My
son
and
I
went
to
personal
swimming
lessons
for
a
year.
There
are
a
lot
of
people
in
the
club,
the
swimming
coaching
staff
is
good.
Unfortunately,
the
club
does
not
monitor
compliance
with
the
rules
and
directly
speaks
about
this
personally.
First
of
all,
this
concerns
the
sauna;
it
is
more
like
a
public
municipal
establishment
than
a
sauna
in
a
fitness
club.
There
are
many
“regulars”
who
hang
out
grass,
pour
various
decoctions
over
the
stones,
and
someone
especially
healthy
around
the
corner
even
drinks
cognac
in
front
of
the
steam
room.
I
have
a
seven-year-old
child
with
respiratory
allergies,
and
when
I
asked
after
training
in
the
sauna
not
to
pour
yellow
liquid
with
herbs
on
the
stones
so
that
we
could
warm
up,
I
was
rudely
refused.
A
very
overweight
man
in
years
explained
that
they
have
been
visiting
the
club
for
twenty
years
and
steaming
in
the
sauna
as
they
want,
the
administration
is
aware
of
it
and
does
not
prohibit
it.
Then
I
turned
to
the
administrator,
who
confirmed
that
tyranny
in
the
sauna
is
prohibited
and
sent
a
security
guard
with
me
to
conduct
an
educational
conversation.
I
pointed
to
the
intruder
and
the
guard
mumbled
something,
distanced
himself
and
took
the
position
of
an
observer,
while
I
was
covered
with
obscenities
by
the
man,
outraged
that
he
had
been
complained
about.
After
such
a
“resolution”
of
the
conflict,
I
observed
what
was
happening
in
the
sauna
on
the
next
couple
of
visits
and
realized
that
nothing
had
changed.
We
didn't
go
to
the
sauna
anymore.
When
the
time
came
to
renew
my
subscription,
the
sales
manager
contacted
me,
heard
my
story,
heard
the
decision
to
move
to
another
club
and
said
that
she
would
clarify
the
situation
and
contact
me
later.
She
contacted
me
and
said
that
the
club
is
powerless,
they
cannot
control
compliance
with
the
established
rules,
they
can
only
recommend
reporting
violations
to
the
administration.
With
this
we
said
goodbye.
Now
we
are
in
a
different
club,
less
crowded,
more
cultural,
where
all
the
rules
are
followed.
A
month
and
a
half
of
visits
give
me
the
right
to
draw
such
conclusions.
