French toast was so hard you couldn't cut it with fork. Seemed like it had sat out all night uncovered and then put under a heat lamp. They did deduct $5 off my order and manager said they would monitor the kitchen better.

Came to Bobs for breakfast. The service was fast, and not much of a wait time. I got french toast with home fries and an egg. Our waitress was nice & checked up on us a few times. My son actually got chicken tenders and they were still sizzling, that's how quick she got our food to us.

Happy Mother’s Day to me 🥳 We ordered carry-out after them telling us they weren’t too busy so we could put a larger order in. We spent almost $90 on food, with a $20 tip. We don’t live too far from the restaurant. Our food was so cold that we had to microwave it, and by that time it was just so unappetizing that we ended up throwing at least half of it away. I wouldn’t recommend carrying out any food from them.

Atmosphere is standard for the chain, even the same design as several others I've visited. Service was reasonable, nothing wrong, but nothing stand out good. Now to the food. Been going to these places for years and they used to be good. Unfortunately like many other older chains the quality has dropped to disappointing quality. The breaded chicken was obviously from frozen, cooked at too high a temperature for too long. So slightly burnt and dry. Vegetables are from canned and not a high quality. Probably put on and kept worm for a while, so also over cooked and tasteless. Mashed potatoes are premade and nothing special, at least the gravy hasn't changed so is good.

One of the better BEs we have been to. Kitchen was cranking out food and it was hot. Wonderful service, offered to_go cups for the trip home. Thank you 😊

Went there today, waited in line for 10 min no one came over to tell us it would be a min or anything. Host sat older lady’s in front of us then came to sit us was very rude, grabbed some menus and started to walk away didn’t check to see if we wore behind her or anything. Then we we got sat we waited 5 mins then got up and left, bc we still had not be greeted. We will continue to go to the Phil’s one as they are more pleasant. Coming from a previous server -taking a second to tell ur table she will be with u in a few mins, goes a LONG way. As a server ur tips are what u depend on so being friendly and welcoming is key!!! I would recommend going to the Phil’s bob evans as they are more welcoming and more professional. Your have a lot better experience.

Busy time to visit, but we were seated right away and waitress was attentive. Food was served in a timely manner and was very good. I recommend the pick 2 with a salad or sandwich .

On my last visit to this restaurant, I did not stay to eat, because a tour bus full of passengers had filled the restaurant and I was told that there was a 45 minute wait time. Not wanting to wait that long, I decided to go somewhere else. However, later it occurred to me that I should have ordered food to go and taken it home.

Tis the season for Thanksgiving orders. Food okay here. No cheese on Omelette and wasn't suggested. Coffee refills slow, but they were busy. Food came quick enough.

We took my husband's stepmother for a pre-Thanksgiving lunch since we wouldn't be together for the holiday. All of us enjoyed our food, & she took half her BLT & a piece of pecan pie to go for her dinner that night. She loved her big onion rings. The waitress brought us a coffee mug to transfer my mother-in-law's cold drink since she had difficulty lifting the pint jar with no handle.
