Very
unfriendly
and
unhelpful
staff.
They
had
two
elevators
(of
four)
blocked,
causing
severe
inconvenience
to
hotelguests.
Instead
of
advising
them
in
advance
of
the
scheduled
blockage
(apparently
due
to
some
special
guests)
,
giving
them
a
chance
to
move
to
other
hotels,
they
were
just
stating
"it
is
the
way
it
is".
No
word
of
apologies,
on
the
contrary,
they
were
on
the
brink
of
being
rude.
Stayed
in
many
Radissions
before
and
written
5*
reviews
about
them
(e.g.
Radisson
New
Delhi).
This
hotel
does
not
even
deserve
a
single
star.
First
time
with
that
experience,
but
it
certainly
cures
me
from
booking
Radisson
again.
And
it
is
always
the
standard
response
of
the
night
Manager
Stella.
She
does
not
address
a
single
issue
raised
but
copied
&
pasted
what
she
had
written
when
other
clients
posted
less
than
complimentary
evaluations.
It
just
shows
how
little
they
care
about
their
hotel
guests.
And,
no,
I
will
not
give
you
another
chance
to
treat
us
as
badly
as
you
did
during
our
stay
this
week.
