Very nice hotel. I stayed there few times! It’s little old but it’s very clean and well maintained. It’s very close to the bus station and all the markets. Very kind and welcoming staff. There is bicycle that you can use to go around the town. There is also free coffee in the morning. The room is very spacious and very clean. For that price, it’s a great deal. Highly recommended!

A nice hotel only 5 minutes walk from the bus station and 10 minutes walk from the beautiful lake. There's free wif, you can pick up logins at reception. There's parking. there's free coffee at reception. My room was clean. There's a fridge with 2 bottles of free water in it. There's a tv. The aircon was slow to cool down the room but the room is quite big. I paid 450 Baht a night. I couldn't get the hot water to work in the shower was the only downside. All in all it was great. I would stay here again.

My go to in Phayao. Basic Thai hotel that has everything you need for a simple overnight stay. Big rooms but getting a bit dated. No breakfast but free coffee in the lobby. Be aware if staying a week night the noise from the school next door starts early. Easy walk to the bus station.
