I love this wine personally. We searched online and seeing it in stock in the store Doncaster East, and driving down there from Berwick. It wasn’t on the shelf when I got there but one of the staff was patient enough and check stocks from the warehouse back and forth twice to find me the bottle, unfortunately I didn’t get his name but I got a photo of his back (looking for my favorite wine on NYday). I am so grateful for such a great staff member. Hope everyone that provides customer service will be as patient as him and good temper too.

I regularly shop here, standard Dan Murphys layout which is convenient. It can be very busy with Scotch & Wine tastings, and the registers can have queues when everyone is stocking up for Xmas, Grand Final weekends etc. Friendly staff and I feel that I get some good savings on the many specials they have on display. If you are a Dan Murphys member, via their App, you can get very good discounts on regularly changed items: just look for "members only" tags on the price labels.

I had a really bad shopping experience at this store!!! The manager was very impolite as he kept lying to us. According to his so-called “STORE POLICY”, we can’t refund anything over $1000 bucks. But after we asked him to show us the policy, he suggested that he can make a phone call to the head office to sort this out. Is it because even the smell of the wines at Dan Murphy’s is way too good and strong and he got drunk and forgot his job is to make things easy for the customers? Haha. I drove to this store four times within two days just to refund two bottles of wine at the price of $1400. Should this be how customer service be and does customer service mean to make it difficult for the customers? I don’t know.

Doncaster East Dan's is the best store! Looking terrific and in the spirit of Christmas with gorgeous decorations. It's always a great pleasure to shop at this particular store. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and keen to assist. There is a tasting station which is terrific. Well done guys!

Not just a huge store that you'd expect from all Dan Murphy's. This one had a logical layout, tidy, loads of stock and friendly staff on hand to help.

What can I say that hasn't been said before about Dan's? Not much. We all know they have a massive range of everything you could possibly want The staff are great. The prices decent. Excellent.

I recommend to shop around. When I did that it turned out that other bottle shops are considerably cheaper. And I despise Dan Murphy for hyper-inflating some prices and then offering the normal price only to "club members". I won't be back.

Friendly and helpful staff, thats about as far as it goes. Prices not as cheap as one expected, little disappointing considering they could easily have cheaper prices, with the buying power they have....No Cheers Here From Me Unfortunately🤜🏼🤛🏻🕶👎🏻Definitely won't be going out of my way to shop here, that's for sure....same prices as any normal bottle shop.....Don't bother.

Save money shop elsewhere on 3 occasions the self price and the advertised special (member prices ) (Steam Ale 6 pack) were different and every time it was not in my favour! You may need to keep tabs on the prices as you pay, I don't ,I shop elsewhere.

Always found great but the young lady today at Doncaster needed to goggle the meaning customer service. If you cannot be pleasant don't work in retail.

Very big and clean. Huge variety of wines and beers. But no specials that I fancied.

Item labelling online is different to in-store. Making the situation worse is Dan Murphy does not offer a phone number for individual stores forcing customers to drive around store to store searching for a particular drink that in the end does not exist. Starting to feel like an Aldi with regard to service.

Great customer service. I didn't know they had a special air pack wrapping service for taking beverages on planes. The reason why it's only four stars is that they don't sell Yebisu beer or Daesun soju :( Anyway great work guys and parking is pretty accessible.
