practically no DVD's. messy store and not easy to find things because of construction (at least that is what it looked like)

A midsize store of the brand that offer some decent options to buy from small or bigger things.

We have placed an order online for a TV and a wall bracket. It was supposed to be sent from Mediamarkt Arnhem. However, after multiple attempts by their own logistics company to pick up the order for delivery, it was not ready and the delivery date just kept changing without notice. After multiple emails and phone calls, I was finally assured that the TV will be delivered on a certain date, but when the order arrived, it was only the bracket, no TV! We got so frustrated, that we cancelled the order. Two weeks later, still no refund. I would never deal with this store again! We had absolutely no problems with the Tilburg and Den Bosch branches, even when they were just fulfilling online orders. However this branch is absolutely horrible to deal with. Never again.

The products are very expensive. The same product costs 1 euro on Aliexpress and 7 euros on MediaMarkt.

Someone high up has made some decisions that make it impossible for customer services to help. We called 6 times, go hung up on twice and spent 4h on the phone only to be repeatedly told that Media Market can not help. Thank you Media Markt for sending us a broken products, not picking it up on multiple call outs and pushing all responsibility onto your courrier/customer.

They have very little in stock locally, making it hard to actually get things fast. In terms of viewing electronics it does help visualizer sizes and quality, but that is the bare minimum to me. The staff was super helpful and allowed me to buy a show piece, bringing the store back up to a three.

An over stimulating and slow store. I wanted a keyboard, but the boards on show weren't available, the boxed board they did have weren't on show. There were maybe two dozen people in the store, maybe that's way more than they expect on a weekend afternoon, maybe they're understaffed. I took fifteen minutes to find the right member of staff to tell me all the models on show I was interested in were out of stock and that they couldn't open a boxed board to lete see one. Also every couple of minutes one alarm or another went off. I'd say, just order your item at a webshop.

Great place to ship for all things electronic and white goods Good range of stuff.

That was great a experience being first time in their . Employees were amazing helpful. I saw they didn’t update the price tag near product but its ok i ask and and a buddy helped me real quick.

Mr. Alex Salazar is an amazing employee at Mediamarkt. He gave me a great explanation on which laptop to purchase. He took his time and provided great service. Very friendly and great listener. I would highly recommend him in any case.

Ein für meine Verhältnisse ein SEHR kleiner MediaMarkt. Elektronische Artikel sind in den Niederlanden meist teurer als in Deutschland, Angebote bestätigen die Ausnahme. Fernseher, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger... war alles da.

Small store, they're unable to lower prices such as in Germany, bad service talking to other coworkers while I had a question. Didn't find what I was looking for. Very limited options.

You don't have a professional people to make cover screen for safety because I did the 2 times and everytime I back to him to fix again he's not professional
