Not even worth 1 star, I wish there was an option to give a negative star. I went to the store tonight and reached there 10:58pm couple of min. Before closing and found that gates were shut. The two girls behind the gate simply said that “we are closed” even tough I showed them the time through the window. I also told them if they can grab me just one item without me coming in store but they simply ignored. I understand that I was there just before the closing time but the way staff treated was very rude.

It might be time of day but wow a whirlwind. Layout of store encourages chaos and poor interactions. Staff are very unaware of their impact to shoppers. Overall bad experience with other customers and staff. Give me Woolies anyday

They don't close at midnight, even though their opening hours on the Coles website and Google listing says midnight. They also completely ignore the phone once it gets close to their closing time.

The usual Coles. Up to a point. The big difference is the staff, who are head and shoulders above every other Coles within many kilometres of this store.

It was good. The worker were nice and helpful. Just don't have much deli options like Coles Mernda.

You can find everything you need. Staff need to be polite.

It was good just wish they had delivered instead of going to pick up the shopping my husband was inalot of pain from a bad fall

Generally it's great, staff are friendly. The odd occasion you'll get a team member that is rude.

Terrible! The customer service is appalling. It seems like a smile is out of order and the grumpiness has been ramped up significantly at this place. Lazy staff that really can't be bothered; but hey, as long as you get your pay at the end of the week then I guess it is easy to pass the buck and not care. Weirdly I met the store manager recently and she seems absolutely lovely. Here's a suggestion, start sacking and re-hiring again. BTW, this is my local and I visit daily unfortunately.

Nice store, plenty of stock. But have to say I absolutely hate the new self serve belt checkouts. I will accept the self serve fir small purchases, but no way will I be using them for a full shop. Totally usless implementation.

Great spacious supermarket with everything u need. Staff very helpful when asked where something was that I couldn't find. Checkout operator very friendly n packed everything in the bags provided neatly n well. So clean n bright n fruit n veg great quality n even friend some new chicken packs

Unfortunately loyalty as a valued customer since it opened locally several years ago, has been repaid to me in being upcharged and mischsrged for items on my docket. And unsatisfactory response from a very inconsiderate incompetent 2ic manager who claims she is a Quality Assurance manager. What a joke! Over the past 3 years,since paying more attention to my dockets I have been upcharged/ mischarged at least a dozen times. On average every 5- 8 weeks. This year it has occurred 4 times in 3 mths, 3 out of the last 4 weeks And yet the store management has a response of human error .And yet it consistently keeps reoccurring!!!! So nothing is being done to rectify this issue??!! This is blatantly an example of incompetent management and theft of OUR $ as loyal customers..and I know this happens to other local citizens. So Coles, work needs to be done to re- establish trust and loyalty, and respect from your local customers. If the situation was flipped And we as customers were caught stealing from Coles that constitutes theft and police would be involved. So how can Coles essentially steal of us ,and its considered Human error ??!

I went there last night to get some groceries because ID run out and I got there at 9:32 p.m. I looked it up before I went there it was supposed to close at 10 p.m. there is about 20 people outside very angry I rushed there just to find a place closed not good enough Coles from now on I will be going to Woolies

I like shopping at Coles, especially when things are on special. I like affordable special items, nothing too expensive. Some staff are helpful. Thanks Coles :)

The display is great at this Coles, always has everything I need in stock. It also has a new self checkout station with the conveyor belt feature.

This coles is not full on like other major Coles but you get what you want for your daily house hold needs.

I like shopping here as the prices are pretty good, and the fruit is a good price and good quality. The staff are friendly and make your shopping experience great.

It's one of the better Coles'. Next door is a really good charcoal chicken place.

Staff on checkouts and self service are always so friendly! They are always very helpful too. The best Coles ever!!!
