I've been going there for 2 years since it opened. The price/quality ratio is not up to premium. Not friendly staff, clean with varying success, terrible service in the cafe, no service, no discounts for regular customers, I switched to X-Fit for my neighbors. There is no coasota salon. Next to the gym there is a massage therapist's office, from there there is a strong smell of oils after a session - to the point of nausea, it is not comfortable to exercise. Pros: few people, excellent gym, comfortable space. Good halls for group programs; you can come to the pool at the “right” time and swim alone.

The club's management is not professional, and the price of the card does not correspond to the level at all. Great place in Khamovniki for sports! Convenient, comfortable and beautiful space! Every family member can find a destination to their liking here! Many different areas: yoga, Pilates, hanging hammocks, gym, large swimming pool, children's fitness and much more. etc. There is a cozy cafe. A hammam in the women's area and in the men's area. A small infrared sauna by the pool. Fresh towels and drinking water are always available. In the spacious locker rooms there are hair dryers, unlimited large towels, cotton swabs and pads, a centrifuge for drying swimsuits after the pool, showers. The staff is friendly, polite, a competent team of trainers and instructors. On New Year's Eve everything is always very beautifully decorated, creating an incredible festive atmosphere! In addition to daily classes, there are many different activities. We went to this fitness club in 2019 and both my husband and I really liked it! 👍

There used to be a good club. The advantages are fairly new equipment, good coaching staff, location. But there is one big minus that negates all the undoubted advantages - THE STAFF IS DISGUSTING! The club's management is rude and completely lacks customer focus. Dear club owners, choose your management more carefully, otherwise you risk losing your clients and earning a bad reputation for the club.

Cons: I've been going for a year, the hammam worked for about 5 months at most))), and then only intermittently, dirty (because it's almost impossible to wash them, poor cleaning ladies))) and the showers are catastrophically inconvenient, the shower itself is not comfortable, if you have You are less than 165 cm tall. There is practically no opportunity to take a normal shower))) showers are constantly filled with water. Something constantly breaks and is periodically repaired; handles, showers, taps, etc. (the club is new, has been open for a year). The staff at the reception/locker room are not friendly, not attentive, not polite, it feels like they are doing a favor, you want to run away, half of the male coaching staff is the same. The gym is very stuffy, both in summer and winter. If your work schedule is from 9 to 19:00, then you won’t be able to get to the desired group classes; on weekends it starts very early, the schedule is not convenient. It is difficult to tan in a solarium. No beauty salon. Pros: large pool)! Walking distance from home, few people, separate hammam for men/women, reasonable annual price, well-filled gym, large cardio area, crossfit area is not bad and a soft room.

After several cancellations in a row, we turned to manager Svetlana. 3 days passed - no adequate reaction. So Khamoniki’s management has no customer focus. We contacted the club and network account directly. Duty unsubscribes. We asked for a phone number and no one called back in 3 days. Draw your own conclusion

A wide variety of exercise equipment in good condition. Plus, there are no queues or crowds of people. I was very surprised by the absolutely impolite and unfriendly receptionists. It is worth teaching them how to say hello to visitors. There are no complaints about the rest of the employees. The pool is a bit small ((very often all the paths are occupied and there is simply nowhere to turn around. Otherwise, I like everything: clean, spacious.

The best club in Khamovniki. Polite and attentive staff, professional coaching staff. There is a city parking lot next to the club, so there is no problem parking your car in the morning. If necessary, you can always use the one-hour underground parking from the club, the cost is only 150₽ per hour. A huge number of group destinations.
