I rate the practice and the team, not Dr. Hero, I've never seen him before. The positive thing is that you almost always get an appointment somehow. The helpers are always friendly and you never feel out of place. The doctors I have met from time to time are friendly and seem absolutely competent. Only the helpers are very happy and very scattered, which is why you should always ask twice and check again. I have had an appointment written down incorrectly several times, incorrect documents have been issued, things have been forgotten, etc. Otherwise, the practice and its staff are highly recommended.

We were released there at the end of 2013 after 4 unsuccessful attempts with the insensitive words "Not every woman is cut out to have a child." According to the doctors, my husband was always considered the culprit. So I found that to be disgraceful. We then continued working in the Czech Republic and now have 3 great children

We introduced ourselves for the first time in July 2020 and were very satisfied and comfortable right from the start. After the puncture and transfer in February 2021, carried out by Dr. Shine, we got pregnant on the first try and I'm now in the 13th week of pregnancy 😊 we can recommend the fertility center! We were under the direction of Dr. Luminaires and team in treatment from October 2019 to April 2021 We always felt like we were in good hands, sometimes you had to take a little time with you for appointments but we always knew what we were doing. Far too expensive compared to other German clinics. No transparent pricing information in advance. You don't know how much it costs until you get the bill, and it turns out to be significantly higher than you expected. Everyone was friendly and you were treated nicely. That's true. Unfortunately, based on the available information, no special diagnostics were initiated or carried out that would be appropriate.

I was a patient in 2015 and 2018/2019 and can't thank the entire team enough. Thanks to you we have 2 wonderful healthy children. I had various treatments (GvnP with hormonal help for egg maturation and triggering ovulation, hysteroscopy and ICSI). I always felt like I was in good hands and advised. I never had the feeling that it was about profit. Wishes were respected, nothing was done unnecessarily and there was always enough time to get rid of worries/fears. Huge thanks to the 3 doctors who treated me. These were Dr. Hero, Mrs. Dr. Leuchten and Mrs. Dr. Kellerman. And of course a big thank you to the sisters/helpers. We always got appointments quickly and the telephone availability is much worse in other doctor's practices. Please keep it up!

My husband and I were very excited. Everyone was always friendly to us and we felt very comfortable. Our treatment results are 2 years old today and 3 months old. Ms. Kellermann and Mr. Held accompanied us well and were very nice. I can recommend the practice in any case.

Nice staff, short waiting times, but that's about it. I was treated there for more than 2 years (2017-2019) and am still childless. After the 1 year with stimulation in the natural cycle, 3 IUIs were done in the 2 year, which, given my TPO value of almost 200 (autoimmune thyroid disease), according to the second medical opinion, should have at least been countertreated here, as the attempts were dwindlingly small had a chance of success. It's a shame about the time, hope, money and, above all, emotional stress invested. Definitely not recommended. We will never go there again. We are very disappointed and still without a child.
