Занимаюсь в зале около 6 месяцев, перешла из другого зала и ни разу об этом не пожалела😉 Атмосфера в зале не формальная и доброжелательная, зайдя в зал на ресепшн тебя встречают улыбкой и твоим номерком от шкафчика(а ты ещё и карту не достал). Коллектив очень дружный и отзывчивый. Опытный и сложившийся тренерский состав, всегда подскажет и покажет технику выполнения упражнений, даст профессиональный совет. Тренажеры хорошие и в рабочем состоянии, разнообразие тренажеров даст возможность каждому найти необходимое для своих занятий. Сам зал чистый и аккуратный, хорошая вентиляция, чистые раздевалки и душевые, сауна, массажный кабинет, в зале есть все необходимое для занятий. Это мой четвёртый фитнес клуб и мне есть с чем сравнивать. Этот зал для тех кто хочет правильно тренироваться и добиваться реальных успехов, а не тратить время и деньги в пустую. И конечно огромное спасибо моему тренеру Шорохову Алексею за хороший результат, мотивацию и помощь в достижении моей цели)))

I came with a specific goal - to fit into a dress for prom by the end of June, Elena Lipnik helped me choose the right diet, and personal trainer Evgeny Solovyov helped me get my muscles in order. I fit into the dress, but decided not to stop there, I continued working on it. It’s very nice to have a sauna right in the locker room, clothes and a shower are nearby, you don’t have to get dressed and go out somewhere, a great way to relax. The atmosphere is good, air conditioning saves you from the heat. Absolutely everything you need is there, there are no unnecessary show-offs. The atmosphere is homely, everyone knows each other, they go at the same time. Friendly girls at the reception, freshly renovated and exercise equipment, sauna, panoramic windows; In general, a pleasant atmosphere conducive to a good time!

The prices for a subscription are not low, I go to this gym only because there are group classes with great trainers close to home. The hall is new in eco style, there is a large locker room, everything is clean. There are a lot of exercise machines and there is no queue for them, unlike other fitness clubs. The subscription includes group training (not all, there are paid areas, there used to be more free ones, they say they will add more soon) - functional training, stretching, yoga, healthy back. It turns out to be very profitable because you work out in the gym yourself and with trainers in group classes. The subscription also includes visits to the sauna.

A year ago I moved to the Bibirevo area and immediately began searching for where to train. The choice fell on Lipnik fitness. I really liked the gym: a professional line of exercise equipment (American and German), a well-thought-out layout of equipment, duplication of the most popular ones, due to which there are no queues for sports equipment! What was a pleasant surprise is that during the “peak” evening time the club is not packed to capacity, you can quite comfortably carry out your training program! Well, after that - relax in the sauna!!! Nice, cozy, home club!!! Keep it up!!!
