Terrible service. Dre are nice but long wait times. The whole clinic is badly organize. For urgent or exceptional cases they ask you to call at 8 but from 8 to 10 no one answers and it always goes on voicemail. After 32 calls I got a 4 who told me the dre is booked for the day. My son is waiting for a surgery and needed to see his pediatrician for a chest infection 1st as per the pre-opp clinic. But impossible to get the dre. We have no other option to keep the child registered since it's hard to find a pediatrician. But otherwise. I would never go back to this clinic.

Dr Slim is the best pediatrician your child can have. He is attentive to the details, always available, very knowledgeable. He always follows-up on his prescriptions with a phone call couple of days later to make sure his patient is feeling better. My boys are very lucky to have him as their doctor.

I ´ve called them several times and left a message to make an appointment but no one responded. So disappointed ☹️.

We have been coming to this clinic for almost 8 years. We appreciate the support and care from Dr Slim and all the staff. I must say the clinic needs a major uplift and much needed newer look including the patients rooms.

I have three children and have been going to this clinic for almost 7 years. Every experience has been great because we have the BEST pediatrician! Also, the ladies at the front desk and on phone are extremely nice and helpful.

Dr. Aly provides amazing services to my daughters! However, the secretary are very horrible! I called the clinic to book an emergency appointment and they never pick up their phones! I tried to reach their office several times. I went to their office and they told me that they do not have any appointments to provide!! I was calling since opening, trying to reach your office!? I really need this complaint to escalade cause this is no longer acceptable. You are working in health, this is very important to understand. " A Secretary is a professional who provides behind-the-scenes work for an office. " this is not offered by this clinic's receptionist. They never answer their phones, they are not respectful. They should be trained on how to be kind with patients especially in the health field! Very disappointed by their services!

I had the privilege of having Dr. Mohammed Slim as my child's pediatrician, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care he provided. I am so lucky to be a patient at this clinic. Dr. Slim is outstanding. He takes the time for his patients and follows up rapidly to ensure they have the best care. I have never met a more devoted doctor. His colleagues are really great as well. The reception answers quickly to help get an appt if my pediatrician is not available that day. Both my kids' doctors left the clinic. My kids doctors now work far. I called the receptionist to ask if we can be transferred to another doctor but they refused "new patients". How are my kids new patients - they have been going there for four years. It is very inconvenient. Now we cannot attend the clinic because we do "not have a doctor there". I understand this is how the system works but patients choose this clinic for the convenience and they should be given a choice to stay at the clinic or follow the doctor. I feel we were not given this choice. I do not recommend this clinic as it might become very inconvenient if your doctor decides to quit.

Dr. Garcia Mimran has been an amazing pediatrician for my son. We have been with her for 10 years and she has always been there for my son. She has great resources, patience and expertise. My son is still in school and plans to graduate because of Dr. Mimran.

Appointment within reasonable timeframe. Wait period once arrived usually very acceptable. Dr. Mooallem listens and provides options for care while being considerate of my daughter’s concerns.

Quick response time from administrative staff, and they are very helpful. Dr. Patakfalvi is an amazing pediatrician. She is an excellent clinician with skills that extend beyond her medical knowledge and include empathy, support, and a collaborative model with parents.

My grandson goes to this clinic and it's always a pleasure each visit. We never had any problems with them trying to fit a schedule that works for us. Dr. Khazandar is a great pediatrician!

Always easy to take an appointment. We are 8 years now with Dr. Katz. he is amazing. his experience , sense of humor and respect to kids and parent. always answer with patient to the questions. the nurses and reception also are doing great job.

Great Pediatricians! I get to book to see my children's Pediatrician or another Pediatrician when theirs is unavailable and getting have follow ups is fairly straightforward. Waiting times for an appointment date can be a bit long if not urgent but I guess considering the shortage of medical staff overall in the province, I can't complain.

This clinic and staff have been amazing ever since my first visit. I have a newborn and they’re always accommodating and reassuring. They’re very nice and wait times are great.

I love tiny tots for my kids I have been with them since 2014 and my kids get the best care from Dr.Slim. The best thing is to get the emergency appointment for same day. Sometimes they fill up very quick but I have mostly got them for my kids. Highly recommend it.

Dr. Khazandar is such an amazing and tentative doctor. She is truly amazing. She was not only amazing towards my daughter but through my postpartum journey. Any concerns I had she listened and really took her time. My daughter loves her and is super comfortable with her. She spoke to my daughter through the evaluation and explained each step as she was examining her

My son will be 2 soon and can’t be happier with their service during this 2 year. The staff and doctors are all amazing. And every time we needed an emergency appointment they gave us an appointment the same day or the day after. Compared to some of my friends I feel so lucky to have a family doctor in this clinic for my son.

Dr Nahla Aly has been my kids' paediatrician for almost 10 years! She's always very careful in examining our kids since they were a few weeks old. Before Covid-19 pandemic, they used to accept walk-in patients and that's how we got our doctor. It's always easy to make appointments for same-day or annual well visit. They have audiologist and vaccine center at the same location.

Dre.Khazandar and her team are absolutely amazing! She is very attentive to her patients and really listens to all concerns / questions. When my son was sick, she graciously fit him in her busy schedule that same day to see him. Her work schedule is also beyond amazing! Truly a great heart filled doctor.

It's impossible to get an appointment with my baby's family doctor. And if when I was lucky enough to get one, waiting time is easily 90 minutes and then he was always rude and it didn't even spend 30 seconds with us. You won't even have time to explain what's is your child problem is. If there tests that needs to be done , the doctor won't follow up with you even if the results are abnormal. When I requested to change the doctor , I was refused and told that I should be thankful that we have one.This is unacceptable when it comes to babies and children.

It's good to have a family doctor there. The family doctor of my son is Dr. Fatima khazanbar who is so professional, charming, patient and nice. She is lovely. The only problem is the service to connect there. It is almost impossible to make an appointment on the phone because you cannot connect to operator. They really need to work on that

Dr. Khazandar is our sons doctor and I can’t say enough good things about her. She listens to all my concerns, she’s so caring of her tiny patients, and she always has different solutions to medical concerns. We’re truly so thankful to have her as our sons doctor and we know we’re in good hands with her. The reception staff also have always been so helpful and answer all my email requests in a timely fashion.

Very kind and caring staff. At reception the do their best to accommodate my busy schedule. The doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate. Wonderful place to bring your children. Only place where they can improve is to offer transition services for moving provinces, or turning 18. Proud momma Cat

Doctor was great and informative. Sad to hear my child's doctor is retiring and no other of her colleagues at the clinic will accept her patients! Receptionist don't answer the in coming calls to schedule appointments only answering for cancelation and only verified my phone number not email. Besides that the care is wonderful.
