Look, the mcdonalds in dover, nh is the only one open 24 hours, in fact the only restaurant open 24 hrs in the area period. The folks they have working those late shifts are great too. Big props to this McDs

I got 2 large fries and they were both only halfway filled. I was able to combine them into 1 so i basically got only one order for the price of 2

Their menu is confusing. Don't put a picture of a McChicken next to fries under a "2 for $3.99 mix and match" list.And then not allow it. You might confuse people. People in there are hrd of hearing. Don't know if they were upset at us because they made my McChicken sloppy as hell and the patty was dry as hell. All dried out.

My grandma stopped for lunch. She ordered for me a bacon double quarter pounder with cheese, no pickles. This is clearly not what she ordered. I don't think I've had a sandwich from this location that hasn't been screwed up in some way. So 8 months and several messed up orders later.... I can't rate less than 1 star, can I?

To be truthful I never even got a chance to order anything. I got in one or the drive-thru lanes and it was super slow so I decided to order inside. I’ve never seen such confusion. It appeared there was no one taking orders. Everyone was using the self serve ordering board. I couldn’t begin to figure who was waiting to order and who was waiting for pick up. There was nothing even resembling a line. It’s a shame because I love McDonald’s and what I ended up getting at another fast food joint wasn’t as good as McDonald’s is.

We ordered 2 McDoubles and 4 hamburgers. We asked for extra pickles and onions. We didn't get any extra onions or pickles. The McDoubles weren't cooked fresh. Tried to call and they don't even answer their phone. The shift manager obviously isn't doing his or her job. Very disappointed. I know why I don't ever go to McDonald's. Service has always been poor and food is awful.

WORST SERVICE!!!! I would not recommend going here at night unless you want to wait in line for an hour for NO Reason at all!!!! Who ever the night manager is Needs to be fired!!! They literally just keep you waiting at the drive thru speaker with NO ONE at the window. They do everything in there power to try and get you to pull off!!! If your paying with a card they say cash only, if your paying with cash they say card only! They'll tell you, you can't use codes.Tell you they're not serving ice cream and sit at the window eatin it. Absolutely Horrible!!!!

The last 2x of going to this McDonald's I've been so disgusted & grossed out. My husband & I couldn't even finish our food.... The burgers were DRIPPING in grease & looked under cooked. Ordered a double cheeseburger & got a single. Everytime I order here my food is not made correctly. & at this point I don't return it because I feel like they think I'm making it up for new food (even though I offer it back to them, and throw it away if they don't take it in front of them)

I'm sharing this for future and current Doordash drivers. This location is NOT Dasher Friendly in the late nights. The drive through is excessively long lines and the waits can be upwards of an hour. For a dash that is paying $8 or less, it's not worth taking because the line is always insane. The lock the lobby at some point, which is fair, but dashers should be allowed to come to the door and have a mcdonalds employee wLk it to the door if and when its ready. I tried to call 3 times to say hey, I see my order on the counter, please walk 10 steps and hand it to me so I dont wait for over an hour to get through the line... since they also never let you pull up past the line to retrieve the order. Probably gonna avoid these dashes myself even though I'd be risking MY job by declining runs.

Getting Coffee a McDonald's always seems to be hit or miss as 50% of the time it's only warm. This was hot and fresh. Food was good, drive through was a double line and quick.

whenever i come to this mcdonald’s at night i sit in the drive through for 30+ minutes no matter how many people are in line. if you try to pickup a mobile order inside, no one will come to help you at the counter. this is not an understaffed issue- they will try to say it is tho. anytime i go inside there’s over 6 people frantically rushing for no reason behind the counter. i work in good service so i understand but they are the slowest workers. they only accept 2-3 ppl in the drive through at once and make the rest sit and wait till they’re done with the first people. it’s a terrible method that i recommend the night manager here have it’s employees stop using. i only come here cause it’s close by but don’t come if you don’t need to

Great service during the day. But goodluck late at night (0100-0200+), You'll spend more time waiting in the drive-thru than anything else. Can take up to 30 min just to get to the order window
