Our
first
time
staying
here.
Dealt
with
2
receptionists
on
Saturday,
March
18,
2023:
1.
Stressful
looking
receptionists.
No
smile.
2.
Room
was
not
ready.
Had
to
wait
for
30
minutes.
Was
ready
at
2:30
pm.
3.
Told
us
that
we
can
wait
at
the
shop
near
the
escalator.
Did
not
direct
us
to
the
lounge
which
have
proper
waiting
area.
4.
Pretended
to
not
know
the
restaurant
when
asked
about
the
buffet
dinner
of
the
hotel.
5.
Seems
too
busy
and
does
not
give
us
attention.
Rarely
made
eye
contact.
6.
Did
not
give
details
on
WIFi
connection.
Had
to
call
down
to
ask.
7.
Told
us
breakfast
was
included
but
we
were
denied
at
the
restaurant
in
the
morning.
This
is
a
total
waste
of
time.
We
paid
3,000+
THB/night
for
our
room
(added
extra
bed)
but
had
a
terrible
experience
right
from
the
start.
But,
the
staff
at
the
Premprachakorn
restaurant
were
nice.
Dinner
buffet
850
THB/person.
We
are
definitely
not
coming
again.
