No system and management at all.... In front of me was 5 peoples for order but only one person was working and behind him two persons are just walk around here and there. Then i have ordered one thing but i got other thing. As i take away my food, i couldn't check that time. When i reached the home then i got this bad surprise!!!!!!!

Ordered and paid already through the app but had to wait 20+ mins and on top of it, I needed to queue and showed the order to the counter. Not to mention rude and unfriendly staffs. What a joke

Ordered online at 8.30pm and it was supposed to arrive around 9. At around 10 when I called the shop, they said they cannot deliver that day and asked me to cancel. Highly unprofessional and they didn't even let me know till I call. And I haven't received the refund even after 2 weeks. Never use their app!

When you worked also in fastfood and you know the different of fresh chicken or not. Sadly 2x not good experience. Not again on this Branch.

Pictures speak for themselves!!! Cannot understand how KFC can drop to such levels.. One can imagine how cold and hard the chicken was.... Die Bilder sprechen für sich!!!

Usual story here, long queues and just one person serving. Others dedicated to chatting behind the counter or dealing with lieferando orders - the drivers of which refuse to acknowledge minimum distance requirements nor the entry/exit pathway. The zinger burger was average to start, but when I opened it up (as I do with all fast food) it had black marks on the bread that didn't look good - not sure how the person making this food didn't notice. Or he did notice and didn't care - either option pathetic though. Of I was home already and another trip to KFC was not on my agenda. Won't go back.

Nice staff at the till, the guy at the till (most probably from India) polite and helpful, speaks English.

The burgers were cold.

Just ordered on Lieferando, After 20 minutes (!) I got a rejection because I live too far away. You could either have set how far you want to go or at least cancelled earlier.

Good but limited seats, limited space, and no outdoor It is more for pickup

For the box prices you get much better value in most other fast food restaurants. Super disappointed by the burger and chicken quality.

Hot wings were fresh from the oven, so a delight to eat. I had to wait 15 min since there were many customers. Majbe they are understaffed or it simply could not be helped.

I just love KFC. The place is outdated and the staff is not worth commenting✌️ but ok the food is important

My kids love KFC. Always crispy. Coulf offer more valid coupons.
