a great job organizing the World Cup yet such doctors and employees will effect the country reputation. We can for a rabies shot as my wife was bitten by one of those stray cats filling the streets …. BOOM it’s a 2hrs wait just for a doctor to prescribe a 12 day antibiotic course !? Even me with no medical background knows that this is not correct ! Ps: Female only area yet females are treated by male doctors!? What’s the point here !?

I waited for 5hours for an emergency...nurses were very rude and the doctor thought my emergency was something to laugh about was very rude she even went ahead and told me that that hospital is for dying patients.. she doesn't know someone else's pain..that was very unprofessional

Worst hospital emergency ever! I have been waiting for 4 hours i am diabetic with DKA they had no beds or rooms they only took blood samples after 4 hours i asked if i can have the blood results back or maybe they can call me because i am leaving they said we cant you have to stay for another 2 hours for the results, they made me wait outside with a lot of people during COVID, and they made me walk without a wheelchair while i had Diabetic Ketones, defiantly not recommended i would give it 0 stars if i could

Worst experience ever..qatar is having too much money and now there are going to held the world cup. But they didn't care about health-care especially for the expats even with serious issues..Better go to some other countries.. health sector is worser than we can imagine

You can't imagine how you will be suffering when you go to have any kind of medical procedures; even if you have serious issues they will not accept you. Nothing related to humanity here, I have been in 10 other countries and I haven't seen this unprofessional institute. Not recommended at all.

Came with severe backache, my healthcenter is closed due to weekend. Ms Doctor after finishing her enjoyable chat with colleagues finely turn back to me, marked another couple of health centres with open emergencies and send me out advising to get a painkiller injection there..this is really weird to me,never experienced such careless service. .am not bothering ambulance service, I reached by coming myself, approached you seeking for a HELP. One health centre is closed, other rejected due to doctor busy schedule with their own patients. What a bad luck. Doctors shouldn't be like this. my only question is who instructing these doctors to reject the patients ?! as long as I know nurse is making injections not a doctor on duty.

Extremely horrible nurses. I didn't meet even one friendly nurse. Not even one!!! Unbelievable, really very disappointed

Horrible experience, we went with a mental break case and they couldn't be more careless. The nurse was so rude, we tried to explaine to him how bad the situation was, he didn't care and told us to go to another emergency room which is 7km away from the place.

They wasted my 2 hours , at reception i had informed what is my issue atlast when i met doctor he says we can't treat it here ,you need visit other Hamad health care

The doctor wants me to visit first a health center and even medicine he don't like to give. But when I insisted he gave the prescription and ask me to go to pharmacy. But it looks like they don't want to treat any patient there.

How is this hospital operating. Even In Africa I’ve had better treatment than what I experienced here . I’m not even sure if the guy I saw is even a qualified doctor.

Worst medical experience I ever had in my life. I was referred to do ultrasound or be seen by orthopedic, which was not done. I got 2 times unnecessary steroid injections "for pain relief" and got side effects. Nurse couldn't get vain in 3 attempts and it was really painful. Full time was around 9 hours. I came on my feet and left on wheelchair. Terrible!

I recently had an unfortunate experience left me feeling disappointed and ashamed. I had hoped that my employee would receive the care and support she needed especially as she entered with high BP ~ 177/106 with dizziness and nausea. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere seemed disorganized. The staff appeared careless and lacking in empathy, which only added to our anxiety. Their communication skills were lacking, as they failed to provide clear instructions or explanations about the procedures or the expected wait time. Furthermore, the staff were unhappy about any questions we asked with regard to the procedures & wait time, and were a bit rude!! Another issue we encountered was the lack of thoroughness in the medical examination. The healthcare professionals seemed rushed and overly focused on wrapping up things rather than patient care. This resulted in a superficial assessment of my employee’s condition! Where we had to visit a private clinic for proper health care!!! This experience reminded me of an incident where I had to visit the ER in Cambridge, UK. I was treated as a foreigner better than I was dealt with here as a local!!! What a shame!👎🏻

Worst experience of my life. Waited 2 hours in line for emergency (I was having a strong allergic reaction), and when they called my number it was a careless doctor who kept asking stupid questions non related to the condition then asked me to wait outside again. Waited for another hour while sweating and trying to breathe. I had to leave for another hospital.

Worst emergency for pregnancy case they ask go to other hospital and say we don't have pregnancy emergency treatment here.

Poor service..we go here 1am until now 5:20 am we still waiting for the check up.. they are not allowing us to sleep how we can't sleep here we're tired waiting for that check up... If have zero I will give zero not 1

Worst hospital ever, they have dis respect nurses told me if I ever understood English after needed to claim and clarify the time to see doctor. Been waiting there to see doctor with high fever close to 40 degrees and even no blankets provided.

The worst treatment from a so called hospital, my wife got rashes all over her body she can't sleep from it and they give her a card with other health centers to go there while locals just coming and giving care not directed to any of the locations. First arrive told me that was not a good place especially from that tu..an guy in the reception who did know anything about just being a respectful and helpful. It was friday and she had to wait till sunday in that suffering till she get her treatment from her health center. There is no humanitarians here.

Pls don't everrrrr go!!! The only people I found caring was the ones who assisted me in the ambulance... 1 star is only for them.. Doc is male I don't want to mention nationality shame on him for not even trying to listen what I'm suffering with...pls don't waste ur time going there!! Left in wheel chair and I have to be assisted by myself... Other one came and told me to get up as some other are waiting for wheel chair.. so unprofessional
