It was really extremely crowded. Very busy. Huge delay during game time. We were on time and, as previously requested, at registration 20 minutes before game time. Unfortunately, the children were only allowed to play the first game at least 20 minutes late. Four games were confirmed in the 2 hour booked time. Unfortunately, the last and fourth game took place outside the overall ranking, much to the disappointment of the children. The reason being that we had fallen out of our designated slot. But we weren't the ones who caused it. The team was always friendly, tried hard, and accommodating. Very helpful. There was probably a failure of a few vests. Unfortunately we had to accept some compromises. The pizza was great and was well received by the children. The flat rate for drinks that was booked was a real blessing and a blessing, because the children were extremely thirsty after every round of play. Unfortunately there was neither slush ice nor scratch ice. Instead, a small water ice cream. The scratch ice was out of stock - so it was refilled too late. All in all, a rather exclusive children's birthday party, with some drawbacks. If vests fail due to technical defects, something like that simply shouldn't happen, you have to be prepared for it, i.e. have a replacement ready. The same goes for the slush ice cream. Nevertheless, the children had fun. But there is this “room for improvement”. All in all, there was an hour's delay. I originally wanted to order the pizza for 5:30 p.m. I was denied this wish because there was a subsequent booking of the tables. Ultimately, I couldn't understand this reason because we sat at the booked table until 6:30 p.m.

Place is really good for many indoor games including Laser Tag, Bowling, Arcade Games, etc. The Laser Tag field is big and challenging. The food is good at the restaurant, but the beet is bad. Many people complained it tastes like water. However, the food is surprisingly good. The person over the counter declined to provide a receipt, but we had to fight for it (since it was a company event).

Very fun for the whole family! If you go with smaller kids, then I suggst to go earlier in the day. There were quite a few stag parties in the early afternoon. This wasn't a problem - I guess it was more of an issue for the guys who were shocked that two little boys could take first and second place on the scoreboard!

My 13 year old son celebrated his birthday here and we loved it! The staff were consistently friendly and made it a lot of fun. 😊🎉 A little note: We had booked our session for 12 p.m. and were there on time. However, you should note that according to the reminder email and the information on the website (I'm sure I read it somewhere afterwards, but can't find it at the moment) you should be there 20 minutes early. This almost meant that we could only have played three games instead of the four games guaranteed in the package, as we (theoretically) arrived too late. Luckily the friendly staff was so accommodating that we were able to play the fourth game. 🍀👍 As a suggestion for improvement, I would like the booking times to take the 20 minute lead time into account. For example, if you book for 12 p.m., the first game should not be scheduled until 12:20 p.m. So the arrival time would be clearer and more customer friendly. 🕒🎯 Overall, a great experience and highly recommended! 🌟🎈

Very nice and patient employees on site. Facilities were good and everyone had fun. Unfortunately, terribly bad air and an insane background noise. Thick black ice in front of the main entrance and in the parking lot, absolutely negligent that was not cleared and spread here.

Price was too high compared to what we got, service was not great (staff was not very nice). Not a terrible experience, but not great either. Not going back anytime soon.

Our room was defective, which we were not informed about in advance. Played an alternative room. Unfortunately not very imaginative, just a room with lots of keys and combination locks. Puzzles as such were good...

We celebrated a birthday and were pleasantly accompanied by the staff throughout our 3 hours (from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.). The breaks between our games always seemed a little short to me personally, so I was pretty happy that I didn't have a hearty cake or pizza meal. Snacks and drinks were completely sufficient. Unfortunately, the slush drink everyone wanted wasn't available, and the scratch ice unfortunately cost us a game:;) If you haven't been there yet, like me, you should probably know that there are a bunch of paid slot machines waiting in the area of ​​the party tables, which have their usual appeal to the children. This should probably be taken into account for your wallet. Conclusion: Not exactly cheap but a great experience for our small group. It was really fun...and not just for the little ones.

We were there on Sunday around 1:30 p.m. and it was very crowded. Nevertheless, the team was relaxed and in a good mood. The West is starting to show its age, but it didn't detract from the fun. Gladly again <3
