Gutes Hotel mit schönem Pool im Keller sowie verschiedener Saunen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Technik funktioniert. Eigentlich kann der Service nichts für den Punktabzug aber bei unserem Aufenthalt hatte die Küche geschlossen und wir wurden lapidar mit den Worten "lassen sie sich was liefern" abgespeist. Anscheinend hätten wir durch eine Mail darauf hingewiesen worden sein. Aber trotz intensiven Suchen haben wir keine gefunden. Ansonsten war alles gut.

Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. They had two elevators (of four) blocked, causing severe inconvenience to hotelguests. Instead of advising them in advance of the scheduled blockage (apparently due to some special guests) , giving them a chance to move to other hotels, they were just stating "it is the way it is". No word of apologies, on the contrary, they were on the brink of being rude. Stayed in many Radissions before and written 5* reviews about them (e.g. Radisson New Delhi). This hotel does not even deserve a single star. First time with that experience, but it certainly cures me from booking Radisson again. And it is always the standard response of the night Manager Stella. She does not address a single issue raised but copied & pasted what she had written when other clients posted less than complimentary evaluations. It just shows how little they care about their hotel guests. And, no, I will not give you another chance to treat us as badly as you did during our stay this week.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Restaurant hat eine kleine aber sehr gute Karte. Das Essen war von sehr guter Qualität und der Preis war angemessen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Komme gerne wieder, war beruflich hier.

Freundliches Personal, so wohl an der Rezeption als auch an der Bar und im Restaurant. Schöne, saubere Zimmer. Einzig die fünfzehn Euro Parkgebühr pro Tag finde ich frech, das sollte inklusive sein finde ich. Trotzdem fünf Sterne weil alles andere top!

Fine hotel for a business trip. Easy accessible from the high way, plenty of parking space, spacious and well-equipped rooms and good meeting rooms. Dinner was a bit disapppinting, but excellent breakfast and lunch.

The location is very great for staying especially when the intention is to watch a BVB game.

Great comfy rooms with good beds, bath accessories are provided if don't have with you. Breakfast is rich in variety and good quality. Service personnel were helpful and pleasant to talk to. Hotel is surrounded by nature and also a park nearby. Decent prices, it was named Hilton Dortmund in the past. Relaxing atmosphere.

The exact same rooms have different amount of shampoo, soap. A little far away from center. Personel is polite. And they love Ukrainians :)

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe vom Stadion. U-Bahn Station ist auch nur einige Schritte entfernt. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat, dass man immer seine Zimmerkarte im Aufzug gebraucht hat, damit dieser sich überhaupt bewegt hat und man nur in sein Stockwerk fahren konnte.

The receptionist Mustafa B. — is unprincipled, rude and arrogant! He doesn’t like Ukrainian people, especially women…. Mustafa will destroy not only your impression of the Raddison Blu Hotel Dortmund, also your whole impression of Germany! The inappropriate behaviour shows his lack of qualification and low level of communication skills. Thank you!

Very happy with the room, opening hours of the pool and gym, but sadly i will not be coming back here when i visit dortmund (regularly for work) for one simple reason: The Restaurant is terrible!! Crazy expensive and bad quality of food. Problem is, there is no other Restaurant nearby by foot, so you either drive somewhere else or spend 32 euros for a poor schnitzel!!! (Or choose the other 3 options from the menu, all unhealthy) Difficult to understand why an Hotel like this would not seize the opportunity and try to offer good food for a nice price

Great staff, great facilities, especially the gym which has some quality equipment, and the indoor pool area which is an ideal place to relax. Nice food, and the perfect place to stay if you plan on visiting BVB’s stadium, which is just a 15 minute walk away. Just ask SC Paderborn’s first team who also stayed at the hotel😂

Terrible customer service !! Got serious issue during my stay. first cooling wasn't working so couldn't sleep most of night then I discovered an insect on my body and bit me. Hotel staffs behavior towards whole thing was cold and irresponsible.

Traveled with family (wife, 9 year old son, dog) to watch Borussia Dortmund. Great hotel just a short (15 mins) to Signal Induna Park (amazing stadium/energy/experience). Hotel was perfect. Clean and comfortable with a great pool and fitness gym along with fabulous and friendly staff. Five stars all around. Thank you!

Very nice hotel, located right by the Westfallenpark and Mese Dortmund. Very close to the stadium too.

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast but €20/night parking is just unnecessary. Parking garage is infront but not connected and you have to bring your luggage up a ramp if you see travelling alone on business.

Incredible, all the employees are really nice. They can speak English so if you are from another country, it's perfect. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Omg we just loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was high, large and comfortable! Shower had so much option, not to mention the spa! That is amazing.. unfortunately the Turkish steambath wasn't working but other than that the spa was soooo good. To top it off, we took a dive in the huge beautiful pool, we had all to ourselves. Yes we recommend this hotel so much. You are in the city by car in less than 8 min. Perfect getaway hotel

A pleasant stay for our drive back home from France. Friendly staff, easy parking, facilities were excellent. Our room was perfect for the night, though the beds were a bit on the firm side, and due to poor air circulation I noticed some mould on the bathroom ceiling. I think this hotel is used a lot by BVB fans as it is close to the stadium. Walk a few blocks into the city and there are some nice restaurants. The morning breakfast buffet was very nice, unfortunately they ran out of oranges by the time I decided to have some fresh squeezed juice, but my partner got some and she liked it.

Colleagues said the AC control was hit and miss - I was woken at 530am by a delivery truck

I loved this hotel! Staff was very friendly, everything was clean, they have a beautiful fitness studio/pool, nice reception area and delicious breakfast! Me and my guests stayed here for my wedding and we were all more than happy with everything. They decorated my room to celebrate my wedding beautifully, which was a nice surprise. I would come here just for a weekend even though I live in Dortmund. 100% would recommend and will for sure come back!

Nice food and nice rooms. Beds a bit hard for my liking and location is very restrictive unless you have a car or don't mind traveling around a lot.

Moustafa B. is a bright example of an unskilled receptionist without any customer orientation skills. Arrogance, rudeness, and nonprofessionalism are the only qualifications he can provide for customers!

4 Nächte war ich da, ich habe mich rundum ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. ALLE Mitarbeiter durchweg sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, Verpflegung und Service bei der Schulung exzellent , Schwimmbad , großzügige Sauna, eine handschriftliche persönliche Notiz für mich zum Empfang, … ich bin beruflich sehr viel in Hotels , dieser der Aufenthalt war außergewöhnlich gut.
