I
hope
the
owners
of
Vintage
read
the
reviews;
I
want
to
convey
information
without
underestimating
the
establishment.
I
really
didn’t
know
what
rating
to
give,
since
the
club
itself
is
wonderful,
but
the
staff’s
arbitrary
policy
is
terrible.
Unlike
many
negative
commentators,
we
do
not
wish
the
club
to
decline.
A
little
about
us
(we
are
forced
to
write
this,
because
in
the
comments
the
administration
often
writes
in
the
spirit
of
“you
are
not
sober”,
“your
appearance
does
not
match”,
etc.)
So,
we
are
a
mature
married
couple
(40-47
years
old),
in
the
topic
is
several
years
old,
quite
well
known
among
the
subjects,
we
know
the
rules.
Outwardly
-
well-groomed,
athletic
and
fit,
we
drink
alcohol
in
extremely
limited
quantities,
we
have
never
used
prohibited
substances.
Sex
positive,
sociable,
without
complexes,
always
active
participants
in
the
action.
We
have
never
had
conflicts
at
parties,
we
have
never
been
blacklisted
by
any
club.
We
are
not
anonymous,
we
write
from
a
real
account.
All
of
Vintage’s
bills
were
paid
without
objection,
even
in
a
conflict
situation.
We
first
decided
to
visit
Vintage
at
the
end
of
spring,
we
really
liked
the
place
right
away,
the
work
of
face
control,
which
many
people
don’t
like,
actually
creates
a
great
atmosphere,
filling
the
club
with
beautiful,
positively
charged
people.
The
atmosphere
itself
is
very
cozy,
the
club
is
clean,
the
space
is
large,
the
music,
the
show,
everything
is
top
notch.
The
work
of
the
bar,
kitchen
and
security
staff
raises
questions,
more
on
this
below.
After
the
first
visit,
we
immediately
wanted
more,
the
second
time
we
invited
friends
and
had
a
great
time.
After
a
short
time,
we
gathered
for
the
third
time,
called,
made
an
appointment,
and
received
confirmation.
However,
upon
arrival,
the
security
guard
said
“you
are
on
the
blacklist”
and
closed
the
door.
At
first
we
fell
into
a
stupor,
then
we
decided
that
this
was
some
kind
of
mistake,
without
even
doubting
that
now
everything
would
be
resolved
and
we
would
go
in.
We
asked
to
check
again
to
see
if
it
was
an
error,
they
confirmed
it
to
us.
We
started
to
find
out
what
was
going
on,
the
security
didn’t
bother
with
explanations,
the
receptionist
on
the
phone
first
answered
“most
likely
prohibited
substances”,
we
were
even
more
stunned.
We
contacted
support,
after
some
time
they
told
us
“there
is
a
conflict
in
the
club.”
Still
perplexed,
we
kept
trying
to
convey
that
this
was
a
mistake.
Only
after
a
while
did
we
understand
what
was
going
on:
once
they
brought
us
beef
stroganoff,
which
was
not
chewy
at
all,
we
told
the
waiter
about
this,
and
asked
him
to
tell
the
cooks
that
it
might
be
worth
changing
the
beef
supplier.
The
claim
was
accepted
with
obvious
displeasure.
And
on
the
last
visit,
my
wife’s
barely
started
cocktail
was
taken
away
as
soon
as
she
left
for
the
second
floor.
She
asked
to
return
it,
to
which
the
staff
began
to
ask
questions
in
a
provocative
tone
like
“who
took
it?”
The
wife
replied
that
she
didn’t
know,
obviously
one
of
the
servants.
The
employees
are
hooked
on
this
word,
“We
don’t
have
servants!”
The
wife
said
that
she
had
made
a
mistake
and
did
not
mean
anything
offensive,
the
“service
staff”
corrected
herself.
As
a
result,
the
cocktail
was
poured,
accompanied
by
disapproving
statements.
Apparently,
this
is
the
essence
of
the
conflict.
We
passed
this
information
on
to
support,
asked
about
the
procedure
for
lifting
the
ban,
to
which
we
were
told
that
there
was
no
such
thing
and
it
was
most
likely
permanent,
and
they
advised
us
to
write
in
six
months.
