Hotel location is the most controversial thing about it - surroundings (hotel territory) are really nice - there's a pond, a lot of trees, etc. - but it's located at the very outskirts of Moscow - so, if you don't have a car and don't plan to spend majority of your time here (conference, etc.) - you'd better research another options or be prepared to cough up ~500 - 800 rubles each time you want to get to a city center by taxi or 200-300 rubles to nearby mall (RIO) with food courts. Perhaps, location is a main reason of why hotel caters to conferences / events and tour groups. As for the hotel itself - both interiors and grounds are well maintained. Staff is nice (in fact, much nicer, compared to other Moscow Holiday Inn properties) , There's a small pool and even a gym with few machines and a treadmill. As for the restaurant food - it was rather good, while bar on -1 floor was not too crowded (you can order food there).

hotel tries to be luxury, but lacks maintenance. for example, one elevator is not working (and i think, for a long time), another one looks used and dirty. coffee machines show "change water filter" message, mugs have cracks inside. some windows are dirty. more than that, there is no proper pedestrian walkway form gates to entrance. but the most disgusting thing is that prices you see on their website (written with big font) have nothing in common with price you actually pay (all extra charges are written with small font under asterisk and so on)

My wife and I enjoyed this place. I remember Ul Yana. She is so kind. There is something interesting about our visit to Russia, language. The story is we were assisted to go to Moscow city and we were to come back to the hotel on our own. This is the interesting part of it. We did not know how to ask people about the busses to Holiday Inn. Everything was written in Russian. After going up an down trying to get help from people who did not understand English, one good lady used a sign language to show us the buss number 685 after we have shown her "Vinogradovo" in my cell phone. To cut the story short we managed to get back to Holiday Inn. But, we enjoyed Moscow city, Kremlin, St Basil, the dome etc so much that we quickly forgot that we struggled with language for two hours. If I get the opportunity again, I will visit Russia again and again, I love this country so much.

Very moderate price for hotel in Moscow. The surrounding area is very green and airy. Rooms are a bit outdated, but overall good experience staying there.

Friendly staff, very quiet hotel, cozy and clean rooms, tasty restaurant food, extra amenities like fuzzy bathrobes, fluffy slippers, sauna, pool, beautiful atrium dining area.

Amazing hotel that has anything you could possibly need. Still, it’s too far away from everything so there’s nothing to see or visit and trip to the closest grocery store is about 15 minutes worth of walking.

I feel the place far from airport. The location looks like country_side, but the service is good same with the name, Holiday inn.
